DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. The staff is initially nice and helpful, but after giving us back a bass…read moreamp that they "fixed" it ended up breaking within 24 hours and they refused to give us a refund and hung up on us the last time we tried to call them, after delaying giving us a response for two months. Their policy is that you have to go back to the store to give them a chance to fix it, however we were on tour and weren't able to return to Berlin, so we mailed them back the broken bass speaker with an attestation from another music repairman in Hannover who looked at our amp and found that the reason the amp blew was because of the speaker Musik Service put it, we mailed them the letter along with the speaker and Musik Service still refused to believe it, claiming it broke because of "misuse", even though all we did was put the volume up to 5 and it totally blew it out. We even caught the amp blowing out ON VIDEO by chance, with it shown that it was on volume 5, because initially the sound of the amp was horrible after they returned it to us so we were taking a video of the sound for them hoping for a partial refund, and DURING the video the amp actually broke, we sent them the video and they STILL said that wasn't enough. I can't imagine having any more evidence that they gave us a bad repair and they still refused. When we called and spoke with the owner Michel yesterday asking for an answer because they had been dragging us along for two months he said he "didn't care" and actually hung up on us. This is no way to run a business and they stole over 200 euros from us for this bad repair. If you don't wanna waste a ton of money then DO NOT GO THERE.
