It's a clean no frills spa but they get the job done.I believe that's how they're able to offer good prices compared to upscale spas that charge more because they operate simple. I went there in 2019. It was a nice experience! I searched it online and they have a website listed detailed service introduction with reasonable price! I called them to make a reservation before I went there and the boss was nice! The store is clean and tidy, and the therapist is really kind and patient. We have been coming here for awhile now (several times at least) . Sadly the last two times we have gone has been disappointing for me. The second to last time we waited about 45mins passed our reservation time. We get that appointments run over and which snowballs. So we booked an earlier appointment for our next time to try and avoid that. Then our last time we got in on time. Very friendly service. Sadly the experience was bad for me but fine for my bf. We got the room in the front and it was cold. By the end of it I couldn't really feel my fingers and toes. The masseuse would put rub and create some warmth or have hot stone or the warm towel but the room was too cold. I need a massage since I'm so tense from trying to keep warm. My masseuse also did not massage my legs at all which was sooooo disappointing. I think they ran out of time because my mom and I both agreed everything felt very rushed. This was my first massage in over a year and it lived up to my every want/need. First things first, they do a really good job of making sure to sanitize the most touched surfaces. Someone's constantly walking around spraying down things. When we walked in, we were getting our temperature checked, but before he took ours, the gentlemen That was there took his own temp to reenforce their commitment to safety and guidelines. I appreciated that. We were escorted to a changing area, given a locker, and an outfit to wear. The staff disinfected my keys, disinfected the handle, and inside the locker too before leaving me to get changed. We did a couples massage for our anniversary, and we both thoroughly enjoyed every second. They utilize essential oils, and hot stones. I believe we got a 70 minute massage, and the price was a steal! We even had a 10% Yelp discount for checking in! The gentlemen that checked us in gave off the most sincere vibe of wanting this to be the most pleasant experience. He even offered to park our car for us in the future if we ever had any trouble finding parking-the Murray hill area is pretty notorious for lack of parking. After we finished paying, the staff proceeded to spray the elevator buttons inside and outside the elevator. Amazing spa! My first time on my own to get a body massage ‍ and it was perfect! I went during the happy hour special from 10:30 am (it finished at 1:30 pm). I got the essential oil massage for 70 mins! The massage therapist (I should have gotten her name) was so good! She even did hot stone massage at times. It was a nice surprise. Best Spa is truly the BEST! We had massages and facials and came out glowing. Led into your gender specific locker rooms to change into a uniform like a korean sauna. Your masseuse will meet you outside of locker room and ask about special areas of attention, pressure, etc. Then, you're led into one giant room that's split into sub-rooms (so keep quiet shhh) and you will be left to fully undress and receive your treatment. Exceptional service and I have never had to tell anyone to back off of their firm pressure, but my lady worked MAGIC on me and DUG IN which was wonderful! I've never felt so relieved. Starts with a massage over the towel (which I forgot there was a towel even over me because it was that great) and then they go on your bare skin with oil. I really liked that it was unscented oil because some times, scented things or lotions tend to smell cheap or linger on my skin afterwards. The hot stones were lovely! I like how it's a part of the massage without extra charge. They are actually hot, not just warm, but they do check to see if it's a good temp. There's a different flow to this massage, but I enjoyed every moment of it, from the face and scalp massage to the foot part as well. It started off as more of a deep tissue and later had strokes of a Swedish, which is even better because you get the best of both worlds!! They don't seem to have any kind of membership, but I think that the prices are fair and service is excellent so you'll want to be back regardless. 10/10 will be back for sure read more

Second time visiting Best Spa. I went for the 90 minute bodywork and since I went during their happy hours (10:30 am - 1:30 pm), it was $52 (plus tip). I had a female this time and Mary did a pretty good job. I checked my watch and it really did last for the full 90 minutes. I decided to go for the 90 minutes since I felt last time they probably needed more time on my shoulders and back (I have a lot of knots that needed to be worked on). What surprised me was the last 10 minutes. I had a nice scalp and head massage. Plus, she did one of my favorite stretches (knee across the body) & I felt my back loosen up even more. Called and made a reservation, ended up being 40 minutes late due to traffic but they were very accommodating and still managed to fit us in. They seemed pretty good with keeping things clean - take your temperature/spray sanitizer and have you change into slippers right when you walk in. Plenty of sanitizer/masks spread around as well. You are asked to change into this comfy pj set then led into the back. My masseuse was very nice and asked which areas I would like to focus on. They also all had medical masks and visors on. The massage was nice and good amount of pressure. They ask everyone to leave their phones in lockers, quiet music playing in the background and staff made sure to keep noise to a minimum. Any points where they are touching your hands during the massage, my masseuse would put sanitizer on my hands. Loved the hot stone/towel at the end as well. Visited here about 2 weeks back for a couples massage with my girlfriend. Although I'm not a regular massage person, I can say it's a nice, clean space for it and I was happy that they ensured a common massage room for us (unlike few other reviews here). They provide nice uniforms and slippers to slip into on arrival. Also, the hot pebbles massage (which was included in couples) was very good. Although, I found a few things they could improve on. - Our masseuses didn't check how much pressure we would be comfortable with before beginning. We did ask them to go a notch down, to which they obliged. But we could have done with another notch lower too. - Masseuses had some problem understanding English. Also, we heard them giggle in the background over something while on our way to the massage rooms. Weird, not sure what that was. - I tried to use the 10% off coupon on Yelp during checkout and even though it was scanned, the person there didn't apply the $4 discount on our total bill. I only noticed it after I had left the store. If it was a mistake on their part, I understand. But otherwise, it wasn't a good gesture. Overall: Massage places are a little subjective to one's needs. So I have been looking for a place to get a massage for a while now but because of covid I refuse to go to 95 percent of these locations because they are not taking covid precautions and most of them are run down as is... My wife came across this place on Yelp and it had a lot of good reviews and people were talking about the safety precautions that they were taking there to keep there employees and you safe... so I decided to give them a shot As soon as you walk in they take tour temperature, purell your hands, take of your shoes and put on slippers that have disposable liner already to go,then they walk you to a changing room while constantly spraying alcohol everywhere. She sprays the locker room and locker again with alcohol and leaves you the key and goes away so you can change. The massage itself was shockingly very good . She listened to what I said about my trouble spot and spent majority of the time working out my knots which is perfect for me because that's the reason I went. Came here during my day trip to New York from Maryland with a friend! We were both getting a massage for the first time so we were pretty new to the whole process, but our masseuses were very kind and helpful throughout the entire massage! We decided to come during their weekday happy hours to get the 1 hour massage for $30. This is an AMAZING price for not only the amount of time they massage you for, but also the full body massage they give you! They even use hot rocks for a part of it! Back where I live, getting an hour massage at this price just does not exist, so I was pretty sold before it even started! You first go into a locker room and change into a set of clothes they provide you. They give you a key to lock your belongings in as well for safety. Once you come out, they'll ask you what area of your body you would like to focus on and then lead you to the massage rooms. The massage area is basically one big room split up into multiple sections by dividers and curtains, so it's important to be quiet as the other customers will definitely hear you if you talk. They'll then ask you to take your shirt off and lay on your stomach face down. I was a little hesitant at this part, but my masseuse was very reassuring and kind. She asked me if it was my first time and made sure to use the right amount of firmness when massaging without hurting me. I found it very easy to trust her and was able to relax throughout the hour! My shoulders felt sooooo much lighter after leaving, I felt like I was in a new body LOL. I would definitely come here again if I didn't live so far! This review is based on a first time visit and the foot massage. I found this place on Yelp and being in the area hunting for some good Korean chow, we decided to walk in around 5pm. First of all, the place looks shady. It's hard to see from outside and when you get in you have to take an elevator to the floor. There are massage signs plastered everywhere. Inside they barely speak English. Also, I must've arrived during laundry hour, cause there were towels everywhere!!! The women's bathroom sink was full of towels, the table in the waiting area, everywhere!!! I was given slippers, shorts and keys to a locker. The locker I was assigned was broken, using hand signals I was able to explain that to a lady who apologised and got me another locker. The shorts they gave me didn't really fit well, and the slippers I got were small and uncomfortable with a paper lining for sanitary reasons. All in all not very impressive first impression. And, there was a customer arguing over the price of his service for what seemed like eternity while I waited about 15 minutes before I was called in to the foot massage area by the gentlemen who was going to change my life! The foot massage was incredible! They start by giving a mini neck massage, while you soak your feet in warm water. Then they begin by rubbing a cream on your feet while piano music plays and the fish tank sings it's own song. The gentleman doing my massage was soooo strong! Shaun is his English name, and I'm not even going to try to spell his Chinese name. He can speak English pretty well, though I didn't speak to him much, but all I can say now is that Shaun gave me one of the best foot massages I've ever had!!!! Came here twice since this place reopened. They did a good job in keeping this place clean. The massage itself was good, and would give it 5 stars but I didn't appreciate that I was told how much to tip. I tip my guy $10 (which is 20%) for a $52/90 min massage. The front desk lady wouldn't let me leave unless I tip $15 (which is nearly 30%). She said if I would have done 1 hour, than $10 tip is acceptable (which again, about 30% tip, it's $35/ 1 hr). Please don't force your customers to pay extra, it's a tip after all and standard tipping rate is 15-20%. This really put a bad taste in my mouth and it's ashamed but I will have to find another place. read more

BODY MASSAGE - Chose the 1-hour body massage and received one of the most blissful hours of my life. My masseuse was definitely well-trained and experienced as she provided professional service with care. The hour felt like it stretched on. I told her I wanted focus on my back, shoulders, and neck, and that I'm ticklish- and this is the first time I think my masseuse actually listened. Through the towel she honed in on tight knots in my back and really catered the massage to my body and it's needs. I felt systematically looser and jelly-like as she moved from head to toe. She made sure I was comfortable each step along the way, made sure I never got cold, didn't go too hard when I didn't want it, and told me if she was leaving the room/washing her hands/etc. I missed her talented hands when she left but almost fell asleep everytime from how relaxed I was. The hot stone therapy portion was heavenly, I love hot stone and she handled it with her bare hands for probably 5-10 minutes. The head massage was a nice surprise. Excellent service, definitely tipped my thanks. AFTERMATH - Left like a melty gelato, jiggly body parts dripping along the floor. Wish I could have done 1.5 hours. Long overdue review for this place! I've been coming here for a while now because it just simply can't be replaced by any other massage parlors I've experienced. Let's start off with how clean this place is. You usually don't expect this level of cleanness from an asian massage place but this place is spot on (I'm talking about no nasty stains on towels and clean floors). They also provide you with a locker, clothes and slippers to change into once you arrive (so no need to worry about getting robbed while you are relaxing). Onto the actual massage, I usually do full body massages and request for Zoe (because I'm very ticklish on my back and she knows how to work around it for me). I've also tried a couple other masseuse and depending on your preference you will find your favorite there. The masseuse usually ask where they need to focus on and how your strength tolerance is before starting. They also don't try to sell you on other stuff like other places do. Every time I walk out I feel super relaxed (they really spend their time massaging your knots out). Parking in that area is not the best so try to get there earlier and even earlier if you are going during the weekends or dinner time. read more

Great place for spa in flushing. Very clean and very professional. The owner is always there at the store to make sure everyone is taken care of with clean slippers, clothing, and made comfortable. His staffs all seem very polite and friendly. It also shows that the boss and the team maintained a good relationship. The price is very good as well, however to avoid overcrowding this place usually take reservations only. So make sure to make your reservation first, otherwise you might not be able to be serve by showing up unannounced. This is the only place I go to now for the flushing area, and it's hard to find places that appear clean and comfortable. The price is very affordable, perhaps a few dollars more than the main st area but it is worth it. My only complaint would be that the place is a bit small. Wish it was larger so they can take more appointments per day, or at least when a fee clients are waiting we arent cramped into the small waiting area. read more
