So in the summer, instead of sucking in air from the inside of the house, it would be be sucking in 100F air from outside, making the AC inefficient. He took the time to drive to the store to get sealant to fix the leaks inside the intake box, and spent an hour applying the sealant himself. Did not ask for any extra money, did not complain, had a great attitude, and really wanted to make sure that he gave 150% effort to the customer. Then he re-tested the system and the system passed this time showing barely any leakage. Gave us the report and the paperwork needed for the building inspector. If you do your own HVAC upgrade without a city permit, you think you save money by not having to spend money on HERS testing. Nothing could be farther from the truth. When it comes to spending money, I'm cheap. I didn't realize that Jason's job is to make sure that the extra money you spend on upgrading your ducts/AC equipment to more efficient equipment is not in vain due to leaks in your ducts A+++ experience with using this company for HERS testing, and will recommend to others to use this company.

The technician did a reasonable job examining our mini-split ceiling register and the outside compressor. The technician was pleasant and courteous. The online certification website where you acquire your permit certificate for download was fast and easy to use, it also costs $50. Mini-split permit certs are definitely easy money. I'd give five stars if it were around $200-$250.

In Southern California, these employees have been soliciting business by going door to door at homes. They don't have proper uniforms or physical business cards. They only have digital business cards. It's highly improbable for me to do business with an unsolicited company that approaches my home and with an employee who isn't very professional. It's great if the employee believes in what he is selling but without people skills and respect when approaching someone's home, you won't gain my business. Where do I begin? Sales guys made many promises that they didn't keep, which is typical. It took…read morethree months from start to get our solar running. I understand some of it was out of their control since working with PG&E is a pain. At the end it felt like pulling teeth getting them to help us. It took them coming out three times to get the solar going and what really did it for me was they only powered on half of our batteries. We were wondering why our grid dependence percentage was so high and lo and behold batteries weren't even powered on! They didn't show us how to use the app and before writing this review I reached out to the owner, twice.
