First, the purchase experience was easy, then a couple of service appointments later, well it's hell. Literally, the WORST! How about this for bad? My performance car had larger tires on the back, I go in to get a rotation and they put the larger tires on the front, yep! Once more for the people in the back, the larger tires are on the FRONT! It's clearly marked on the inside of the door, and it's a car, your service center is the manufacturer! And you can't read and you don't know the product. I had a rattle in the door, they gas light me and act like it's not happening. More than 5 appointments later... it's finally fixed. But when I ask them point blank, are you putting all new clips in the door when you put it back together? They say "No, only if they break." Just do it right the first time. I mean honestly I took this car in around 11 times in the 18 months I owned it. I had gas cars that I serviced less and had less issues with. Finally, they don't call you back and they just don't fix ANYTHING! No matter what or how you try to get the service, or how much you pay, they don't fix things. Do yourself a favor and get a different car from a different manufacturer. You'll have less headaches. Oh and maybe the other dealership will actually give you a ride to work, instead of acting like a luxury car payment is worth you paying for a cab or hitching a ride with friends. If you own a Tesla, take it somewhere else for service. While I loved my car, she was the best, so much fun, and I wish I could have stayed with her. But it turns out her family is just unbearable. I checked my emphasis report and it seems something has gone away. Rather than a smooth curve of energy production, the power production report was highly erratic with a porcupine like of spikes showing high and low energy.
