When their crew installed our solar panels, they created a hole in our roof. We discovered a leak directly under the area where the panels were placed. This is after they had already come back once to fix poor workmanship -- including nails poking through the wood. We have been trying to get a hold of someone for days, and they are not answering their calls. No updates, no follow‑through, no accountability. Meanwhile, we're left with roof damage and water intrusion caused by their installation. This is completely unacceptable. At this point, I cannot recommend this company to anyone unless you want ongoing problems and zero customer service. We are still waiting for a call back. If we don't hear from them immediately, our next step is reporting this to the proper authorities and pursuing legal action. Brandon Sorensen (760) 576‑8642
