I had them add an additional panels to an existing system, the team who installed were amazing. The operations folks were easy to reach. The whole process from start to finish was simple. Knowledgable at every level. They have stood by their workmanship and it will make it easier to sell my home. Thanks Quality Home Services! read more

Sunpower took over a company that installed my parents solar panels. They had some trouble with the panels not working properly and recieved a huge bill from pg&e. Brittany from sunpower was great in working with me for my elderly parents on how to get the problem fixed. Job well done, thank you very much! read more

Have reoccurring issue that has not been resolved, they came out 3 weeks ago for same problem they came out 2 months ago, sure would like to get issue fixed instead of wasting my time on reporting the issue and go through the routine of turning breakers on and off every month. At the point of throwing my hands up and stop wasting my time on equipment that has issues that they do not know how to or refuse to resolve since they have already been paid for, buyer beware. And yes I have the correct provider, called and left message on business line solar side. read more

Over a month ago, my husband and I were shopping at the Bakersfield Home Depot when a woman approached us in store and gave us a speech about how she was with Quality Home Services and had a short survey if we had time. We agreed, because we're nice people and didn't mind, and she asked us a few questions about the water system in our home. It was relatively painless...but definitely not needed by any means -- we were just being nice. Being approached didn't give us much option to say no without sounding like a jerk. She finished the survey with us, and we overheard her approach others with the same thing. Please refer to the photos. I know that the voicemail reader doesn't necessarily interpret the words correctly, but you can get the idea. This is absolute insanity. This woman has blown up my phone for almost a month now, as you can see. I'm in shock. It is becoming harassment. I am aware that I can block these numbers, but I am more appalled and sickened at this point and have become curious enough to start a case with BBB and need these as proof. Someone please explain to me the fixation with getting in contact with me. I have never once answered my phone for her. We never once committed to buy or even express interest in anything other than completing her survey. I began to wonder if the woman I spoke to WAS associated with this company or just a deranged person wandering Home Depot in search of phone numbers, but I have returned to Home Depot since then and have seen other Quality Home Services people approaching others with their surveys. This is scary, and I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company based on this alone. read more

I tried to cancel with these guys because i was misled by salesperson. She gave me way more panels than i needed. I have talked to numerous companies and each one said theres no way i needed 26 panels for my house. I truly believe this person was just trying to get as much commission as possible. I was also lied to about my friend getting a referral because he informed me he got a call and someone told him he wouldnt be able to get referral bonus. I am not happy with my experience with these people. read more

Heather at Sunpower by Quality Home Services has taught me more about the solar panel industry than I ever thought possible. It has really made me regret getting solar through another company, even though it was before we met. Sunpower by Quality Home Services has your best interests in mind and will only do what makes sense to you. Sunpower's technology can do more than their competitor's while using only a portion of the space on your roof. They'll even work with you if your roof needs replacing. They also offer the Tesla batteries to help you eliminate your true-up bill from PG&E. I HIGHLY recommend calling Heather at Sunpower by Quality Home Services. read more

Underground installation of solar panels, Brought in backhoe when trencher would have reduce damage to my lawn and yard was left a mess. Cable pull box was left 12" above ground when should be flush with ground, They finished the job took the check, and have not had a continuous month without some kind of issue for reporting or something that I have to go and throw circuit breakers on and off and if it does not come back on to call them back in 24 hours. unfortunately I used them for 2 of my houses and am regretting my decision. at this point about ready to have them come and pull the crap out and find someone who knows what customer service is. read more

We just bought the Rain Soft mid-range package, so I'll need to give a review of the product at a later date, but this review is regarding our installation experience, which was excellent. 3 workers in 2 vans came to my house, and spent just about 3 hours here in total. In that time they installed my kitchen sink dispenser and connected it to my fridge, installed the 2 big tanks in my garage, and taught my husband and me, individually, how to use & maintain the system. During this time, they were all extremely pleasant and very quick to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions we had. They were nice men who were sociable and held conversation well, and they were very respectful of the fact that my husband had worked the night before and was asleep through most of their visit. They were as quiet as one could be while drilling holes into my house. Based on my installation experience, I would definitely recommend doing business with this company. read more

I wanted to say you can judge a company by what they do if there is a problem. During my solar installation we had a serious problem, and this company responded perfectly to the situation. Prompt, courteous, and successfully found a solution. I am VERY pleased with my solar system they installed, and will highly recommend using this company for your home solar needs. Also, their sales man, Denny, was truly helpful with my questions. NO high pressure sales, just calm helpful explanations and advice on your solar needs. Give them a call, you will be very pleased with the results. read more

I feel horrible for the employees of this company walking around for hours on concrete floor, asking people to fill out survey's. They are turned down hundreds of times a day, and then "scolded" for not turning in their "goal". An employee named Veronica is very unprofessional when contacting her "team". I filled out a survey and when I politely told them I was not interested they pushed and pushed. I finally had to hang up on them. I've been back to Home Depot numerous times seeing the Surveyors constantly being told no and spoke to very rudly by customers. RETHINK this company! read more

The salesman showed me the expensive rainsoft tanks, without showing me the full range of tanks. This is fraud. Then they tell me that no salt is in the system ' for the house nor the dedicated hose line for the yard, cars, house windows, and awnings. I have sodium spots on my windows and awnings. The rain cleared up the problem with the awnings, as they once again are beautiful. Before I washed the salt off and added more to the awnings. Home Depot Credit Services stated that this is a vicious circle of washing the sodium off the awnings with the same water putting it back on. This is a failed system and I am working with the Home Depot to get rid of it and get my money back. I sent my water sample to the company in Concord. However, B&D stole the business away from them. I have never had a complaint until now against Home Depot Contractors. This one is a true lemon, and under the California Lemon Law, it should be taken out. Linda read more

Most non-professional services! I got referred to the Fresno branch for installing a whole-house filtration system from Home Depot. Took the suggestion but wasn't 100% confident. Been two year and these guys keep increasing prices of replacement parts and services. Appointments for yearly checks are not handled very well and the customers get grossly in-accurate estimates of parts and service. Service technicians cannot communicate well and cause many problems as far as billing is concerned. Tried working with the customer service but got cut off many times and finally hung upon!! Their systems are not that good quality. Many other systems work much better for cheaper! read more

We had solar panels installed by Quality Home Services. It was the smartest move I made. Everything they said has happened. I would recommend them to anyone read more

Beware, this is a horrible company that will try to rip you off. I called about getting our Rain Soft water softening system repaired. I told the phone person that it came with the house and had not run in several years, he looked us up by our address and said they had not been out to service it for 6 years. The person on the phone that scheduled the appointment said that someone could come out and get it working for $119. I told him that the digital screen was not working and that the regeneration cycle didn't stop on its own and that the salt tank was full of water. I asked if they would have the parts needed with them, they answered yes. I asked if it may take more than an hour to fix it, he said maybe a few extra minutes but that is unlikely. I asked "it will cost $119 to get our system running again?" he said yes and they will test the water also. He also said that the parts to fix it would probably cost a few dollars. The guy arrived this morning and told us that he could not fix it but that they could upgrade the system for $1800 or replace it for $3500. He did not have the parts with him. The digital screen wasn't working and since we hadn't used it in years the tank might have resin inside that would ruin the pipes in the whole house. The person on the phone could have told me this and we wouldn't have had to pay a guy $119 to tell us! The guy gives us a bill for $119, but says they would waive the fee if we upgrade the system. I feel robbed. They lied to me on the phone and then charged us money to come out to try to sell us something. read more

From start to finish, this was a very pleasant experience. They explained everything and we're totally polite and professional while being very personable. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Socorro, (the rep who got us to sign up for the water softener), was the best. The whole family loves the water softener. read more

Quick response with the quote for solar. The quality of the panels real interested me the most.

Well there was a complication with my install. The tank-less hot water heater was installed without incident, however the water treatment system wasn't so easy. There was an issue involving the irrigation system that had just been installed. The technicians listened to my concerns and called them into the office. Eventually I was able to fix the issue and the water systems was installed shortly there after. Now we are enjoying wonderful tasting water and an endless supply of hot water. Quality Home Services also installed solar for me last year. My Salesmen Mike Salas went above and beyond. I am very happy with all my purchases. read more

This is an unethical and annoying company. They sold me a very expensive system without ever mentioning that it would break as a result of high water pressure. It started leaking into the drain, costing me a fortune in water bills. When they came out, they charged me $119 to repair the damage that had resulted from the problem they never warned me about when they sold me the system, and only then did they inform me that I would have to pay a plumber to add a very expensive water regulator in order to be able to use the system they sold me. Another annoyance is that once they get your phone number they call at all hours, 7 days a week with telemarketing harrassment. There were also several things about their initial sales pitch that turned out to be major rip offs (they claimed they'd do water testing that they never did properly and they claimed that I would receive a "lifetime supply" of all sorts of soaps and other supplies - all of which turned out to be garbage). The initial installation was shoddy and left me with no water at all for 4 days. Home Depot is poisoning their brand by associating with companies like this one. read more

Most unprofessional company I have EVER worked with. The Fresno branch has no idea about customer service. They had to come out to my house 4 TIMES to service a RainSoft Water softner. After the second time I asked to talk to the General Manager to see if he could send someone out to take care of the problem. Person answering the phone was very Rude and would not transfer the call or even give me the Owner,s name so I could write a letter. I would really advise you not to buy RainSoft from Quality Home Services. Service from them is terrible. read more

I recently moved to the Stanlislaus area and moved my Rainsoft system to the new house. I made an appointment with the company to come and install the system. Twice, the company cancelled and rescheduled my appointment. It took 3 weeks for them to come and hook up the drinking faucet and the softener system. The gentlemen who came to install the system had to come twice to finish the install because they did not have all the equipment to do the job. Then the softener system had a leak and I had to make another appointment for someone to come and repair the leak. The company then cancelled the appointment and rescheduled for a week later to finish the job. Now the drinking faucet is leaking. This company's service is terrible. read more
