Whilst putting the pieces back on the fixture, one of the "brothers" dropped a piece, shattering it, and did not even bother to apologize. What? A so-called professional not apologizing for breaking an heirloom piece on a lighting fixture? Really? So what was this guy's trip anyway? Did he have a "chip" on his shoulder bc we worked over 50 years to acquire a few "nice" things? And this fixture was given to us to boot! Then, this same employee had to go into the attic - and as luck would have it - I just happened to wander into the room where the attic access is, and he had not taken the time to replace the attic access cover. So, alarmed I phoned the contact person who apologized profusely for this employee's lack of professionalism. Refreshing. Absolutely refreshing. The job finally got done, and we had asked them to match the bulbs of the fixture with the dimmer switch which actually never happened. Instead, they gave us a printout of bulb-types that might work and left it at that. Obviously, it never happened. If you've ever tried to find the numbers on bulbs to match a particular fixture/dimmer switch - good luck. For us, it was impossible. After requesting a receipt for monies paid for this job which exceeded $1,000 - the contact said one would be provided and left in the mailbox. That receipt was never received. Guess we're hoping for too much these days for a businessman to keep his word...and consequently we would be quite hesitant to recommend this company, most sadly. They say "actions speak louder than words" and their "action/s" (behavior) most certainly did. Don't you think so???

They wanted us to cut a hole in the garage ceiling drywall, before requesting more time for the Esqueda Electrical to check the problem. We hire another person, who found the wiring problem, (GFI), and replaced it without cutting a hole in the ceiling drywall. They, Esqueda, sent out, most likely, a non certified, electrician.

From the very start it was obvious to me that he comes with a wealth of experience and is simply an honest, hard-working man. I didn't have a very big project (sub-panel replacement), but he was still the only electrician from Yelp who paid me the courtesy of visiting my house in person before bidding. He was always on time, always responsive to calls and texts, and was just a pleasure to work with overall. As we talked about many things while he was working on the project, I felt like we became good friends. It quickly became apparent to me that I was talking to a real professional, with tons of experience handling projects of scale incomparable to mine. I learned that over his 45 years in the industry, he was involved in very large projects in key roles, managed rewiring of hospitals, stadiums, thousands of amperes of power, he knows it all. That he simply got tired of the intensity of big business and decided to work for himself and for the regular folk like you and me. And his pricing is very reasonable, too. I'd say you're getting an amazing deal hiring Kelly, with his experience and expertise he could very easily make much, much more as an industrial electrician or manager, he is overqualified for the jobs he is taking on now. But it makes him happy. I would, without a doubt, hire Kelly again and I hope to maintain a long-term relationship with him.

So the only reason why I didn't make a big deal out of it because it was at another shop and he said he would put it on so... I said ok but the other shop showed me all the screws and stuff that was missing from them fixing the generator screws broke screws just laying around inside I fell like I just got taken 3000 grand and the Gen didn't even get fix properly makes me wonder what they really charged me for I hate to say not going back and I still need more work on the gen after they said it was fixed not cool so.... avoid this place

Thank you to the 3rd party contractor who got my solar system working again after Fuzion essentially held my service repair hostage. Fuzion refused to send a service technician or address my issue unless I signed a non-disclosure agreement. The reason? I left an honest review a few years ago. I was told I needed to sign the NDA and change my rating on that previous review before they would provide service in a timely manner. I paid out of pocket to have an independent contractor diagnose and repair the system. During that process he discovered several installation issues that were not up to code from Fuzion 's original installation. My experience has been that Fuzion is your best friend until the installation is complete. Once they've been paid, you're treated more like an inconvenience than a customer. Looking back, the constant management turnover should have been my first red flag. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but consumers deserve to know what happens after the sales process is over. customer service and accountability seem to disappear once the contract is signed.
