I called to follow-up several times with many excuses and more promises to get back to me. If you have no intention of performing the work. Please at least tell the customer that it is a no bid situation so they can move on and stop chasing you. I tried to follow up several times and ask questions about why no one communicated this to us and never received a response from a single person, except some random lady whom we had never spoken to before who informed us that we wouldn't get our refund back due to their policy.
