He carefully looks at all information available from the types of systems to the pros and cons of each and tailors them to the individual's requirements. The best part is he doesn't oversell you on things you don't need. In my case I wanted a system to eventually be ready for an electric car. Dean wisely advised not to buy the extra pieces now when they would be of no value to me, but ensured my system would be ready for upgrades when I was ready. Since our initial install we have upgraded our system on 3 occasions, each time carefully planned out to maximize the value of the equipment and to get the best bang for the buck. The tech they sent over popped his head into the basement and announced 'needs replacing.' He spent no more than five minutes on the property. Never received a detailed estimate, despite calling and asking several times, just a bill for well over $100. When I called to complain I was treated in an incredibly nasty way by their receptionist. She threatened legal action against me if we didn't pay up immediately. When I negatively reviewed them on google the owner responded back that this was a fake review and to ignore it. No accountability, just bilking us out of our hard-earned money for nothing, IN MY OPINION (I have to say this because, according to at least one other negative review posted online, they threaten to bring suit against unhappy customers who report poor service) . I hope they've taken these criticisms into account and behave more professionally and considerately these days. Just can't forget the awful treatment. Caveat emptor.
