They're truly an outstanding local company, that has the efficiency and experience of a global company. When we were exploring solar earlier this year, we received three bids from different companies, and decided on Brighten given other customers' reviews and experience, competitive pricing, reliable communication, and deep expertise in solar. They did not disappoint. Everything was streamlined and clear. Cash was there with a handshake and a promise at the start, and end. Kyle stepped foot on our property, assessed all needs of our project, and continued communication throughout the entire project. Lea supported throughout in friendly, reliable communication, while capturing seriously pro drone shots of our finished project. Daniel, Quentin, and Spencer were amazing when the time came to put those beautiful panels on our home, making trapeze artists blush with their balance and hard work. Finally, Jeremy, Marine, and Ben were also amazing help throughout the entire process. If you're lucky enough to live in the area Brighten Solar operates, I would highly recommend not wasting your time searching elsewhere - these guys are the best. A truly socially- and environmentally-focused business putting the customer first.

Axiom 360 did a fantastic job of getting my new roof and solar system installed quickly as we were…read morerunning against the clock to obtain the solar tax credit that was expiring at the end of 2025. The salesman, Jeff was extremely helpful and communicative in explaining to me our roofing options (needing replacement due to the prior roof's age) and the solar system we would need to minimize any future payments to PGE as well as obtaining tax credits and rebates. We had a complication in that we were in the process of purchasing the house and the purchase was not set to go final until early-mid December 2025. Also, the holidays. Axiom staff stepped up big time. Even though they had other projects in the works, they squeezed us in. These complications required continuous coordination between Axiom representatives with the prior home owner (who was still occupying the house), and separately me because the prior owner's agent made it clear that the sellers and buyers (me) were not to directly communicate. In other words, Axiom had to work this project with two "owners" of the house, owners that were instructed to not talk to each other. As I was a "newbie" to solar I had lots of questions (and a desire for perfection). Clay and Justin were extremely patient with me every time I emailed, called, texted or visited their shop (to drop off payments) to coordinate the work, and for them to explain exactly what was being installed and all the installation steps that were being taken. I especially want to call out Justin and Sean for making sure we got the system hooked up as quickly as possible to PGE to export energy to the grid. Sean came by twice after the installation was complete, first to ensure PGE would bless the hookup and second to walk me through the system and show me how to work the App. The roof looks great and the system is working great. I strongly recommend these folks for roofing and solar system installations.

We didn't have any air conditioning or heaters in our house because we just remodeled and moved in. But I would totally recommend getting AC installed from Clean Power. The owners are quick to respond and eager to help you out. If you need a place to install solar panels, this is your go to. You could help save the environment with addition of the Panasonic solar panels to your rooftops. They're of high quality and very eco-friendly.

We had several questions that remained unanswered and no clear rep assigned to our project. We were also told AFTER contract signing and paying a deposit that we would have to spend an additional 40k on getting our roof replaced as their solar tiles would not be able to be installed on our roof. This was never mentioned during the sales process or in the proposal. I tried to follow up several times and ask questions about why no one communicated this to us and never received a response from a single person, except some random lady whom we had never spoken to before who informed us that we wouldn't get our refund back due to their policy. Horrible customer service, not at all upfront about their process, and poor communication to say the least. Would give zero stars if I could.

I swear Dean is the most patient (no pressure) sales guy I've ever met. Yo say he is thorough is an understatement. He carefully looks at all information available from the types of systems to the pros and cons of each and tailors them to the individual's requirements. The best part is he doesn't oversell you on things you don't need. In my case I wanted a system to eventually be ready for an electric car. Dean wisely advised not to buy the extra pieces now when they would be of no value to me, but ensured my system would be ready for upgrades when I was ready. Since our initial install we have upgraded our system on 3 occasions, each time carefully planned out to maximize the value of the equipment and to get the best bang for the buck. In short if I could give 10 stars I would. If you are interested in learning about solar give them a call. You won't be sorry.

Her name was Clair, she was very helpful. She explained all of my options, and the whole procedure in complete detail, and then we scheduled a date when the crew can come to an estimate. When we finally got to the installation date, I knew that getting solar panels is not a quick, one day process.
