I'm very pleased the way Gilbert and his team to make ends meet for me. They arrived as soon as I called and they were prepared to get the job done same day. I highly recommend these energy auditors and the way they went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. The report needed was recieved quicker then most places. I love how they were fast and easy to work with. They gave me a fair estimate on the spot and same day auditor prepared everything I needed. By far the best in my area. He answered all the questions I gave him and he was well knowledges about this type of work. I'm not to familiar with energy reports to be honest but he was like a professional teacher the whole way guiding me and teaching me about what was going to be done. He did a couple codes front he energy meter and also explained that to me. It took about 2 days the most to receive the energy report and it was via email. The day I recieved it he also gave me a follow up call to explain the details . Thanks GILBERT read more

In addition to being extremely professional, responsive and honest, Gilberto, at the Title 24 Guys went above and beyond. He worked closely with our designers to help make changes to our plans so that we would be energy compliant while maintaining the integrity of the aesthetic we were going for. His experience and insight truly shined through. He clearly knows his business. Gilberto understood that we were on a time crunch, and worked after hours to help move things along, when it was well within his right to push it off to the next day. He saved us time and money, alleviating a lot of stress for us. Finally, they're extremely well priced; worth every penny. We clearly give them our strongest recommendation. Gilberto was thorough and professional in both the initial conversation I had with him and in his follow-up analysis of my issue. Even though my issue was resolved so that I didn't actually use his services, I felt confident in trusting him to be able to deal with the Title 24 issue that needed to be addressed had it not actually been resolved. I greatly appreciated the fact that he took the time to follow up with me and he was very responsive! If I ever have another project that needs a Title 24 consultant, I will call him first! read more

The energy report I recieved by this place was superb. We were able to send energy specialist to my home and checked out every little aspect of my home. They took the time to make sure that we had the accurate report needed. The energy specialist explained every energy code to me. He was well prepared and experienced in this type of energy field report. I highly recommend title 24 to anyone looking for a accurate energy report writing. I also made sure I was chiding the right company to do this. I did get a fair charge and I did receive my report the following day. The same energy specialist arrived at my home to give it to me. He explained many things I didn't understand . Thanks read more

Long story short, my original title 24 engineer did a below par report for me to get my permit. I did not notice any issue until I started to purchase my windows and found out the U-factor and SHGC number that my original engineer used on the report is unachievable or I will have to spend $20000 to buy the super low-e argon windows from different manufacturer to comply Title 24. I tried to have my original engineer did my report again, he tried several times but still could not figure out a good solution. I was very frustrated. I talked to the window company to see whether they have any recommendations. They told me to contact Gilbert. I had my contractor called Gilbert since I do not want to get ripe off. My contractor was impressed by Gilbert's knowledge. (My contractor is a very picky person). So, I contacted Gilbert immediately and sent him my original report. Within a day, Gilbert redid my Title 24 report. He fined tune different components on the title 24 report and now I can use the windows that was originally proposed on my drawing. I was so so happy. I saved $20,000.00 (btw, they are aluminum windows and multi-sliding doors) I am so thankful for what Gilbert did. He is very knowledge, responsive, patient and very nice. . (If you dealt with engineers, contractor before, you know most of them take forever to reply and feel annoyed when you asked more questions) Thank you again, Gilbert. You are the best. read more

I rarely write reviews on Yelp and I must write one for Title 24 company. I would give Title 24 10 solid stars if I could. Gilberto is one of the most honest and professional I have ever worked with. I did a minor remodel for my home, and the city required a Title 24. When I reached out to Gilberto, he said the my remodelling would not need a full report , and he sent me a short version with all information filled out. He did NOT charge me anything for his work. Thank you Gilberto so so much!!! read more

Just Spoke to Gilberto. Knowledgeable and professional guy. Turns out my project did not need him to come out and certify it but he still took the time to explain a lot of things to me. This is something my original engineers would not even do. Much appreciated and I will Def use him on my next project. read more

This review is a bit long overdue, but I want to recommend anyone who needs Title 24 work should absolutely consider using Gilberto. I was remodeling my house and had called a couple of other Title 24 engineers for estimates, etc. Gilberto was the most responsive, informative, and had a great price. On the original scope of work, he was extremely quick in completing the report. Additionally, he even helped with any minor change requests we needed due to the change of the architectural plans. And on top of that, even months after he was done with his work, he still helped us out on a couple of Title 24 questions we had and didn't charge us anything extra. I highly recommended him for the Title 24 work needed. read more

We cannot express how grateful we are to have found the Title 24 Guys. We were having problems with our Engineer who kept telling us that our design choices would not pass title 24 and we would have to go with his design choices. Lo and behold, we found Gilberto, our grace and savior, who helped us pass title 24 without having to sacrifice our "design choices". He was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful with answering all of our questions. We felt really bad pestering him with all our questions, but he seemed very nice and pleasant about it and was always available (even late in the night) to answer any and all of our questions. He went above and beyond to help us, and we're extremely thankful. If you're ever looking for fast and reliable service, contact the Title 24 Guys--AND ask for Gilberto! read more
