He went to my tenant's space, and a few hours later, they called me to say the entire AC wasn't working anymore. I had to call and text multiple times before he finally responded and went to check. He said he used the wrong switch, and by mistake, the whole system was down for two days. Now, my house is very cold, and I need him to come and take a look, but he doesn't bother to reply to any of my calls or texts. Very disappointed with the lack of response and follow-up.

Asked to cancel maintenance plan but operator cannot do anything and takes a third message and again received no callback. Called again 8/15/26 and only operator who takes a 4th message. There was some initial frustration with scheduling, but the team was professional, apologetic, and made the effort to get someone out that same evening to diagnose the issue. Zaur came out first to assess the problem, which turned out to be a failed condenser fan motor. Once I approved the estimate the next day, the company moved quickly to secure the part. Tim and Zaur both came out later that day and worked into the evening to get the job done. Throughout the repair, which also included a maintenance service, both were great to work with. In addition to the company's responsiveness, transparency, and reasonable pricing, I also appreciated that the work came with a 3-year warranty on parts and labor. Tony immediately squeezed me into his schedule and was very accommodating to me. But I got a call from my installers who was able to get their HERS tester to come out today. So I have not used this HERS provider to test my equipment - but really happy with their initial contact!
