During the initial walkthrough, Andrew, the owner, assured me that his team could handle all aspects of the electrical installation required for my project. On the day scheduled for installing the finish electrical, the job site atmosphere reminded me of the busy, overlapping work reminiscent of the old KB Home days--workers coordinating closely and efficiently to get the job done. This collaborative effort was evident throughout the project, and it was the most impactful aspect of the work I observed. While photographs may not fully capture the quality and dynamics of the work, my experience with HAVICAN CUSTOMS ELECTRIC was positive. If you are seeking an honest and down-to-earth electrician, I recommend reaching out to Andrew at HAVICAN CUSTOMS ELECTRIC.

They were always responsive, showed up when they said they would, and kept me informed throughout the entire project. Everything was fully permitted and done the right way. No shortcuts, no surprises, and no pressure. What I appreciated most was how they treated me. They took the time to answer my questions, explain things in a way I could understand, and make sure I was comfortable with every decision. As a homeowner, that meant a lot. Turns out a wire in the outlet they repaired wasn't reconnected so we lost current to the new separate outlet that was chained to the repaired one (luckily was able to find it and fix it myself). Pros: Quick response, good communication, pleasant interaction, repaired original problem. Cons: No warranty/guarantee of service, they didn't double check everything in the area they worked on before leaving (I should have too). When I found a problem after they left (even if it's the same day in the area that they were working on), I would have had to pay a full service fee again.

They quoted me $275, but when the technician arrived, he realized the job actually involved installing a new bathroom fan/light combo (which needed proper ventilation out of the house), not just replacing an existing one. They suddenly raised the quote to $600 on the spot, which was really frustrating and stressful. After asking for a refund, I called New Electronics Communications the same day -- and to my amazement, they were able to schedule me immediately! The technician arrived right on time, was professional, polite, and very clean with his work. He did the installation exactly how I wanted it, for only $350, and everything looks and works perfectly. They not only saved me a ton of time and money but also spared me so much stress -- especially since I had already taken my dogs to daycare, expecting the job to get done that day. I'm just really grateful for their responsiveness, honesty, and quality work. If you're looking for reliable, fair, and fast electrical work, don't hesitate -- call New Electronics Communications!
