If you do call them, I strongly suggest getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major repair they recommend. Do not fall for their high pressure scare tactics! I had a blockage in my home and called this company to diagnose and fix the problem. The plumber who came out did what I felt was the bare minimum if any work at all and did not resolve the blockage. Instead, I was told I needed approximately $7,000 in spot repairs to my sewer pipe, with the possibility of up to $30,000 for more extensive replacement/re-piping to the sewer. The way the situation was presented made it sound urgent and as though major excavation and repair work were necessary. Fortunately, before agreeing to anything, I decided to get both a second and third professional opinion. Both told me essentially the same thing: my pipes were fine and did not need to be replaced. It turned out that I simply needed the drain line properly cleaned to clear the blockage for $150. No $7,000 spot repair. No $30,000 re-piping. No tearing up my landscaping. I understand that plumbers can have different professional opinions, but the enormous difference between the original recommendation and what two other professionals found is extremely concerning to me. I felt pressured toward very expensive work that ultimately proved unnecessary. I feel like I dodged a very expensive bullet. Brian is highly experienced and knowledgeable which showed as he was quickly able to identify the issues (root cause for slow drain and water pressure differences in taps around the home) and suggest repiping solution to replace galvanized pipes. Other plumbers took more time or couldn't find the real issue. Work was started 8am next day with permits and they completed both copper repiping and sewer repiping of whole house in one day!
