We hired Gladiator a second time after they did our whole house repipe to come fix our main water line that had a bad leak. They showed up quickly and gave us a quote on the spot. Jesse took his time to explain exactly what machinery they would use to tunnel under our driveway to avoid upsetting the concrete and our other front yard landscaping. They showed up in two days to do the work and the guys who had to dig the pits on either end of the pipe were really super careful with our irrigation and lighting. A water leak was detected from my water meter, spilling onto the street. After the city stated it was not their responsibility, I promptly contacted Gladiator Plumbing, who had performed a line clean-out for me last year. I secured an appointment within two days. Technicians Javi and Joseph arrived on time and immediately identified the leak originating from the owner's side. They confirmed the exact source by digging to expose the leak, which revealed the need to replace a small section of the old PVC pipe. They offered to complete the repair the same day and provided a quote covering both the leak inspection and the pipe replacement. Eagle did not give Gladiator their business which I was told otherwise when I called Eagle. Unfortunately, I didn't contact my old plumber from Eagle first and had their plumber fix a cracked pipe. I am now in contact with my old plumber again and he looked at the job Gladiator did and would have charged me 190. Gladiator charged 475. I needed to replace old galvanized water pipes to copper ones in my two story house. I chose Gladiator, because sales representative was the best among other companies I invited - in demonstrating what exactly will need to be done and what exactly will be the procedure. Price offered was quite competitive too. In process of installation, gas and sewer pipes were also inspected. Gas leaks were fixed, I also agreed on sewer pipes replacement. In-house work was done impeccably. Work areas were completely draped with plastic curtains, HEPA filter was cleaning the air. All wall opening, trench digging, installation was completed in a day, then there was inspection, then patching and ditch filling for a day - and another inspection. So, inside the house everything was done in the best way. I was not prepared to what happened outside though. I expected a narrow trench to be dug - and initially it was indeed narrow, by the edge of decorative bushes. In the end, without warning, all bushes were just completely removed! Also filling the trench under pebble field has noticeable potholes in it. Maybe this outside this dig/fill work was done by some subcontractor, maybe this is some management issue - but the result is definitely sloppy. Also, the day of pipe installation I chose to work from home, just in case some need arise. This was a mistake - I constantly sensed some strange smell (acetylene?) and felt pretty shitty all the next night and day. Yet, overall, aside from front yard mishap, I'm pretty satisfied with what and how things were done and would recommend Gladiator Plumbing and Repipe. read more

We hired these guys for a city clean out including permits. They were efficient when they came out to do the bid, fast to start, and did a good job on tbr work. The only mistep was they closed up the dig before realizing they didn't have the inspection and so they had to dig it up again. However the inspection happened shortly after and they closed it up so everything worked out. They were also apologetic. That being said, they have decent prices and do a good job so that's most important. read more

This review is to give my highest recommendation for Gladiator Repipe. I had three bids for an outdoor piping project. Of the three, GR was not only the cheapest, but the most thorough when it came to explaining exactly what would be done and when it would be done. Brian was fantastic to work with and walked me through the entire process. The estimate was delivered within hours which was clear and easy to read. They required a deposit, but were fine coming out to pick up the check which saved me postage. GR texted the day before and when en route. They were punctual, courteous, and extremely professional in their cleanup and answering my questions. The yard was spotless when they were done. I greatly appreciated that they went above and beyond in their job. For example, they did an on site inspection and checked for gas leaks and gave a list of things to keep an eye on for future service. They recommended other services and explained why they should be performed, but there was no pressure to make a sale. Their customer service was great both from their office staff and field personnel. Somehow a valve was damaged which they replaced-no questions asked. It took awhile to get the part, but they fixed it without issue which was a great relief and again with the same professionalism (thank you Javie). The on-site manager, Matt, was absolutely fantastic in making sure that this small project wasn't forgotten and was a pleasure to work with while the original project was completed. Entire Home Repipe w/ Drains replaced as well. My home is old, built 1966 - two story. We bought it 4 years ago. Our master shower upstairs began leaking to our family room ceiling below. We stopped using the shower, until we could get it fixed, and started using hall bath shower and that started to leak into our entry way ceiling two days later. After dealing with Home Insurance for two months and going back and forth with them and getting nothing done, we decided to not want to do patch work anymore, and decided to just get the entire house repiped. Gladiator came by and did a walkthrough of the entire house, inspected leaks in ceiling, checked out our water heater, checked out our main pipe coming into house. They told us everything that would happen on each day, told us what to expect, explained the process, explained the different options of copper vs pex, etc. Very professional. I also got a quote from another contractor. He showed up, kind of looked around the house. Through out a ballpark figure of the cost. Then I asked if that included a new water heater, and he was like "Oh, you want a water heater too?" Then just added cost onto his ballpark figure from before. Didnt feel comfortable at all, and even though he was cheaper than Gladiator, Im not putting the future of my home in the hands of someone Im not comfortable with. We went with Gladiator. Day before they showed up, the hall bath drain began leaking - ugh. So Gladiator showed up and I asked them if they can fix that drain, and they said no problem and added it onto the work. Next day, Gladiator called saying they found more leaks in drainage under house. They quoted me to fix the spots, or entire house drain replacement and we just went for all new drainage as well. This was all added on, and Gladaitor still finshed in time they told us. We were happy with communication, and the work done. There were a few issues, as expected with a job this size, but nothing they didnt immediately fix. One, was our hallway bathtub we recently had reglazed had some chips in it from tools and pipes I suppose, but Gladiator sent a couple guys out to fix it. Another was, weeks later, my wife noticed on side of our house, some of the stucco was not patched and there was an opening. We called Gladiator and someone showed up and patched the stucco and it looks fantastic, not a rush job or anything. It's been over a year since we got this repipe done and have had zero issues with the pipes or drains. The peace of mind of not having to deal with leaks is so nice. Gladiator did a great job. I dont fault them for the bathtub nicks, or some stucco patchwork missed. This was a big job, and nothing goes perfectly. As a homeowner, just do a thorough walkthrough in and around your house afterwards, and let Gladiator know of any problems. Once these minor issues were discovered, they took care of it right away. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Yuri and his team. Yuri came out for a thorough evaluation and completely reasonable estimate with competitive rates. Based on Gladiator's glowing reviews, we hired them for a complete repipe and drain replacement. Things could not have gone better. Yuri's team arrived en masse on the agreed-upon repipe date, and had the entire interior protected with floor-to-ceiling plastic sheeting, and all major appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine) all pulled away from the wall. This was in the first 10 minutes. Yuri's team then proceeded to remove all the 50yo pipes and replace them with new copper. By early-mid afternoon, the piping was complete (INCLUDING installation of a new water filtration/conditioning system, AND a new dishwasher!) and all the debris was cleaned away and protective sheeting removed. Drains replaced in the same manner the next day, and on the third day the City inspector came by. All work passed inspection with flying colors. The entire Gladiator team was amazing. Extremely capable, efficient, and friendly workers, all. Our home had old water pipes that needed to be replaced. We decided that we wanted copper pipes and permits from the city. We also chose to replace the main line (from the street to the house). Our selection criteria were a local, licensed company with a good reputation and reasonable prices. After initial research (online, friends and neighbors, local consumer resources at the library), we selected Gladiator Repipe, Inc. (GRI). We contacted them and received a quote. Because we were not familiar with many aspects, we asked a lot of questions. Mr. Yuri (Sales) and the office ladies, Ms. Naidely and Ms. Marissa, were very helpful in explaining and provided some extra documents so we could prepare. The teams doing the work were very professional - they arrived on time, were respectful about the property (used the protective plastic wrap liberally), and worked efficiently without wasting time. They were experienced and coordinated their work well in different sub-teams (some under the house, some inside, some outside). The entire project lasted several days and included an initial inspection and a final inspection from the city inspector. We are happy with the quality of the work and the result. We have already recommended GRI to our friends, neighbors, and colleagues. We had to have Gladiator Repipe come out after our new floors were installed. We had two layers of tile (previous owners flipped house and placed new tile on top of old tile). There was low water pressure coming from our pipes, specifically with our hot water and tankless water heater. Jose showed up right at 10AM as expected. He was quick to diagnose the problem after listening to our explanation and was able to immediately solve the issue. Not only that he educated us on what proper maintenance should be and even recommended that we pay attention to getting a pressure regulator for where the water main met the house to protect the tankless water heater and overall pipes in the house. I wasn't notified of what the service charge was for a tech to arrive and diagnose the problem but their prices were very reasonable. If I have any future issues, I will definitely be calling Gladiator Repipe again for help. read more

I'd want to give this company a 4 star for the below: (1) Quality Work and knowing their domain, work pretty well. (2) Professional, Courteous crew (I had asked that they wear Masks etc and largely they all did) Project: Entire Home Repiping. While an army (feels like 100!) arrive on Day 1 and cover the floor etc, the team wraps up the entire Piping by late afternoon, its the Day 2 that you realize it deteriorates and the condition they'll leave you with. The Patching & Sheet Rock team (Day 2) led by Juan is very hard working and fantastic too btw but IF there is any issue unattended at the end of Day 1 in the house, like below at my site, the service feels like an unlicensed contractor/company! Tip to you Home Owners: Ask that every part, inch of your home is walked through AND make them either finish right then OR commit a qualified person onsite on Day 2! Issues I reported: (1) One of my branded Kohler Toilet Malfunctions (after the repipe) (2) Unfinished work (couple of holes, connections missed out) and some minor issue such as Fixtures removed for the work not reinstalled but also a high degree of dust in a few rooms. This is on top of coverings we did ourselves and cleared all the work areas!! I spoke to the management re: #1 and the nickle & dime approach (+ a few others) is a bit unbelievable! Even if I didn't fault the piping for the issue, there seemed no real intent to solve (leave alone display any excellence)! This company did complain "Cost" allocation issue but with what I incurred for the above issues, I'm now thinking if awarding the project at a 25% premium compared to the next highest contract was all so much worth it. It's unfair to the business to post the $ amount but I can add that the project was at least 100+ TIMES the $150/200 that these folks haggled .... Recently my tankless water heater failed. After searching for a company to do repairs on it, I had 3 different plumber's bids and service appointment options. After getting confirmation that their service man would be able to roll over the job into Saturday if needed, I cancelled the other plumbers who could work Saturday and paid Gladiator $59 up front. The appointment was locked at 2 to 3 arrival on Friday. When the plumber showed up at approximately 4pm, it seemed he didn't know what he was doing. He stared at the parts I had laid out, looked at some of the instructions, and made calls. I was concerned and thought he didn't have the skills needed. Then he told me it would... 1. Cost about $600 more than my other estimates. 2. Could not be completed that day, 3. They would not come back Saturday, and 4. COULDN"T BE SCHEDULED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY. We lived in an Eichler home, we need to repipe the water line for entire house. Since it's a big project, I have contacted couple repiping companies, finally I picked the Galdiator and I made the very right decision. Couple things I loved about Gladdiator: 1. The project manager Yuri Sagestume is so easy to work with. He actually came twice in order to give us the right quote. 2. Before the day of starting repipe work, Yuri sent a guy who is an expert of fixing wall and get ready for next day since three walls need to be open for the work. 3.
