Very high quality and immediate service, prompt responses, and professional. I spoke to them mid-day and they were able to send someone (the owner himself, Brian) over for an estimate within 30 minutes. Brian is highly experienced and knowledgeable which showed as he was quickly able to identify the issues (root cause for slow drain and water pressure differences in taps around the home) and suggest repiping solution to replace galvanized pipes. Other plumbers took more time or couldn't find the real issue. Work was started 8am next day with permits and they completed both copper repiping and sewer repiping of whole house in one day! They also were proactive to remove items from the original invoice which weren't needed based on actual diagnosis after they opened up parts of the drywall. They also sent their project manager during city inspection visit and immediately followed by repairs of the Sheetrock that was cut open for the project. The crew was friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumbing service of excellent quality. read more

Our HOA recently had work done by Gladiator Pipe, and while there were a few mishaps that impacted the interior of my home, the resolution was incredible. The owner personally came to my house to inspect the damage and promised to restore everything to its original state. This level of accountability and first-class customer service is rare. I am so grateful to have been heard and for the direct effort made to make things right. Thank you Brian Bailey :) read more

Very expensive for the work, but they came quickly and did a good job. They have a set price for each job that was higher than others that quoted. I was in a rush, or I would have gone with another vendor. read more

Fernando did an awesome job with the plumbing work in our office restroom. He installed matte-black pipe sleeves, escutcheons, and angle-stops on the supply lines to our toilet & sink. Hector was great at repairing the pipe, but the scheduling needs to be improved. They somehow double booked causing a no show at the scheduled time and then they scramble to get another guy onsite. It was an emergency at the time, every hour was critical and I was getting called for a status update every hour, not cool. read more

We have used services from Gladiator Plumbing & Repipe many times over a few years and have always been impressed with their work. They have Repiped a home for us, replaced a standard water heater with a tankless version and provided plumbing services. They are a group of honest, courteous, caring and knowledgeable professionals. Recently, Brian and his serviceman solved a problem we didn't know we had. The serviceman came to our home with an intent to add an additional recirculating pump to our hot water system. That same serviceman used his mind to think outside the box and crawled under the house to check out the shower that was having a problem getting hot water quickly. What he found surprised us all. The original recirculating system, installed nearly 35 years ago, didn't reach the shower at all. Instead of installing the additional pump, the servicemen altered the plumbing under the house and - bingo!- the problem has been solved. We couldn't be more thankful. Don't think twice about it. The job you guys did was amazing! From the time you started to the time you left everything went smoothly. You did more than I expected. Your attention to detail was over the top. You even came back the day after and installed a new bath fixture for me. Thank you Frank read more

First, we had an issue with our two bathrooms, specifically with two toilets and showers in the middle of the night. Water was rising with sewage and toilet seals were leaking. We needed help quick. After calling a few providers who were not available until the morning Gladiator was able to respond quickly and during late night. They were very communicative with the service after diagnosing and moved very quickly. Overall very happy with their service and customer service. Would call them back again. read more

We hired Gladiator a second time after they did our whole house repipe to come fix our main water line that had a bad leak. They showed up quickly and gave us a quote on the spot. Jesse took his time to explain exactly what machinery they would use to tunnel under our driveway to avoid upsetting the concrete and our other front yard landscaping. They showed up in two days to do the work and the guys who had to dig the pits on either end of the pipe were really super careful with our irrigation and lighting. It took them a day and we had water again by dinner time. I want to specifically shout out Kevin and Julio who were great with my mother in law explaining to her what was happening and for being super professional. Also they have great communication at the front office with Isabella and Cynthia doing the the scheduling. read more

They showed on time and did an exhaustive test of the house plumbing, including the crawl space to find a leak. At the end we got lucky and they were able to shot off the section with the issue. Charges were more than reasonable for amount of time they spent discovering the issue read more

Gladiator Plumbing was responsive and the plumber, Javi, was very efficient and skilled. He completed the job very quick.

A water leak was detected from my water meter, spilling onto the street. After the city stated it was not their responsibility, I promptly contacted Gladiator Plumbing, who had performed a line clean-out for me last year. I secured an appointment within two days. Technicians Javi and Joseph arrived on time and immediately identified the leak originating from the owner's side. They confirmed the exact source by digging to expose the leak, which revealed the need to replace a small section of the old PVC pipe. They offered to complete the repair the same day and provided a quote covering both the leak inspection and the pipe replacement. They replaced the PVC section with copper, successfully stopping the leak. I am grateful for their quick response and commend Javi and Joseph's professionalism, punctuality, and personable approach. As someone unfamiliar with plumbing, I particularly appreciated how they educated me on the issue, the solution, and demonstrated the completed repair. Thank you, Javi and Joseph, for your excellent service! Thanks Gladiator Repipe and Plumbing!! read more

Gladiator did a complete repipe and drain replacement for us. They were great with communication, and the finished work is quality (our water no longer has sentiment and our drains remove the water quickly). Gladiator also made the permit process easy, which we appreciated. Our project had a couple of hiccups along the way, and Gladiator was quick to send Julio or someone from the team to help. I would recommend Gladiator for your repipe or drain replacement. read more

Gladiator repipe job was awesome! Jesse met with us first to discuss our broken pipe and we quickly made a plan. He was very thorough, helpful and professional. Our first day of work the team headed by Fernando came promptly at 8:00 and began work. They did an excellent job and were very efficient. Fernando was really knowledgeable about the best way to fix our leak which was a little challenging since it was under the slab foundation. His team was great and all very nice. Once the work was completed they cleaned everything up before leaving and everything was left spotless and ready to have their team patch and retexture. I would highly recommend Gladiator for any repipe work. The process was seamless and just as presented, you won't go wrong with them. read more

We hired these guys for a city clean out including permits. They were efficient when they came out to do the bid, fast to start, and did a good job on tbr work. The only mistep was they closed up the dig before realizing they didn't have the inspection and so they had to dig it up again. However the inspection happened shortly after and they closed it up so everything worked out. They were also apologetic. That being said, they have decent prices and do a good job so that's most important. read more

Gladiator snagged the old phone number of Eagle plumbing when the owner had to retire because of ill health. Eagle did not give Gladiator their business which I was told otherwise when I called Eagle. Unfortunately, I didn't contact my old plumber from Eagle first and had their plumber fix a cracked pipe. I am now in contact with my old plumber again and he looked at the job Gladiator did and would have charged me 190. Gladiator charged 475. If you want to pay almost times 3X more, use Gladiator. read more

I needed to replace old galvanized water pipes to copper ones in my two story house. I chose Gladiator, because sales representative was the best among other companies I invited - in demonstrating what exactly will need to be done and what exactly will be the procedure. Price offered was quite competitive too. In process of installation, gas and sewer pipes were also inspected. Gas leaks were fixed, I also agreed on sewer pipes replacement. In-house work was done impeccably. Work areas were completely draped with plastic curtains, HEPA filter was cleaning the air. All wall opening, trench digging, installation was completed in a day, then there was inspection, then patching and ditch filling for a day - and another inspection. So, inside the house everything was done in the best way. I was not prepared to what happened outside though. I expected a narrow trench to be dug - and initially it was indeed narrow, by the edge of decorative bushes. In the end, without warning, all bushes were just completely removed! Also filling the trench under pebble field has noticeable potholes in it. Maybe this outside this dig/fill work was done by some subcontractor, maybe this is some management issue - but the result is definitely sloppy. Also, the day of pipe installation I chose to work from home, just in case some need arise. This was a mistake - I constantly sensed some strange smell (acetylene?) and felt pretty shitty all the next night and day. Yet, overall, aside from front yard mishap, I'm pretty satisfied with what and how things were done and would recommend Gladiator Plumbing and Repipe. read more

This review is to give my highest recommendation for Gladiator Repipe. I had three bids for an outdoor piping project. Of the three, GR was not only the cheapest, but the most thorough when it came to explaining exactly what would be done and when it would be done. Brian was fantastic to work with and walked me through the entire process. The estimate was delivered within hours which was clear and easy to read. They required a deposit, but were fine coming out to pick up the check which saved me postage. GR texted the day before and when en route. They were punctual, courteous, and extremely professional in their cleanup and answering my questions. The yard was spotless when they were done. I greatly appreciated that they went above and beyond in their job. For example, they did an on site inspection and checked for gas leaks and gave a list of things to keep an eye on for future service. They recommended other services and explained why they should be performed, but there was no pressure to make a sale. Their customer service was great both from their office staff and field personnel. Somehow a valve was damaged which they replaced-no questions asked. It took awhile to get the part, but they fixed it without issue which was a great relief and again with the same professionalism (thank you Javie). The on-site manager, Matt, was absolutely fantastic in making sure that this small project wasn't forgotten and was a pleasure to work with while the original project was completed. If you have any plumbing issues (and I have many because I have a 77 year old house), save some time and call up GR first. read more

Entire Home Repipe w/ Drains replaced as well. My home is old, built 1966 - two story. We bought it 4 years ago. Our master shower upstairs began leaking to our family room ceiling below. We stopped using the shower, until we could get it fixed, and started using hall bath shower and that started to leak into our entry way ceiling two days later. After dealing with Home Insurance for two months and going back and forth with them and getting nothing done, we decided to not want to do patch work anymore, and decided to just get the entire house repiped. Gladiator came by and did a walkthrough of the entire house, inspected leaks in ceiling, checked out our water heater, checked out our main pipe coming into house. They told us everything that would happen on each day, told us what to expect, explained the process, explained the different options of copper vs pex, etc. Very professional. I also got a quote from another contractor. He showed up, kind of looked around the house. Through out a ballpark figure of the cost. Then I asked if that included a new water heater, and he was like "Oh, you want a water heater too?" Then just added cost onto his ballpark figure from before. Didnt feel comfortable at all, and even though he was cheaper than Gladiator, Im not putting the future of my home in the hands of someone Im not comfortable with. We went with Gladiator. Day before they showed up, the hall bath drain began leaking - ugh. So Gladiator showed up and I asked them if they can fix that drain, and they said no problem and added it onto the work. Next day, Gladiator called saying they found more leaks in drainage under house. They quoted me to fix the spots, or entire house drain replacement and we just went for all new drainage as well. This was all added on, and Gladaitor still finshed in time they told us. We were happy with communication, and the work done. There were a few issues, as expected with a job this size, but nothing they didnt immediately fix. One, was our hallway bathtub we recently had reglazed had some chips in it from tools and pipes I suppose, but Gladiator sent a couple guys out to fix it. Another was, weeks later, my wife noticed on side of our house, some of the stucco was not patched and there was an opening. We called Gladiator and someone showed up and patched the stucco and it looks fantastic, not a rush job or anything. It's been over a year since we got this repipe done and have had zero issues with the pipes or drains. The peace of mind of not having to deal with leaks is so nice. Gladiator did a great job. I dont fault them for the bathtub nicks, or some stucco patchwork missed. This was a big job, and nothing goes perfectly. As a homeowner, just do a thorough walkthrough in and around your house afterwards, and let Gladiator know of any problems. Once these minor issues were discovered, they took care of it right away. Would highly recommend Gladiator. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. read more

We could not be more pleased with the service we received from Yuri and his team. Yuri came out for a thorough evaluation and completely reasonable estimate with competitive rates. Based on Gladiator's glowing reviews, we hired them for a complete repipe and drain replacement. Things could not have gone better. Yuri's team arrived en masse on the agreed-upon repipe date, and had the entire interior protected with floor-to-ceiling plastic sheeting, and all major appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine) all pulled away from the wall. This was in the first 10 minutes. Yuri's team then proceeded to remove all the 50yo pipes and replace them with new copper. By early-mid afternoon, the piping was complete (INCLUDING installation of a new water filtration/conditioning system, AND a new dishwasher!) and all the debris was cleaned away and protective sheeting removed. Drains replaced in the same manner the next day, and on the third day the City inspector came by. All work passed inspection with flying colors. The entire Gladiator team was amazing. Extremely capable, efficient, and friendly workers, all. They even went above-and-beyond to install bath/shower hardware that matched the shower head I had bought to enjoy the newly conditioned water. Thank you, Gladiator! I'd look forward to calling you again in the future, but I'm pretty sure I won't need to! read more

Gladiator Repipe did an amazing job in repairing and remodeling my shower room and sheetrock repair for my neighbor's shower room. My downstair neighbor reported leaky shower ceiling. A plumber was called in, who did a bad job in removing the tile connecting shower drain, and broke shower waterproofing seal of my shower room. That plumber also gave an outrages price in repairing the shower room. Then I contacted Gladiator Repipe through referral. The owner Brian Bailey is quite thoughtful and reasonable in giving the proposal and quotation. Brian and his team is prompt in response and actions. They are also skillful. In a few days they completed shower room remodeling and repair, and sheetrock patching for my downstair neighbor. Overall, Gladiator Repipe provide good quality and price service, and they are trusty. read more

We found Gladiator Repipe with good reviews on Yelp. They had someone come the next day, provided a very reasonable quote and had work done in two day. They explained all the details for the plumbing installation, ground work, and permit process. In the quote, they listed all the charges with details. Within two days, they got the permit approval and cleaned up everything. They had really good prompt communications by emails, texts and calls. So we were updated instantly with no stress. My toilets were backed up and I needed help! I called Gladiator and spoke to Robert. He was very friendly and though they were booked up he said he could send someone out between appointments to see if they can help! Sure enough, they sent Jacob. He was very well mannered and went to work right away! Unfortunately his snake broke and so he called his boss and said they would send another person by. Not long after, Philip stopped by and within the hour everything was working perfectly! When all was said and done, they only charged me for Philip's time! I consider myself a customer service critic, and I have to say that every person I dealt with at Gladiator was friendly, respectable, knowledgable and they have integrity. Highly recommend!!! SUPERLATIVE! Problems solved faultlessly! Thank you Gladiator Repipe. My 50yo home had water, gas, and sewer pipe problems. I was dreading the entire challenge, not knowing who to call. A referral to Gladiator Repipe became a godsend. Brian's company started the next day and changed every pipe in 3 days. Leaky galvanized, gone. Leaky gas fittings, gone. Oozing sewer lines, gone. Yet each night I was fully served again. Gladiator was thoroughly impressive. Skilled. Knowledgeable. Prompt. Communicative. Congenial. Respectful. They brought the best of equipment, every part they would need, and super teams of people. They did all the removal, installation, testing, cleaning-up, drywalling, and even painting. They know the regulations and nailed all inspections. I always knew what was next and when.. They are extremely well organized and staffed. They have the feeling of let's do it right. Gladiator Plumbing & Repipe - New water heater & new Sheetrock replacement in a lil over 2 hours - Plumbing Near Me - San Jose, California

Last year we got our house repiped with Gladiator, and they did an excellent job. They have an army of workers that started the work in the morning and finished by 4pm. I highly recommend their repipe services. read more

We had to have Gladiator Repipe come out after our new floors were installed. We had two layers of tile (previous owners flipped house and placed new tile on top of old tile). We had toilet flanges in two bathrooms about 1/2"+ above our new floors. Yuri was able to assemble a team to assist the technician who came out original just to seal our toilets. We were so thankful for the quick response; in addition, to seeing many of the previous workers we had repair our initial issues! They're all so wonderful. They knocked out the task and the following day we had the same drywall person come out. The entire Gladiator Repiping Team is impeccable and I've already recommended their services to a couple people. We will definitely be returning should we require any additional services! Thank you again! read more

There was low water pressure coming from our pipes, specifically with our hot water and tankless water heater. Jose showed up right at 10AM as expected. He was quick to diagnose the problem after listening to our explanation and was able to immediately solve the issue. Not only that he educated us on what proper maintenance should be and even recommended that we pay attention to getting a pressure regulator for where the water main met the house to protect the tankless water heater and overall pipes in the house. I wasn't notified of what the service charge was for a tech to arrive and diagnose the problem but their prices were very reasonable. If I have any future issues, I will definitely be calling Gladiator Repipe again for help. read more

Our home had old water pipes that needed to be replaced. We decided that we wanted copper pipes and permits from the city. We also chose to replace the main line (from the street to the house). Our selection criteria were a local, licensed company with a good reputation and reasonable prices. After initial research (online, friends and neighbors, local consumer resources at the library), we selected Gladiator Repipe, Inc. (GRI). We contacted them and received a quote. Because we were not familiar with many aspects, we asked a lot of questions. Mr. Yuri (Sales) and the office ladies, Ms. Naidely and Ms. Marissa, were very helpful in explaining and provided some extra documents so we could prepare. The teams doing the work were very professional - they arrived on time, were respectful about the property (used the protective plastic wrap liberally), and worked efficiently without wasting time. They were experienced and coordinated their work well in different sub-teams (some under the house, some inside, some outside). The entire project lasted several days and included an initial inspection and a final inspection from the city inspector. We are happy with the quality of the work and the result. We have already recommended GRI to our friends, neighbors, and colleagues. We will likely reach out to them again in the future if we need to have any new work done, such as the installation of a water softener system and/or the replacement of drainage pipes. read more

I'd want to give this company a 4 star for the below: (1) Quality Work and knowing their domain, work pretty well. (2) Professional, Courteous crew (I had asked that they wear Masks etc and largely they all did) Project: Entire Home Repiping. While an army (feels like 100!) arrive on Day 1 and cover the floor etc, the team wraps up the entire Piping by late afternoon, its the Day 2 that you realize it deteriorates and the condition they'll leave you with. The Patching & Sheet Rock team (Day 2) led by Juan is very hard working and fantastic too btw but IF there is any issue unattended at the end of Day 1 in the house, like below at my site, the service feels like an unlicensed contractor/company! Tip to you Home Owners: Ask that every part, inch of your home is walked through AND make them either finish right then OR commit a qualified person onsite on Day 2! Issues I reported: (1) One of my branded Kohler Toilet Malfunctions (after the repipe) (2) Unfinished work (couple of holes, connections missed out) and some minor issue such as Fixtures removed for the work not reinstalled but also a high degree of dust in a few rooms. This is on top of coverings we did ourselves and cleared all the work areas!! I spoke to the management re: #1 and the nickle & dime approach (+ a few others) is a bit unbelievable! Even if I didn't fault the piping for the issue, there seemed no real intent to solve (leave alone display any excellence)! This company did complain "Cost" allocation issue but with what I incurred for the above issues, I'm now thinking if awarding the project at a 25% premium compared to the next highest contract was all so much worth it. It's unfair to the business to post the $ amount but I can add that the project was at least 100+ TIMES the $150/200 that these folks haggled .... I promise to update the posting though, as things progress... read more
