Ray and Tony did a fantastic job of fixing our toilet leak. They were also able to add a shut-off valve for our main water line in our garage, so now we won't have to turn it off at the street location. The cost of the job was in line with the work needing to be completed. Highly recommended. read more

Great job by Ray and Tony. They provided a viable estimate, and most importantly came on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. Very Professional, and cleaned up after worked performed. Thanks Ray and Tony for a Job well done !!! read more

My kitchen sink faucet sprung a leak where it was leaking into the under sink cabinet every time I used the sink. I contacted RMB on a Saturday and we set up an appointment for Monday. Then an hour later Ray called me back after looking at my address to realize he would be driving by on his way to an event and said he could pop in to change it for me real quick! He came in, changed it, showed me how it all worked and was on his way. I greatly appreciated the expertise, efficiency and flexibility to take care of this for me. Also the water pressure is improved. Thanks Ray! read more

We initially called RMB Plumbing for what we thought would be a simple faucet replacement which we was causing a minor leak. After Ray checked out the sink and pipes, he discovered more issues. We do live in an older property and the I believe the piping is original (mid-90s). I'm grateful that Ray was able to assess the issue and ended up replacing the pipes entirely (along with the faucet). I appreciate that he also explained to my husband what the issues were and why the work needed to be done. I'm already planning our next project with Ray (master bedroom sinks & replacing all our old toilets)! *Also, it's worth mentioning I have 3 dogs in the house and he had no issues getting to know them read more

I was very happy with Ray's service and responsiveness. I had a major clog near my sewer line, called him late on a Saturday night, and he came the next day on Sunday afternoon to clear it all up. I even had him back later that week for a bigger project and he brought Jose, who worked so hard to get the job done correctly and quickly. Would definitely recommend and use them again. read more

Excellent plumbing service! They were professional, on time, and quickly fixed the issue. The plumber was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and ensured the work was done right. Great customer service and fair pricing. Highly recommend for any plumbing repairs read more

Ray is awesome! He installed our water softener. The water softener we bought from Lowe's came slightly damaged. I did not want to deal with the hassle of returning it. Plus, I did not want to have to pay another plumber or pay Ray again to come out. So I told him to fix it as best as he could and he did! He and his partner were awesome and they fixed it and it's been running great since he came out in June. He did everything right and he was very neat and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely be out again for any of my plumbing needs. read more

Ray and Jose were amazing. They came out to install a Springwell whole house carbon system on top of the water softening system I already had. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and got straight to work. It was a tricky install but they figured it out and I couldn't be happier with the quality. Highly recommended and will definetly call again whenever I need help. Thanks again! read more

We had a leak from the pipe right below our main water shut off valve, so needless to say we needed it fixed urgently. Ray arrived today afternoon as he said he would, and was instantly faced with a plumbing setup he hasn't seen before. I was worried he may not have a quick fix solution, and that this would end up being an expensive job. Thankfully, he was able to find a part that would do the trick. He completed the repair promptly and made sure to inspect it in detail before leaving. Definitely recommend RMB for your plumbing needs! read more

I will certainly recommend RMB plumbing. Ray is a through professional with a good attitude and very reasonable pricing

Quality work, friendly and affordable. It was a pleasure talking with both of them while they were working. They added a bypass and replaced a whole house water softener, snaked and acid flushed the drains. Everything is flowing and working perfectly now. read more

We initially hired Ray to work on several small projects. After Ray gave the evaluation and recommendation, we decided to expand the scope of the project to replace the water heater. Ray bought a new water heater on our behalf and installed it skillfully and professionally. After the water heater was installed, we found out that the water heater was a faulty one. Ray helped us get it replaced from the vendor and installed the new one skillfully and professionally once again. Ray also followed up with us on the performance of the second water heater on the second day. I am glad that I hired Ray for this project and will continue hiring him in the future. I strongly recommend Ray for your coming projects. read more

Ray and Jose are a great team! Ray and I had quick and efficient communications during his pre-visit interaction. He thoroughly assessed the situation and discussed necessary work, then quickly addressed the problem (copper pipe fitting leak under the house). On a previous plumbing issue I had a month ago. It took me trying to get 4 other plumbers to help me. I arrived at RMB Plumbing (Ray) who actually showed up!! Ray was professional, straight forward, problem/solution focused, fair, responsive. I ended up not needing that work performed, but Ray was my first/only call for my leak issues and I am so glad to have Ray be available to help. read more

Ray is my hero! He's helped me out on more than one occasion and I know I can count on him to respond quickly, handle all the issues thoroughly, and have the best pricing. This time it was the hot water heater. Came home late at night to a minor flood in the garage. Contacted RMB Plumbing and Ray diagnosed the issue over the phone. Came out the next day on time and ready to rumble. The big man gets things done wothout taking any shortcuts and performs high quality work. No project is too big or too small for this talented and lovable man. Thank you Ray. I'll never call another plumber, and you have my highest recommendation. Cheers! read more

Excellent plumbing service! Technicians or plumbers are very experienced and friendly, especially Ray!

RMB Plumbing came to our rescue again and as in the past, they quickly and efficiently handled our plumbing problem. Our water softener was leaking. We called Ray who came the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faculty valve, got us a replacement water softener and got it installed that same day. As always, Ray was great to work with and has that "can do" attitude which makes us confident that we are in good and capable hands. We wholeheartedly recommend RMB Plumbing Services for all your plumbing needs. Ed and Peg read more

Excellent service and advice. Thank you for your prompt response. Helpful on the phone and in person.

Ray is a very friendly and conscientious plumber! He changed out some parts for me and recommended and scheduled a leak detection guy to work with, on finding a water leak - which was successful and Ray was able to do the repairs the same day. He is going to do some more work for us and I'm very happy to have found him here on Yelp. read more

Ray Brown and crew have done many jobs at our home. We love his responsiveness and quality of the work. He and his team tackled some very tough jobs under the house including a cracked "Y" connection and leaking sink drain that required a new clean out. His team also fixed an incorrectly routed water main that required cutting galvanized old pipe. Today RMB Plumbing came out within one day of our call to snake out a clogged washing machine / softener drain. Next week RMB will use a jet technique to clean all of our home's drains. Following that, we plan to select RMB Plumbing with remodeling two bathrooms. And most of all, Ray puts up with my constant kidding. :) read more

Excellent service. Fast response, on time. Very friendly. Good work fixed leak.

We were doing a remodel and wanted to replace our water pipes and add a gas line for our stove. Ray and his crew did a remarkable job and the price was right. We had gotten a few other quotes and most seem to be on the high end. Ray and his crew were able to work side by side with our contractor without any issues. The thing we liked most was that he was able to thoroughly explain the process and how long it would take to complete the job. read more

Shower had low pressure. Called RMB, because of all the high ratings and availability on Sundays. Spoke to Ray (owner?)...did not provide a quote but I didn't ask. Ray-informed me that he was going to send someone, between 10am-12pm. He's assistant (Jose), arrived by 12:30pm. Did not receive any notification of late arrival. Jose-checked water pressure and basically needed to be cleaned and adjusted. Took about 5minutes Was told that the charge for a Sunday visit was $200.00, guessing that it's a flat rate, for a non-emergency call. Will probably use them again, when I start remodeling my bathrooms but will make sure I ask for a quote. read more

Ray is fantastic!! My old water softener died and needed to be replaced. Ray was quick to respond and accommodate my schedule. When he arrived, we learned that the water softener that had been delivered had a crack in the cover. No problem for Ray...he took it back to Home Depot to exchange for another one. Then he found the correct installation solution (the original had not been installed correctly), did some re-plumbing, and I was up and running that day. In addition to being an amazing plumber, Ray is also a really great guy. I highly, highly recommend RMB Plumbing. read more

I highly recommend RMB Plumbing. I had a great experience. Ray and his crew came out when I was in a real pinch and I needed a water heater quickly. He happily came out and installed my water heater. The job was not a standard installation so RMB had to come out several times. RMB Plumbing stayed late until the job was complete. He was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had hot water. Ray always answered the phone when I called and his pricing was very fair without sacrificing quality. Ray and his team very very polite and cleaned up the site when they left. Give them a shot. read more

Ray was extremely responsive. He came by to do a job that required cutting to into drywall to replace a part. He arrived with another person who he appeared to be teaching. We would call him again for any plumbing issue or even a bathroom remodel. read more

Almost 10 years ago my husband and I bought a short-sale that needed quite a bit of work. In that time we have slowly but surely been upgrading the house. And here enters Ray and RMB Plumbing Services. Ray and his crew have done small and large projects for us. He always walks us through the process, explains the pros and cons of different fixes, and he makes it work within our budget. He just recently redid the bathroom drains --original to a 1960's house! Ray and his crew did it quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with his work. Our next plumbing adventure will be a remodel and re-piping. I noticed a leak in my first floor ceiling and got worried. We poked around and a gush of water came out. It was a weekend so I knew no one would come out. I called Ray and he gave me some directions on how to keep things at bay until he could come out. When he did come to take a look, he was on time and super nice. He put my mind at ease and we'll be working on the repairs. It's a bigger job than I anticipated but I feel comfortable working with Ray. read more

Raymond is such a considerate plumber. He talked my husband through the replacement of the hose within the kitchen faucet.
