The only reservation I have writing this review is that the secret would be out and my new find of "Steve the plumber" would be too busy He was highly referred by an colleague and she was right. Steve was easy to communicate with call/text with. Came in with reasonable quote. Arrived at scheduled time, talked through the options and exactly what he was going to do. Needed some parts from Home Depot. Picked up quality copper parts and I just paid him for those. He seems very responsible for the quality of his work. Highly recommend Steve! read more

Steve did an outstanding job replacing our main water pressure regulator with all-brass fittings and fixing a leak near the water main. He was professional, efficient, and thorough. Highly recommend him for any plumbing needs! Mention this review to receive extra smiles and discount especially if you mention the magic code word 'Singh'. read more

Had a garden water tap installed and the whole process was super smooth. The work was done quickly and everything turned out great. The installation looks clean and solid, and the tap works perfectly. Pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, which I really appreciated. Communication was easy and the job got done without any hassle. Overall a really good experience--fast, professional, and straightforward. Would definitely recommend if you need outdoor plumbing work done. read more

I was looking for an independent local plumber and found Steve on here, he was perfect! We made an appointment and he arrived promptly. I requested 5 items to be worked on for my kitchen sink. Steve helped me replace my garbage disposal, switched out a new main faucet and pure water faucet, and added a cup washer. I also requested he install a thermostatic mixing valve to my main faucet. I purchased all the items myself and he came for just the install. I believed he charged me a reasonable price for 2 hours of work and 5 installs. Definitely will keep his contact for the future. read more

We've worked three times with local local plumbing and both experiences were excellent. The owner Khoung is absolutely the best! He's been great to work with, very knowledgeable, respectful, honest and good at what he does. They weren't big jobs but he got them done fast and efficiently and charged what he quoted us. He replaced some water valves in the kitchen, installed a p-trap under our sink and replaced the wax ring for our toilet. We live in community with an HOA and every time we have one of our HOA plumbers come in something else would go wrong. For example the HOA plumbers used an industrial auger to unclog our pipe and in clearing the clog cracked our pipe which resulted in them replacing the pipe. They also didn't properly attach the new pipe to our sink so it was leaking. We called Khoung who came out to put the proper fixture on the sink and reattach it and he got the job done quickly. Every time I've worked with him he's flexible, on time and does great quality work. I would highly recommend local local plumbing for any upcoming plumbing projects. read more

Steve is a rock star plumber, pure and simple. And I think too slow. :-) We've used him for a bunch of stuff over the last 3 or 4 years or so. Always great. The latest was a water leak ... in the wall. You know how you can hear when a toilet runs? We heard that sound, in the wall, in between our two back to back bathrooms. It started Sun night. Called Steve Mon, could we wait until Wed am? Sure. No water in the house. Didn't occur to me until Tues am, that I could shut off the hot water to the bathrooms, which indeed is where the problem was. Steve said the flooding under the house wasn't too bad. He fixed us up in less than 90 min. It was a leak in a line under the house. He was quick, the price wasn't too bad, and Steve is just a great plumber. Saved the day once again. read more

Poor service quality. Steve came over, couldn't fix the toilet leak issue. Poor customer service because of excuses given to be not able to fix the issue. I ended up fixing it myself by just looking YouTube video read more

We've had great experiences with Khuong Sy of All Go Plumbing. Recently, Khuong has replaced two toilets for us, as well as a faucet and a huge, underground pipe. When our need is urgent, he shows up at our convenience and always comes through. He is a good man, easy to communicate with, pleasant, very knowledgeable and competent. No stress, no time wasted. Happy to work with him (if we must have plumbing problems). read more

This review is long overdue. Let's just say when you have to call a plumber it's not something you are doing because you think that would be fun today. It's usually out of desperation and you need help now. Steve is honest, friendly and fair. Steve won't be the guy that leaves before the job is finished. I've had other plumbers who have charged me more and done less. I always call Steve when I want a job done right and at a fair price. If you need a plumbing job done right be sure to call Steve. I know Steve is a busy person but you would be better off shutting off the main and waiting for him to fit you in his schedule rather then getting ripped off by a plumber that takes advantage of your panic. read more

I reached out as Steve was recommended highly by many people. I said I had no specific time period and was open to anytime that was good with him. He just wrote back, "I'm booked". So much for good service. read more

Steve is a great problem solver and wonderful to work with. Our rental home had a big leak somewhere. We could see the water meter spinning. Another plumber came by and gave some worst case scenarios about the problem while having no clue where the leak could be. Thankfully, I found Steve on Yelp, spoke to him on the phone, and he agreed to come by. Within minutes he spotted the leak - in the sunlight, he could see water seeping out under the driveway! Once the problem was located, Steve gave a reasonable quote to replace the pipe and performed the task excellently and efficiently. I am so glad to have found my go-to plumber! read more

I had Khuong return to replace 2 other toilets after doing such a great job the first time. Thanks for another great job done.

Our kids have been making slime at home and washing it down the sink. As you can imagine, the bathroom sink got clogged. I messaged Phuong late at night and he showed up 8am the next morning. He took care of it in less than 5 minutes and was so nice and professional. I highly recommend working with him for all your plumbing needs. I will certainly be working with him again in the future. read more

Hello All, First time I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Steve was a call for help when our laundry flooded the garage not once but twice. We didn't realize the kitchen was connected to laundry, so when we washed the dishes, it flooded the garage again. Posted a request for quote via Yelp and Steve came to our rescue!! On a Sunday afternoon. He tried to snake the clogged pipes but it was no use, as they were packed solid.. see photo's He recommended the waste pipes needed to be replaced and said he'd be back in the morning. Right on time and again friendly attitude. Once he was under the house he noticed a few things.. the cast iron drain pipe from the hall bathtub was leaking and had a huge hole. Also there was a lot of pipes hanging down with the wrong materials used prior plumbers, not to mention the debris. Steve fixed it all!! I can't thank Steve enough for his awesome work and great prices. We'll be calling him again if we need a plumber. Very happy customers!! read more

Local Local immediately responded to my request for a plumber to fix my only toilet. They were quick and professional, explained everything they were doing, and offered me options. Best of all, there was no after-hours charge or additional fees. He fixed it for $150, which seemed like a great deal. I would definitely call them again! read more

My kitchen sink was backing up causing it to flood onto the floor. I used Yelp to get quotes from multiple plumbers and Khuong was the fastest to respond and came out the very next day to look at the pipes. He saw it was classic old iron pipes where there should be plastic instead. He offered a quick quote an quick come out the next day. He also repaired my slow drain showers where it was old iron as well. He was super personable, humble, friendly and patient in answering all questions. He was willing to to do a smaller job than what he recommended so that it would fix the problems and would be less cost. Thank you Khuong God bless your businness and work! John 14:6 read more

Our water heater went out last Sunday and though many plumbing companies wouldn't come out until the following Monday, Steve was able to come out right away and even gave me a free estimate when other companies wanted to charge a service fee. He was very helpful in explaining the issues with my water heater and why it needed to be replaced, and on Tuesday he and his team came and took care of everything very quickly! The process could not have been smoother and I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for an efficient and responsive plumber. read more

Was instantly interested in getting his services as he was easy to communicate with, quick replies, and very honest and reasonable quote. Khuong arrived 15 minutes early and got to work right away. I had a dripping faucet, running toilet, and clogged dishwasher air gap. Sent out a bunch of quote requests on Yelp and Steve was the first to reply. He came out on time the same day we spoke to provide free estimate. Gave me a very reasonable quote and fixed everything same day. The cherry on top was that he agreed to meet me at the Home Depot closeby and picked out exactly what I needed! At first I thought the air gap was still clogged and he was honest to say he wouldn't charge if the problem couldn't be fixed or not up to my expectations but I ran the dishwasher again, no spills/clog! Also, as a precaution, he kept his mask on the whole entire time and cleaned up after he left. So grateful that he was available today. Would highly recommend him and look forward to working with him should we have any issues. 5 stars for his solid skills, would give extra stars if I could for him going above and beyond! Thanks again Steve! read more

Very reasonable price with excellent response. He came out Saturday morning and fixed the installation within an hour. Great job. Los Altos water service company was also great. LAWS sent a service guy within 15 minutes after my call. He turned off the water and wait 10 minutes for us to complete the installation. Excellent response. read more

Fast service and very good prices. Highly recommend him. Another plumber was going to charge something insane when the fix was very simple. He also got my pipes to stop knocking by fastening them down (which our builder should have done 20 years ago when they built the house) Great guy, you won't regret calling him first. read more

We discovered the dishwasher on our rental property did not have an air gap properly installed and no hole existed in the the granite counter top. Additionally the water pressure regulator had failed and needed to be replaced. I contacted Steve (Khuong) on Friday and by Saturday 9 am he was on site to begin repairs. By lunch time he was done. He is professional, prompt and fair on his pricing. Highly recommend and will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs. read more

Local local was very local. I believe they were preoccupied when we called with our situation however, they came as soon as they could. The timing was impeccable. After looking it over, they noticed a small leak from our disposal. They gave a quote as well as a time frame when it would be done and just like that, it was done. We especially appreciated them remembering us since they've turned into one of our go-to's in contract work. Already have them on speed dial. read more

Had a toilet back up. Steve was available same day on a weekend. It wasn't urgent so I asked if he could come first thing Monday morning. Arrived promptly and remembered me from his first visit to our home. Steve found that our fill valve needed to be replaced. He provided an estimate on the spot, which he already had the parts for. He explained that this would be a quick job no problem, but for the cost, if I were to buy my own toilet, he'd just do this install and charge for labor, coming out to just a little more for a brand new toilet. He told me it's our choice and either option is fine by him. We went with the new toilet. I placed an online order for same day pick up at Home Depot. Steve even picked it up for us and came back in the afternoon and finished a quick install. I said it before and I'll say it again. Steve is the best in the business and has the best prices to boot. If you're not using Local Local, you're already losing. He's the only plumber getting my business and I'll refer him to everyone I know! read more

Can't say more good things about Steve. He is punctual, professional and super nice. If it were not him, our house might be flooded. He found the underground leaking while working in our garage, and took professional actions and fixed the problem. Highly recommend him! read more

Steve has helped me twice with plumbing issues. The first time, I needed to repair main water pipe that was being bent by an overgrown tree. He was one of the first quotes to respond back to me via text, and came almost immediately to do an estimate. His price was fair, and he was honest, so I decided to go ahead with him. He did the work in about half a day, and sent me the photos of his progress of his work throughout the day as it is a rental property. He cleaned up very nicely afterwards, my tenants were very pleased and even asked for his contact. Then on Super Bowl Sunday, we came home from a trip to a busted pipe near our water heater. I immediately called Steve, and he responded back in less than 15 minutes again, even though he was at his own Super Bowl event. He was able to come promptly and quoted us a fair price to fix our hot water line in the next two hours! Now that's prompt efficient service! The only thing to mention is that Steve is not licensed, but he is responsive, does do great honest work at a very reasonable price. read more

The main shut-off valve coming into the house had a leak and needed to be replaced. I put out request for quote via Yelp, and had several replies back via the application. Kuong and local-local-plumbing was the first to reply (literally within 5 mins), called me to understand the problem, and after I texted a picture of the scope of work, he immediately called me back with a quote and a next day appointment. He arrived early (texted me that he was on his way), quickly explained what he was going to do, and got to work, finishing efficiently and doing a nice-clean job. The cost was exactly what was quoted. He cleaned up and put everything back in its place before leaving, always being very friendly and attentive to my questions. Two days later I noticed that one of the connections had a tiny, almost not even noticeable, drip. I called Kuong, and he came out immediately to correct it. That's when you know you have someone that stands behind their work, values customer service, and takes pride in what they do. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs, and will use him again for sure! read more

I called Steve at 4:14pm with a stuck drain, and he drove away before 6pm, leaving me with a bathtub (and kitchen sink) draining better than it ever had before. My house was built in 1947, and it is a bit funky. It took some extra work to get this done, and he did it without a complaint. Steve fiddled with the tub (and reassured me that I wasn't imagining the stuck stopper that prevented getting a snake through there) and fiddled with the kitchen drain and wound up on the roof trying to hydro-jet the drain through the vents. When that didn't work, he snaked everything from under the kitchen sink. He was cheerful and friendly and polite throughout, and wore a mask (COVID times, you know) and was just a pleasure to deal with. And, did I mention that he showed up in around an hour? read more

I was having issues with my garbage disposal and pipes, causing it to flood into our garage! I used Yelp to get quotes from multiple plumbers and Khuong was super quick to respond. He took my phone calls immediately Saturday evening during a holiday weekend and came out the very next day to snake the pipe and assess the issue. The grease that was coming out of my pipe was so gross he recommended replacing it all. He gave us some options and answered all 50 questions me and my family had. He was super friendly, mindful of COVID, and made sure to place tarps down to keep our house tidy. Upon completion, he made sure to double check there were no leaks and the work was done correctly. In all, appreciated his promptness and was an honest guy. I don't know anything about plumbing, but seemed to be quality work! He even gave us a 3-year warranty. I think we found our go to plumber!
