I selected a pale pink cat eye color. The technician went to work and I closed my eyes to relax. Shorty after the nail tech informed we that we were done! To my disappointment & dismay- The color wasn't the pale pink I expected- it was peach AND my toe nails were not the glassy cat eye I had specifically requested- they were GLITTER. I gently asked him why he didn't use the magnet? (I do cat eye colors regularly- this was very odd!). He told me very defensively and rudely;: "that's $10 more, I told you that! It's $10 more!" I calmly said "No....You didn't say that. You never mentioned that. This is the first time I'm hearing of a $10 fee ontop of the $20 gel fee just to use the magnet (for the cat eye effect). But it too late now. You didn't ask. You you're done. And I am stuck with glittery peach toe nails that I don't like & now I'm unhappy. I'm a nice person & I understand mistakes; we are human. But what I won't accept/tolerate is someone looking me in the eye and LYING. Do not tell me you told me something, you know you never said! Also, NO ONE charges $10 extra on top of the $20 gel fee just to use a magnet. This is absurd. So only because I was clearly unhappy, he argued some more said a bunch of things in Vietnamese and then filed off the peach glitter job and did it again. But now things are tense and awkward. It took what would have been a pleasant experience had he just mentioned the fee behorehand and checked with me. What I hoped would be a pleasant experience took a sour turn.This is very disappointing to me as I really wanted to love it there but with employees being dishonest/ rude with me for their lack of communication-won't be back ever.
