I had a great experience with Bestlaminate. It started with a phone call to a very helpful salesperson (Rep TAW). We worked out a good price and placed the order that day. It was shipped and arrived in a timely manner. I purchased CoreTec Plus Chesapeake Oak for a full kitchen remodel and laid the CoreTec throughout the living room, dining room and hallways too. The CoreTec was laid right over top our existing tile floor. The installer I used said he has laid many types of Luxury Vinyl Plank but this was the best he has worked with. He said the planks snap together easily and the joints are tight. In looking at the floor, it is hard to tell where the seams are. We are extremely pleased with the feel of the floor. It is comfortable to walk on and quiet. We just got a rescue black lab and the little girl sheds a lot. It is hard to see her hair on the Chesapeake Oak floor but it is really easy to sweep up on this floor. We have had many compliments on the remodel and the flooring. We just love the look and feel of the CoreTec and would highly recommend it to any of our friends. In fact a neighbor is going to be calling Bestlaminate in the near future to order his flooring. I started looking for flooring early last year and Best Laminate sent me so many samples I was embarrassed as I couldn't make up my mind. It is so hard just looking at a small section and I needed to feel the texture. I did check out a number of other local suppliers, but I kept coming back to Best Laminate and i am glad I did. I started off in one direction and ended up getting a floor I never thought I would. I was putting it in the whole "house" all 900 sq feet and if I got a floor I didn't like, I knew I would be stressed every time I looked at it. When I ordered it I called to add a box having had a nightmare I wouldn't have enough (turns out I have 5 boxes left over!) but I had ordered the last of what they had in stock. I was told that the new stock came with the padding so I didn't have to buy separate underlayment and the cost was the same. The floors are installed and I love them. Photos do not really capture what they really look like - they are more subtle. Thank you Best Laminate for your wonderful product, great price and customer service. read more

I absolutely love Bestlaminate for flooring needs. They have absolutely the best prices of quality flooring. I bought COREtec luxury vinyl plank flooring in Galveston Oak. It came packaged very well stacked on a pallet. The first load was 1900 sq.ft. After I installed that flooring myself I ordered another 1000 sq.ft. and am about to install it. I have completed the whole upstairs and added more flooring to complete the downstairs. Bestlaminate's customer service is excellent and they are knowledgeable and very helpful. I will only buy flooring from them for the best prices anywhere, great customer service, and perfect packaging with shipping that was quick and arrived in perfect condition. I have recommended Bestlaminate to anyone and everyone who loves my floors and will listen to me. Thank you Bestlaminate for my beautiful floors. read more

We had to redo our laminate flooring in the basement and Best Laminate just happened to have a match for our out of stock flooring. Best Laminate gets high marks from me for their communication (I am a retired communication professor) and professionalism. The agent, Nick, was very helpful, looking into whether they had the required amount in stock for me and even looking at another place to see if they could fulfill the rest of my order as they were low on their stock. He was very patient, when I called a second time to let him know that I had requested the wrong amount on-line, and was accommodating. They professionally followed up by email, then let me track my delivery. They were clear about delivery conditions and responsibilities, and the package arrived sooner than I expected. Great establishment! read more

As a small business owner I am very aware that issues arise in some circumstances beyond my control. With that said, and reading some of the reviews, take a breath people. I ordered some flooring a month and a half or so with absolutely no issues. Ok that's a lie. The order was two days late. This I contribute to the ten inches of snow we had in Colorado Springs, CO. I blame God for this. All kidding aside, I ordered, it shipped, I installed and my home as never looked better. Well done Bestlaminate.com! You truly lived up to your end of the deal! I will order from you again without hesitation. I'm sorry, but I have to go now to go review God for creating the snow storm. Regards, Mike M. Colorado Springs, CO. read more

I love my new flooring! I replaced my grungy old carpet in my bedroom with vinyl flooring, and I couldn't be happier!! I ordered multiple different samples from various places and finally found the perfect flooring at Best Laminate. The flooring was very reasonably priced, and the delivery process went very smoothly. Excellent communication throughout the process. When I received my flooring, I was absolutely thrilled at the quality and the and the appearance. It looks like real wood planks, yet it is amazingly durable! I have two dogs, so scratch resistance was important. Overall, I am very pleased with my flooring and the service I received from Best Laminate. Highly Recommended!! read more

At first I wasn't sure about ordering underlay on line.Their web site really explains all the details and then some about flooring. After I had already placed the order and paid my husband came home with underlay. So now He tells me to cxl order I had placed 1 hour before. So I message them to please cxl order. Then about 6 hrs later he was looking at their site and saw the quality and price and for about $24 more (I had already paid $36) we could get a really good soundproofing underlay instead of the basic one he got. Omg men and they say women are fickle. They were so helpful and kind and free shipping , great customer service. Would I order again from them, yes I would. read more

If you went to a store to buy flooring and were told the delivery date is way off in the future, check with Best Laminate. The store where I intended to purchase kept pushing off the delivery date to the U.S. and couldn't even tell me when it would arrive for installation. I became so frustrated I began searching on-line suppliers and found Best Laminate. They had my choice in stock, gave me a quote which was HALF what the store quoted, and I had my product in four days in perfect condition. Do not hesitate to buy from Best Laminate - you will save money and be very satisfied working with them. read more

I am a woman in my early 70s and yet I still like to do my own work around the house. As I was installing flooring in my townhouse, I realized I needed a relatively thin underlayment. I went on Google and started reading reviews and I found this company, best laminate. Well, all the reviews that I read were absolutely right. My order arrived within 48 hours (really?) and all was well - except I had ordered the wrong millimeter. I contacted customer service and sent back the box of six rolls and in 2 days, the new order arrived. Great quality, fast shipping, super customer service! read more

I'm extremely impressed with the product and this company. The flooring was shipped quickly, well packaged, and delivered on time when they said it would. The customer service went above and beyond and took the stress of buying flooring out of the equation. It's easy to see why they have such high ratings. The flooring it's self was high grade and looked exactly as advertised. If and when I need more flooring I will definitely use this company again. Far as price I saved $764.00 compared to my local flooring company. They exceeded all expectations. read more

Our basement flooded and we needed to redo the basement floors, but were trying to accomplish it on a budget because we did not carry enough coverage for full replacement. I found them online and discovered that they had good prices and a wide variety of flooring options. They had a very competitive price, friendly and responsive staff, and walked us through the delivery process as well. Would definitely recommend and consider for future materials. I have already recommended them to several people. read more

Best Laminate is just what their name says, The Best. I came up short on my order and they had the flooring in stock. Hands down best price, best service, best professionalism. It's so nice to talk to a person instead of a robot. Everytime I called everyone was friendly, professional and even got me the best time arrival time since my contractor was still at my house. We absolutely LOVE Best Laminate! Customer service and knowledge is far above any box brand store and pricing is great. We've worked with Remi and his team for the last 3 years. We've completely replaced all but one of the floors in our home and we've now done the same at our sons home too. All flooring was quality and when we over bought, under bought, forgot a molding the team at BL was always happy to help us! read more

I ordered Kronoswiss underlayment from Best Laminate last month. Best Laminate gave excellent reviews of this product AND THEY WERE RIGHT! Excellent, excellent product. I screwed up my order (ordered too little) and when I called to correct my order had already shipped! The gentleman who took my call was very helpful & I received my full order on the 2nd day. Couldn't believe it came so quickly. Thank you! read more

Best laminate offered 5 free samples, which I certainly took advantage of. My salesperson not only offered free shipping, but was able to give me a great price, coming in within my budget for the Coretech materials. He was helpful with the moldings I need for my stairs. I was able to pick up the CoreTec LVP for a bedroom and save shipping costs - and they loaded it in my car. The price was very competitive and the product was perfect. The return of an unused box was easy. (The calculator was accurate but I got lucky and had zero waste. ) For my next project I hope Covid is over so I can visit the showroom. read more
