The place is clean, has a great vibe, and the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. My stylist, Karla, is the only person who can get my hair right. I have super thick hair that has a good amount of curl to it. Finding salons that want to work WITH my hair and not against it is not easy. Karla is also great at helping you out when you aren't sure what you want. Every time I went to layers salon, I felt like I was visiting friends. I even brought my toddler with me a few times and even though he was a little rambunctious, everyone welcomed him with open arms. When I first started getting my hair done at Layers, I had a bob, then eventually decided on a pixie cut. My desires for my hair were always heard and cuts executed amazingly.
