This wasn't just a routine drop-off for me, and they understood that. They handled everything with professionalism and respect, and the quality of their work was outstanding. Every piece came back beautifully cleaned and carefully handled. What really stood out was how accommodating and compassionate they were throughout the entire process. It's clear this is a family-run business that truly cares about their customers, not just the transaction. I'm deeply grateful for the way they helped me during a difficult time. I will absolutely continue coming here and recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and kind people.

I Googled "best laundromat in Dallas" and ended up at Lemon Fresh Wash and Dry, a family owned business run by the fabulous Mrs. Pamela. This woman is an angel disguised as a laundromat queen. I came in to do a few loads, got distracted living my life, and completely forgot an entire load in the dryer. Didn't remember until after they closed. I called the next morning prepared to grovel, but Pamela just laughed and said, "I see them and I'm going to run them again so they aren't crunchy." Crunchy. She said that with love. And then she FOLDED THEM. Folded. Them. For. Me. Ma'am... what kind of customer service sorcery is this? When I first walked in and asked how her day was going, she said "Great! I never have a bad day." After meeting her, I fully believe this. She radiates the type of joy you can feel from across the room. If you want clean clothes and your faith in humanity restored, come here. I'm convinced Lemon Fresh isn't just a laundromat. It's a ministry. Highly recommend!

Came back to give it another try since it's close by but won't be back in the future. Half of the machines were broke and even the ones that were supposed to be working didn't seem to. One of the loads we started the water spilled in gallons out of the bottom for lack of a good seal. When we made the girl working there aware she didn't seem to be in any rush to help. She laid two towels over the water (which didn't make any kind of difference compared to the amount of water on the ground) and put up a caution sign. There was at least an inch of water on the floor. Then she didn't put up a sign or anything to say it wasn't working and another lady almost tried to use it but I warned her not to. It wasn't until the owner (I assume he was) came by almost an hour later did it get mopped up. It seems that this was a common issue because there were towels bunched up on the other aisle below other washers as well. Inside was very hot.

We always had to follow up ourselves. No updates unless we chased her down. The craziest part -- we were waiting on 3 specific bags and when I called, she said "we don't have any more of your bags." Excuse me?? Thank goodness I had photos from the day we dropped them off. Once I described them, suddenly it was "oh yes we have them, they're in processing." Processing for weeks.
