(which fine, they're designer, I get it) but then it took FOUR months to get them back. Four. Every time we called, she would say she'd check on them and call us back... and never did. We always had to follow up ourselves. No updates unless we chased her down. The craziest part -- we were waiting on 3 specific bags and when I called, she said "we don't have any more of your bags." Excuse me?? Thank goodness I had photos from the day we dropped them off. Once I described them, suddenly it was "oh yes we have them, they're in processing." Processing for weeks. What does that even mean? No clear explanation, no transparency, just vague answers. For how expensive this was, the communication and turnaround time were beyond disappointing. She had to walk down a gravel muddy path. Then the reception was inside on old wooden floors. The bottom of her gown was almost black from all the dirt.
