I understand times are hard finding help, but....was there to buy an apple watch. One floor person was helpful, she directed me to the right department. I go to the department and the salesperson is engaged with another customer. I make eye contact and I'm the only other person in the department with them. I'm obviously looking at apple watches. I hang out patiently waiting. Two other guys enter the department to be waited on. The customer finishes and leaves. The salesman completely blows me off to help the other two men. He looks over when my husband arrives in the department. Too late, I immediately left. They lost a guaranteed sale. Yes I spoke up....was not a good customer experience. This is THE WORST company I've ever dealt with! Delivery driver tried to deliver to the wrong house ended up bringing the wrong dishwasher anyway that was not even in a box. The delivery driver pulled out the old dishwasher then told me the mistakes made weren't his fault because he doesn't even work for Best Buy he's just a driver and leaves the old dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen and leaves. Then I sat on hold for over 3 HOURS only to be told that they best they could offer me for all of this was a $90 gift card. Yeah no thanks. Worst customer service by far.... Bought a Roomba the ultimate nightmare happened; puppy pooped on the floor and the roomba went over it before I could catch it. Called corporate before making the trip to Best Buy to see if they would do an exchange before I drove 30 min to attempt to exchange it. Corp says absolutely you have warranty you can exchange it. Drove to Best Buy told the manager what happened he goes that's disgusting we can't take anything back with body fluids on it. I stated that I had already called Corp and they said I could exchange it. He said I do not care what Corp told you. I'm not taking this back. He then put gloves on put the roomba (which was already in the original box) in a bag and shoved it in my face saying I needed to leave that I needed to take it back out to my car. I told him I wasn't leaving called Corp standing there at counter. They told me once again they covered it under warranty. The manager decided to run away after throwing the box back into my face. There has been a recent MASSIVE change in the quality of customer service & project management. It took me four times to get an audio system installed in my vehicle. Issues included wrong prices (project was quoted 3 different prices and I was only informed of the increase in prices when I went to my appointment for install), missing parts (I provided head unit, door speakers, rear speakers, amp, sub and sub box; they seemingly stole the tweeters that came with my door speakers. Although they couldn't be installed in my vehicle, they do not have the right to keep my goods) and it still took 4x to get this right on their end of town, project scope mismanagement (BB employee put car audio project into the scheduling system as head unit only after I confirmed multiple times of the entire scope. Found this out when I showed up to my appointment and the install team was not prepared for the entire project), wrong parts ordered from Best Buy personnel (I have a Toyota, and they ordered radio brackets for a Subaru Impreza only after telling me - with confidence - that it will fit as "all these foreign cars use the same radio brackets".) Save your money and support a local shop instead. With a 30min drive 1 way and time spent illustrating these issues to BB middle management (which fell upon deaf ears), I spent over 10 hrs of my time on the weekend trying to get this project completed. They offered zero support other than "well, this is what you actually have to pay this time". I will keep the names of the employees off the internet, however, this should be your warning to stay away from this store. I stopped in here to pick up a cable for my new LG sound bar. I was met by Phillip who worked in that department. Not only was he courteous and friendly but extremely knowledgeable in all electronic's in that area. He spent time with me explaining each model and their features. As well as giving advice as to my specific needs. He gave me the best prices available with a device that was best bang for the buck. He is a dying breed for sure ....he didn't care about $'s he cared about customer care first. Every store needs a Phillip I plan on doing a lot more business with this store and only with this young man. read more

I cannot recommend this location. My wife recently purchased a phone accessory for the car which broke due to manufacture issues. Though Best Buy admitted this was not her fault, they said she'd need to take it up with the manufacture since it was 15 days outside the 15 day return window. (A 15 day return policy? Really?!) So my pregnant wife with 2 kids in tow was sent away without any other result than "Sorry. It's not our problem and there's nothing we can do for you." Peace out Best Buy. read more

Be careful of bait & switch when it comes to Mobile Contracts based on 3rd party promotions (AT&T, Verizon, T-mobile. Etc.). They were running a $500 bill credit promotion on Black Friday and 10 months later neither Best Buy local store, Best Buy corporate or AT&T have honored the promotion. The bill credit does not show on your Best Buy Contract when you sign the contract and you only have 14 days to cancel your order. They tell you it may take 2-3 months for the Bill Credit to show. The local manager said I need to work it out with corporate and corporate said I need to work it out with the local store. AT&T is saying I need to work it out with the store I purchased the phone since the order was not entered correctly. No accountability from all 3 parties! read more

Omg did I ever get the runaround! The first thing you need to know if you place an online order for pick up through Best Buy is that there are two stores, and they are across the highway from each other. You might think that you would pick up an online order at the larger store, since you would reason it has larger storage capacity, as opposed to the the "mobile" store in the mall, but you could be wrong, as I was. When I arrived at the larger store, they looked up my order and told me they would have it ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I waited in the car, and gave them 30 minutes. Then I came back in and they told me that my item was in the mall across the highway. (Really, why couldn't they have told me this before I waited a half an hour?) So I went to the mobile shop on the second floor of the Lehigh Valley Mall, and the attendant there did not have a record of my order. Don't these stores communicate with each other? Eventually, he found my order and then questioned whether or not I was being truthful when I had said I had been told that the item was ready. He said this was the first notification he had received. It is worth noting that when I placed the order about three hours earlier, the website told me that the product would be ready in one hour. That was an incentive to buy through Best Buy, and if they cannot deliver, they really shouldn't give out this misinformation. My complaint notwithstanding, I am giving it two stars because I got the product at a substantial discount. But Best Buy really needs to get its act together. read more

This was the first Best Buy that I started going to about 10 years ago and although it was a little farther of a drive then I liked, they always had a large assortment of electronics, video games and movies. I went to this Best Buy at 5am a few years back on Black Friday and came away with about $200 worth of movies and video games for about $60. I was so thrilled with that haul that I have gone to Best Buy every year since for Black Friday. They have built a Best Buy closer to my house now, but this was the one that made me a lifelong customer. read more

I've been here before and just bought a new LED TV today (hopefully the bad reviews on it won't happen to me - fingers crossed). Only complaint was the place was very slow & no one walked up to me to ask if I needed any help for at least 10 minutes. No excuse for that. Absolutely horrible experience with Best Buy, I will never order nor have an in home service done again! My order included a TV installation and a "Haul Away TV" service. This order was rescheduled 4 times since ordered from the Whitehall store. (bought in person). This was all purchased on 12/8/20 and it was scheduled to deliver on 12/16/20, next Geek Squad said they can deliver it on 12/31/20, then on 1/13/21, then today 1/18/21. On all these days, I had called OFF WORK so that I could be here during the at home delivery. It has been more than a month of purchase and never received any services. So, as much as I got refunded, I LOST money due to taking off work. I'd suggest Best Buy have better communication or system between the STORE, DELIVERY DRIVERS, AND CUSTOMERS. Because it was evident, no one cared we spent $600+ for nothing. **Also, called the store & waited about 45 mins to talk to someone actually from the store, and asked if the TV we bought, exact model and everything was in stock, they said "No, but it is in stock in Bethlehem". It's been over a month, you'd think they'd put one TV aside for our MONTH OLD order, but nope. We were really hoping to enjoy a TV as a family over Christmas and New Years, but after taking off many days off work and not receiving it and rescheduling over the phone and online over 4 times, I've absolutely been traumatized by this. I am extremely disappointed in this store. I am a business owner looking to redo all of my office computers. I was in the store for about an hour. After the first 30 minutes I asked for some help and got the typical "someone will be right with you". Needless to say that never happened. I waited in the exact same spot, not wanting the associate to lose me. Still nothing. As I was walking out two employees were at the door and neither one asked if I had found what I was looking for, nor did they wish me a good day. I bought a digital media receiver for my car, it was missing the microphone for the Bluetooth, the salesman gave me a dash kit for a Honda Civic when I asked for one for a 2001 Honda Accord. When I called and spoke to someone they said that it is past the date to do a return. I've only had it for a few weeks. How is that past any return date. I don't want to return it. Ok... I don't normally post reviews but the one service manager really irk'd me. I bought a blu-Ray disc from there the day it came out. Went home to watch it and at a certain section the movie skips and gets pixilated. I took the disc out and and checked for finger prints or scratches. Nothing I could see. So I took it back a few days later for an exchange. I didn't think it would be a big deal. Well when I got there I told the front desk of my issue. They stamped the disc case and told me to go to customer service with a new disc. So I did so. The customer service employee first thought we were returning it and informed him politely that no I just want a working copy. He said he has to talk to his manager since they don't return open copies. Well how are you gonna know if you have a defective product with out opening it? The "manager" came over like he doesn't have time for this and is missing his Colts game (he was wearing their jersey) or something. He explained again that they can't accept open copies. I explained that I just got it and how was I suppose to know it was a defective disc by looking at an unopened case? He takes the disc out physically looking annoyed and checked the disc. Points to two places and says it's scratched and basically alluded that I scratched it (background: I take good care of all 300+ dvd/Blu-ray discs I own and my player plays discs I was rough with when I was younger). He then gave back the disc in case, didn't say sorry or anything helpful, and went in the back. The employee at least said sorry. I was pretty upset but wasn't gonna let this ruin my day. But I will say I won't be going back there anytime soon. Sad since I've been buying at that location since I was a teen. read more

Giving them two stars instead of one, only because after 2 months, I was full refunded. So there is something for standing behind your work. Our HP laptop had a crack in the keyboard cover apparently a Manufactures issue - notorious in recent years for HP - Plastic keyboard cover too thin for their stiff hinges( emailed the VP of HP customer service about it). The crack however affected the laptop from staying powered on (still not Best Buys fault) so we had to try to get this 2 yr. old laptop which is basically new to us, repaired before having to buy another. BEST BUY - Everyone was courteous BUT here is how our transaction went... 1. Given an estimate for the part and told it was in stock. 2. then received a call to approve extra cost for the part ($20 more) 3. Two weeks in- they realized they ordered the wrong part 4. After receiving another approval from us to order the part, nothing was placed on order for 11 days. (sorry- YELP stopped allowing me to bullet point from here on:) AND we were told the part was on back order for 2-3 weeks (up to 6 weeks now without it). We finally started calling about the part status after the 3 weeks was up, told to call back in a week. We called back, giving them 10 days not 7 days before calling. Finally(8 weeks in) they admitted they could not get the part and would refund our down payment (labor charge of $85). The only good part of this was that it came to an end at no charge. This cost only time and aggravation but two months of school time that my son needed his laptop. I took it to another chain, and they got back to us with the same answer BUT did it in less than 24hrs. (I finally did get it repaired by a great local repair shop by purchasing the part myself online -2ndary market). I had given up on best buy about 10 yrs ago due to 3 bad service situations in a row, and recently gave them a 4th shot. My husband and I bought a Samsung refrigerator in March 2016. When it was delivered I did not have a chance to over look it bc I was attending to my new born baby. After they left my husband notice that the doors were not even. So I called customer service over 30 times got no where, got transferred to multiple managers and told me it was an easy fix and I could fix it my self ( which I really did not know how to do and my husband is disabled and can not do it), called corporate office multiple times and been told " they will call back" it's almost a year and still the problem is not fixed. So everytime we get a delivery from best buy, it turns into months of fighting with this company to fix what they have broken...this time ordered a stove, we waited 2 months to get it in and then once arrived in February my family smelled gas from the stove, I called best buy to complain and they couldn't get a replacement stove for 1 month, once that finally got delivered in march, the delivery team came thru my gate of my fence and broke the gate, I didn't notice this until after they left but I have now been calling for 1 month and getting no where with get a reimbursement in order to get a new gate. the customer service is awful and after talking with many friends they have all had the same experience with best buy appliance deliveries...I suggest to go to lowes, home depot, etc or anyone else except best buy unless you want to be in the same situation as me and fight with something that should be so simple to fix... read more

The worst costumer service when it comes to phone calls. The wait time is usually 15 to 30 minutes. You ask them a questions and they always put you on hold or give you an excuse of not knowing the answer. I hate calling their customer service line. Poor excuse for a big company like best buy.
