Purchased a laptop that was in "demo user" setting. Supervisor and staff are difficult, have poor customer service skills, and not helpful at all. No one seemed to have any clue about the administration user name and password to complete a factory reset. Hoping another store or another department can better assist. I recommend never making purchase at this BestBuy location. There were many people making returns and I should have taken this as a sign.

3rd attempt at delivery was an encore performance. Damaged in transit. Don't waste your time with Best Buy.

I'd give a 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend, bad customer service especially in the tv department. Will not be stopping by or ordering.

Terrible customer service. We've given this Best Buy 5 opportunities to prove us wrong and each time is a let down.

After a long run around, I got the issue settled. So I was skeptical about going back. Brian, the current manager, was very helpful and treated me very well (thank you)! Gave me a great price on a really good appliance, followed up as he said he would, even sent me the rebate forms in advance, very nice. Richard, the installation technician who did the removal/install (most important part of this process) was super! Nice, accurate, thorough is how I'd explain his work ethic. He made sure the appliance was plumb and true, flush and fit. Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Richard, Brian, and the process. I just hope this KitchenAid holds up for 8-10 years!

There was supposed to be a $ 49.95 "rebate" involved but the rebate site said that the sale wasn't eligible for the rebate - a problem that other reviewers have noted. Bray and Scarff needs to do a better job of managing their partners. They are no better than Lowe's or Home Depot. My recommendation is buy from Amazon and get your favorite plumber to install the machine for you.

I had a cooktop where the electric starters went out. No big deal, we'll use a manual lighter. Had a soap dispenser that went out on the dishwasher. No big deal, just shut the door really fast. Then the wash machine would not drain. I tried everything I could find online, and then decided to break down and call Raker. John from Raker asked for all the model numbers of the appliances before he arrived so that he could get the necessary parts just in case he needed to to reduce the number of trips out. Smart move, kept costs low. He showed up in professional attire at a time that worked with my schedule. First he tackled the wash machine, and was able to show me pieces that even I couldn't get to. He tackled the dishwasher, noting I may need to buy a new door, which would be expensive. He offered me some suggestions of the best dishwashers on the market at the time just in case the cost to repair was too great. He was able to find just the soap dispenser instead of having to re-buy the entire door, and at an affordable price. Lastly was the cooktop. It took several trips out, but John was able to handle it. Even though he came out some 7 times (due to a series of bad components), he didn't charge me for each trip. In the end, it ran me $781 to fix three separate appliance, which included all the parts (which were more than 2/3 of the total). I would happily recommend Raker and John Herrell to anyone looking for friendly, knowledgable, affordable and effective appliance repair. I know the next time I have problems with any appliance, they'll be the ones I call.

It's like a new vacuum cleaner now. He cleaned it in and out (a complete tuneup), and replaced wires and parts to bring it to a factory reset. So I looked into local repair options (challenging since I don't really drive). I was able to talk to a woman from Aerus that was very nice and arranged a pick up at my house! William was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. After evaluating, he explained the issue and why it would not be a good investment on my end to have them repair it, when I could get a new one for a similar cost elsewhere. He informed me of their specials on their units but was never pushy and was transparent the entire time. You don't always get that often; especially knowing you may not get direct business from the person you are helping. They have a air purifier that reduces COVID-19 on surfaces that naturally is more interesting and important than my vacuum story :) Check out anyvac.us

After browsing with absolutely no pressure to make a sale, we decided we wanted a gaming computer and a curved monitor. Ben was super helpful, asked all the right questions about how we're going to use it, our price range, and what add-ons and capabilities we cared about. Ben answered all our questions with ease, was incredibly knowledgeable, and left us feeling well educated and confident in our purchase. We left with a great ASUS curved monitor and a PowerSpec computer, their personal brand. Can't wait to get this set up and start playing! Thanks, Ben!

I brought a PC with issues in a few days ago. After around 24 hours, I was told my motherboard, SSD…read moreand cooler were showing failures so I decided to let them build a new system. I worked with the combo team to create a package and have them build it. Went home, thinking everything was fine. The next day I called to check for progress on my PC and was told my system was still in diagnostics, which struck me as odd as we had already passed this point. I gave it some time and decided to check again later where I got the same response. I explained that we went and had a new system lined up to build and we were just going to keep my graphics card and my NVME drives. A day later, I was told to come pick up my new system, and as I was paying for it, I felt something was off with the pricing. At some point, they had just decided to put a different motherboard entirely than the notification or telling me which broke the bundle price. After the manager had come over and did some magic they refunded me $200 which was fine and I thought the experience was over and I was not going to leave any negative feedback. That is until I tried playing my system. After starting it up, I had noticed there were some issues instantly. First and foremost, the drive that they had told me had failed and we would not be bringing over to the new system, was in my system. They were supposed to have removed this drive, wiped an NVME, and done a clean install on windows on that drive as they had pitched it to me that this drive that is currently in my system and was in the old system was showing failures and would need to be replaced. I thought that was a strange oversight, but that also was not the end of my issues. I started inspecting my PC and noticed that several of the cables were not plugged in. There was an attempt to plug them in, but they were just left halfway in and bending my pins. I am exceptionally upset at the overall experience as I trusted them and gave them a decent chunk of money in this time, just to be disrespected. I feel like I should just automatically be given an extended labor warranty at this point at the least.
