The price was still good enough that we went forward. This past week, with the dishwasher, the same occurred. Different sales person - a woman - but the same "unwaivable" line after we had paid. (I have the emails to prove both.) We went elsewhere and will never go back to Bray and Scarff. Ever. It is not to be trusted.

My dad and I have been working on my backyard for a while this summer. During COVId-19 times they enforce the use of masks and it feels clean and organized specially the gardening section which it outside. The curbside pick up service has been excellent; it is organized and timely. There are parking spots for customers getting pick up orders. My only issue is that they don't do curbside pick up for all items (this may be a company-wide thing rather than a specific location thing). What needs improvement: being able to find someone to help you find something can be really difficult, staff doesn't always seem approachable when I need help. This is an overall image but as always you have the good, approachable helpful staff and then the ones that aren't so helpful; service is just not consistent. Also the supplies here have been running low; I had been wanting tomato cages for a while and went 3 times and they were always out of the tomato cages; same thing happened with sod (went to the competition to get these). I'm summary I have had overall pleasant experiences here, but customer service can improve a bit and they need to maintain their items in the warehouse.

I've cleaned the machine and ran a sanitize cycle multiple times to no avail. After experiencing some respiratory symptoms about a month ago, I decided to switch to washing our dishes by hand while we waited for our landlord to provide a resolution. His suggestion after almost month was to sanitize the dishwasher, but we recognized that this would only maintain the machine and not effectively eliminate the buildup. I turned to Yelp and found Jeremy. I texted him and he responded within less than 15 minutes. He asked for make and model information for the dishwasher. We were able to get an appointment scheduled for 3 days out with less than 30 minutes of interaction via text message. Our appointment was this morning and Jeremy texted me when he was 30 minutes out. He was communicative, prompt, and efficient. He was able to remove the dishwasher door and identify the area that was discharging this mysterious substance. He steam cleaned the area, tested the function of the dishwasher, and put the door back on. His rate was extremely fair and we will be certain to continue to call him for any appliance issues!

After evaluating, he explained the issue and why it would not be a good investment on my end to have them repair it, when I could get a new one for a similar cost elsewhere. He informed me of their specials on their units but was never pushy and was transparent the entire time. You don't always get that often; especially knowing you may not get direct business from the person you are helping.
