    I Had a phenomenal experience with Sabrina at the front of the stores checkout. It was busy, I had a pickup, an exchange and a purchase and Sabrina helped me navigate through this entire experience with ease. She kept composure and was upbeat, she didn't rush through my experience even with a line of people behind me and she is very kind. This experience has made my day and is why I will continue to shop at this Best Buy.

    Complete bait and switch! Rip off. I ordered a cooking range they charged me $ 349.00 for installation and waived the $ 59.00 haul-away charges since I'm a total tech member. I paid close to $ 4500.00 to wait for over 3 weeks and the delivery team came on Friday (05/31/24) for delivery and installation. They said they were subcontractors and did not care about #BESTBUY and wanted additional dollars for installation which I refused. They cunningly said that they would leave the appliance at my place and come back after I told them I had to speak to BESTBUY. I complained to the GM of the Sterling, VA store and told them the happenings. He said he would talk to the subcontractors and get back to us. He finally got back last night and wanted $ 500.00 extra. This is gouging. We politely refused his offer and asked for cancellation. I'm going with Costco which offers free delivery, installation, and haul away. Lost time, effort, and energy dealing with BestBuy. Do yourself a favor and never order any appliance that involves installation with Best Buy. Attaching my receipt as well.

    Simply put I read the reviews. I asked for the Supervisor and was well treated understood and respected . Plenty of parking too.

The Delivery folks who installed the Washer were equally OUTSTANDING. They meticulously removed the old Washer and proceeded to install the new washer. Parts came in after not having a washer for two weeks. He puts the parts in and still doesn't work. So now we will be waiting again for parts and hope they can fix this. Here's the problem with Bray and Scarf. Good luck with anyone picking up the phone at the service department. If they do answer they are less than helpful. I called the store several times in Sterling and asked for the manager to call me. Still has not called. They take no ownership in their products they sell. I think Bray and Scarf used to have a good reputation years ago. But that's clearly over. I will never buy anything from this company again. Sadly you get better service at the big box chains. Update: The repair technician came to my house, and the parts he brought did not fix the machine. GE advises ordering additional parts. I called Centricity, the warranty company (All warranty claims go here). They told me that Bray and Scarf have not yet sent them the request for repairs. This is 4 days later. Additionally, the technician informed us that Bray and Sacrf do not determine when they reach a decision on whether the machine is unrepairable. However, Centricity told me that it is the technician from Bray and Scarf who makes that determination. So clearly, no one wants to accept any responsibility So, I called the service department, and again, I could not get through to anyone. Waited on hold several times, then was disconnected. So I called the corporate number, and the receptionist told me that they are "checking the lines." I assume she meant there is a technical issue. However, this has been my experience over the past several weeks: no one in the service department answers the phone. Also, the manager from the Sterling VA store has not returned my call.

This was entirely in Spanish, but evidently I am learning more words to understand what was being said. The checkout process was simple. I saw people at the do it yourself registers and one associate waiting for a customer. I walked to him and got checked out. I started filling out some questions for Yelp. They asked about bring dogs to Homedepot. To my left by the key machine, I saw a woman with her labrador retriever. My answer to bring dogs into HomeDrpot is... YES!...

Then called 855 number for measurements three times and each time was told they would reach out to manager and someone would get back to me shortly. Been up since 6:45 am and it's now noon and no new info. The work order clearly sets expectation for early morning call. I've been a long time customer and will be looking for other options as they consistently disappoint. No one likes their time wasted and doing business with companies who repeatedly do this encourages further poor behavior. Refund being processed but lost 1/2 a day and multiple days and maybe weeks to start over and have the project completed.

She has admitted there were some big learning and growth moments with what has transpired with our case, and as a result, has apologized. In addition, they admitted they didn't order the correct part and should have spent more time ensuring their initial mistake wasn't repeated. It's a rare occasion to have a company admit they repeated a mistake and are willing to work towards an agreeable resolution. Thankfully ABW has shown they are concerned with what happens to their customers, you just have to let them kindly know if they are heading down the wrong path. To sum it up, they are willing to work with you to make sure you're happy, just make sure you have an open communication line with them. _______________________ *ORIGINAL REVIEW* I'm not sure where to begin, but it's been an absolute nightmare. Our microwave broke in April, we are a week away from September, and the microwave is still not fixed despite them coming out 4 separate times. In short, ABW has been to our house 4 times; 3 times with the wrong part. Yes, they ordered the wrong microwave door 3 times. They came to our house 3 times with the wrong door. I really don't know what else to say or how best to describe what happened other than pure incompetence. I don't think I've ever had to deal with a situation like this before, since most companies would find a solution after their first mistake, but clearly they care only about your money and how much they can grab from you. After a lot of back-and-forth via email, it was discovered that they had been entering the wrong model number from the beginning, but we were told that it was Bosch who kept sending the wrong part. So they blamed Bosch and failed miserably at taking ownership of the mistake they made over, over and over again. In the photos below you'll see one of the final emails where they're "apologizing" and giving us a "discount". However, after researching the right parts number, the $374.49 "discount" from their original asking price of $627.59 is roughly the average and going price for said door. At face value, it's clear we're still being ripped off despite their egregious and continuous mistake of ordering the wrong part not only once, not twice, but three times. Could you imagine ordering the wrong part for a customer, telling them it's on back order, and making three service calls over the course of 5 months? I can't. I'd be fired. I'm truly at a loss for words. I'm sorry to say, but for your sanity please find another business to order parts, equipment or have any type of service done. Please learn from my horrible experience and find another business to buy and service your appliances.
