I needed to pick up the new jitterbug phone for my dad get that all set before I returned home. Best Buy was the only place in town that had it. Zen, in the cell phone department was phenomenal!!! he was actually off but turned around to sure I had the manager covering me so that we could get through everything we need to get through. And at first when we couldn't locate the phone on the shelf, Zen dug through the system to find out other places it potentially was in the store and took care of me. Be sure to visit Zen if you visit Best Buy cellular department. They're superb! read more

Drove one hour to Best Buy to have new battery put in iPhone. They said I needed an appointment although it did not say that on the website. Scheduled an appointment and made it very clear it was for two iPhones. They said good. Drove one hour for appointment and they said appointment canceled because they were too busy. Also said I needed two appointments for two phones. Finally talked them into doing one and they said it would be done in seven hours. No thank you. Terrible. read more

Quick and friendly service for online pickup. Order online. Wait for the email. Go inside to pick up. Or park outside and wait a few minutes

I would have either repaired or purchased a new Mac book pro today from this store. Unfortunately it is impossible to get a store employee to speak over the phone due to AI. Terrible customer service and so frustrating! read more

I drove 45 minutes to this store because they had the item (camera) that I wanted, I just needed to see it in person and feel the quality before buying it ($2,000). They didn't have one on display so I asked if they could take one out of the box to look at, they wouldn't do it, I was ready to buy but I just needed to verify that the item was what I expected, nope, they wouldn't take it out of the box. That's like going to buy a car and having the salesman tell you to not touch it or open the door before buying. If I wanted to just purchase the item blind without seeing it first I could order it online and save the gas. I'll never go to this store again, it looks half empty like their having a clearance sale anyway. read more

I bought a TV had to cancel because of a $129.99 dispute. A call from customer service convinced me to reorder the TV lesss the $129.99. once again we have issues and there was a promise of a credit. Well that credit did not happen and I'm being charged and extra 191.97. Just finished a call with a Supervisor that told me there is nothing to do done and (love this one) "THERE IS NO ONE ABOVE ME, TO TAKE A CALL." SO I GUESS BEST BUY IS RUN BY SUPERVISORS!! I CANT EVEN GUVE THE A I RATING FOE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I also was hung up on by 2customer service agents and 2 Supervisors. FYI This has been going on since January!! read more

This store sucks - waited to see a product behind lock and key, two employees, which I had to flag down and ask for assistance said they would notify someone to assist me. Nobody came back and I waited for about 15-20 min before just deciding to leave. Poor selection of merch anyway. Save yourself the trouble and just order from Amazon. read more

I went to seek a little tech support because the software i bought along with a computer did not work. A Geek tech lady came out from behind and yelled at the customers that needed help that they were supposed to set up appointments before coming. She sounded so angry and confrontation. I told her to calm down and she stormed off. Most useless best buy customer service I have ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Walked in there talk to the person in front of the cameras asked him if he knew if they had any PS5s. Went back there and checked for me and told me they did such a nice man!! Told me to go to the counter and ask the cash register you were going to buy a PS5 than proceed to tell me they didn't , so I walked away an the guy behind the counter started to laugh, asked him what was funny, than the lady next to him told me she can help me out Turns out the man behind the counter doesn't know his inventory or he's just gate keeping the PS5 after laughing at me. I bought my ps5 though thank you Best Buy but get your employees in check read more

Nice selection of apple products which was what I was shopping for. Be prepared to wait and don't count on professional assistance as this store is severely understaffed. read more

Went in for them to look at my AirPods. First thing they said was you have an appointment, I completely understand that but he practically cut me off and did not acknowledge my issue further. He was fairly blunt and his mannerisms were a bit harsh. I understand the appointment issue and I understand as I also work in tech, but to treat a customer that poorly when it wasn't even busy there was very unacceptable. Apple even said I could walk in and have them tell me what I need to do. They completely pushed me out in the quickest way possible. I will not be going back. Geek squad was very rude. read more

The employees are not familiar with their own return/ price match policy. Keagon helped us initially and was very unpleasant.

Poor management,Lack of real knowledge on products,I've been in for help with the geek squad and they are are always short and rude. I wouldn't spend my money here rather at the Dover store they are much nicer and more knowledgeable. Plus you save a little tax. read more

Yesterday I had question about my old iPod. I called my local BestBuy store and waited on hold for 48 minutes. No one ever picked up the call. So I get in the car and drive the 40 minutes to the store to get my iPod repaired. I waited about 15-20 minutes only to find out that the iPod is obselete I mentioned my phone call and was informed that you cannot call the store directly. Calls go to a call center and are routed from there. Well I suggest they get a new phone system because the one they have sucks. I'll not be going back to any of their stores after spending all this time instead of having a phone call of less than 5 minutes to get the answer I needed. Its BestBuys loss. Not mine. read more

First time dealing with this store & it wasn't a pleasant one. Tried to purchase a TV online a couple of days ago and it wouldn't go through so I called and spoke to a gentlemen there named Josh who informed me that he currently has two of the TV's that I tried to purchase a few days ago in stock. I asked him if he would honor the price that where I tried to purchase online with no success? He stated, NO!!! He then asked if there was anything else he could help me with? I stated, no, and I'm disappointed that they couldn't honor the price. He again, asked me if there was anything else he could help me with & I replied, no. He then hung up the phone. He didn't help me at all, worst customer service I've seen in a long time. read more

It was my first visit to the store today. I returned a product because I have no use for it with no questions asked and provided no cost recommendations that could work. Service on the floor was very pleasant- they assisted me with all the items I was looking for. read more

If I could click zero stars I would. Went in to store to purchase salt camera and I asked for assistance. The sales guy came and you could tell he had no idea what he was talking about but rather than getting someone to help me he insisted to tell my wife the difference between a Nikon 3400 and 5600 was the extra lense the 5600 had. Then I tried the price match in which the manager got involved. Kelly was extremely disrespectful and she put no effort into any of it. So I ended up getting a different camera there and after I paid for it the cashier shorted me on my change causing the manager to come back to open his drawer. It was by far the worst customer service I've ever had and I will never return to that store. read more

We just bought a new TV and sound system for our home. We weren't really in the market for a new TV but decided to upgrade today. Our Best Buy team member was Kira and she was amazing. We've shopped locally at this store for years and are generally disappointed in the employees and their knowledge & experience but she was great!!! I highly recommend seeking her out! read more

We made a large appliances purchase for a new home.
