I drove 45 minutes to this store because they had the item (camera) that I wanted, I just needed to see it in person and feel the quality before buying it ($2,000). They didn't have one on display so I asked if they could take one out of the box to look at, they wouldn't do it, I was ready to buy but I just needed to verify that the item was what I expected, nope, they wouldn't take it out of the box. That's like going to buy a car and having the salesman tell you to not touch it or open the door before buying. If I wanted to just purchase the item blind without seeing it first I could order it online and save the gas. I bought a TV had to cancel because of a $129.99 dispute. A call from customer service convinced me to reorder the TV lesss the $129.99. once again we have issues and there was a promise of a credit. Well that credit did not happen and I'm being charged and extra 191.97. Just finished a call with a Supervisor that told me there is nothing to do done and (love this one) "THERE IS NO ONE ABOVE ME, TO TAKE A CALL." SO I GUESS BEST BUY IS RUN BY SUPERVISORS!! I needed to pick up the new jitterbug phone for my dad get that all set before I returned home. Best Buy was the only place in town that had it. Zen, in the cell phone department was phenomenal!!! he was actually off but turned around to sure I had the manager covering me so that we could get through everything we need to get through. And at first when we couldn't locate the phone on the shelf, Zen dug through the system to find out other places it potentially was in the store and took care of me. Walked in there talk to the person in front of the cameras asked him if he knew if they had any PS5s. Went back there and checked for me and told me they did such a nice man!! Went in for them to look at my AirPods. First thing they said was you have an appointment, I completely understand that but he practically cut me off and did not acknowledge my issue further. He was fairly blunt and his mannerisms were a bit harsh. I understand the appointment issue and I understand as I also work in tech, but to treat a customer that poorly when it wasn't even busy there was very unacceptable. Yesterday I had question about my old iPod. I called my local BestBuy store and waited on hold for 48 minutes. No one ever picked up the call. So I get in the car and drive the 40 minutes to the store to get my iPod repaired. I waited about 15-20 minutes only to find out that the iPod is obselete I mentioned my phone call and was informed that you cannot call the store directly. Calls go to a call center and are routed from there. Well I suggest they get a new phone system because the one they have sucks. I'll not be going back to any of their stores after spending all this time instead of having a phone call of less than 5 minutes to get the answer I needed. Its BestBuys loss. Not mine. read more

The sales guy came and you could tell he had no idea what he was talking about but rather than getting someone to help me he insisted to tell my wife the difference between a Nikon 3400 and 5600 was the extra lense the 5600 had. Then I tried the price match in which the manager got involved. Kelly was extremely disrespectful and she put no effort into any of it. So I ended up getting a different camera there and after I paid for it the cashier shorted me on my change causing the manager to come back to open his drawer.
