While not obvious from the website, the door is the plastic version of the Run Chicken door - it looks identical but is a plastic version that is poorly made. The first door took a long time to arrive and arrived broken. They did send a replacement, but it also arrived broken. They declined to respond to the suggestion that they better package a platic item that is traveling so far, and they declined to refund me. On their website they state that: "If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@mawandpawspets.com. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you." However, I was only offered a 40% refund as "they sent me the correct item."
