I didn't expect much because I usually pick my own clothes and honestly had some less pleasant experiences with stylists before. But this team blew me away with their hospitality, sense of fashion and they are genuinely nice people (rare thing in this business I find)! They were super friendly and knowledgable. Instead of seeing it as an opportunity to introduce people to the store, the approach was abrupt and dismissive. The tone alone made the situation uncomfortable. I understand everyone can have an off day, but the way we were spoken to felt disrespectful. I was also surprised by the pricing. Many items seemed extremely marked up, in some cases appearing higher than their original retail value, which defeats the purpose of shopping somewhere associated with deals. After reading other reviews, I'm confused because they don't reflect the experience I had. I'll be attending another event nearby soon, but honestly, I'm anxious about returning because of how we were treated.
