    The absolute worst dealership in the Berwyn. Worst experience I ever had in my life. From buying to getting service to returning. Filled with greedy rats and senseless workers from sales men to the managers in every department. They don't care about you just the amount of money in their pockets and wasting your time with appointments just to leave your car in the lot. 1. Dennis Ealey 2. Vincent L. Watts 3 Phil Radous 4 Cesar Llanito 5. And the tall white service manager with soft hands And if for some odd reason you still end up here hit up Leonardo Rojas & Sasa Ratkovic only good reliable guys at this dealership.

    I used this dealership because it was in my hometown, and also, they had a Kia selto with all the features and color I wanted. My sales person was Oraya Resendez. At first they were very accommodating. I wanted to support another female and shop locally . I put a deposit on the vehicle and went back about a week later. drove the vehicle, and it had 18 miles on it. When I returned to purchase the vehicle, the price was different, and the paperwork said the vehicle had 330 miles on it. I questioned why the vehicle that I test drove and put a deposit down on now had an extra 312 miles on it. Dennis, the sales manager, said he didn't know as he was off for a week. Something seemed off. The price of the car, the milage, and they seem to be rushing through the contract process . They had to redo the contract 3 times as they did not add the discounts for the financing, my deposit, or my kia loyalty. We got through the paperwork and I advised them I would physically take possession of the car the next day.They really wanted me to take the vehicle. But I told them I would be back. As I was walking through the lot . I looked at the car I just purchased. It WAS NOT THE SAME VEHICLE!! Did they think I wasn't going to notice that the vehicle didn't have the same features I originally wanted?? I went back into the dealership. The finally told me the car I put the deposit down on was sold by a different salesman. So the took it upon themselves to be deceptive and bait and switch me with another vehicle, same color, same model, more miles without the features that I wanted!!. Instead of disclosing the truth. What a shady way to do business!! Just to get a sale!! Buyer beware!! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!! They are dishonest, and shady!! They should have been honest about the car being sold, and let me make the decision if I wanted to proceed. I do know that Willowbrook kia is the same owner. However, the sales team at Willowbrook are much better , respectful and actually care about their customers. My boyfriend bought a 2024 kia sportage from Willowbrook kia today. Go see Trac, at Willowbrook if you are in the market for a car. I WOULD NEVER GIVE BERWYN KIA ANY BUSINESS!!

    Dropped off my car 5 days ago. They said "if it fails the test we'll keep it overnight" 5 days later I can't even get a call back. They clearly haven't touched the car. Spent $150 to rent a car while mine sat on their lot. This dealership super sucks.

I purchased my…read more2022 GMC Terrain on 11/21/2022, and for over three years I have been dealing with an ongoing transmission warning light, poor acceleration, and shifting issues that this dealership has failed to fix. Early on, I was told the issue was "not serious" and that I was covered. That turned out to be completely misleading. I have brought my vehicle in multiple times and even left it for an extended period, receiving a loaner, yet the problem continues. At my most recent visit on 2/3/2026, I was told there is nothing they can do because the light comes on and off. I was also told I needed filters, but within a day, the transmission light came right back on. I emailed management last year and never received a single response. No follow up, no accountability, nothing. Now I have been instructed by GM to take my vehicle to a different dealership, which says everything about how this one has handled the situation. This is the third winter where I cannot rely on my vehicle, with a 50 percent chance it will even warm up and run properly in Chicago weather. Between the distance, my demanding job, and dealing with health issues, this has been exhausting. I bought my last two new vehicles to avoid this kind of situation, but instead I have been stuck with an unresolved issue and a dealership that refuses to take responsibility. Avoid this dealership if you expect real service or follow through.
