The 2 times I've been here I've had to wait 15 mins pass my appointment time. After physican assistant takes measure's my weight, height, and temperature. I waited another 15 minutes for the doc. Total time with doc was less than 5 minutes since my survey I wrote when I was with the PA had no issues. I don't have any chronic ailments yet so I consider my lucky so far. I probably do check in too much at restaurants. Too much waiting but it's only for once a year so far.

I had some plastic surgery done here one week ago it is connected to the same plastic surgeons…read moreoffice that is located next door I had to wait a couple minutes to get back there but it was the TV on and they took my payment right away and they were very nice from the moment I answered the door and then when I got to the back Laura and the rest of the nurses were very friendly I had a great female anaesthesiologist who took care of me and it was very painless I've had a lot of cosmetic surgery in my life and I always hate getting the needle for the Anistasia but this one she put some butter inside and I didn't feel the burning sensation and I appreciate that the one thing I will say was The best thing about being operated here was when I woke up at the anaesthesia it was very peaceful and it was not hard I wasn't yelled that or hit to wake up and it wasn't unpleasant whatsoever it was actually a very peaceful and graceful awakening after my procedure I was taken to recovery where I got to sit upright in the room and I was filled with pain medication so I didn't feel a thing even when I got home I was fine to walk out I had gotten a lot of surgery done on my face and nose so I was just wrapped from neck up as I was able to walk myself out just fine I took it over there and was picked up by my mother from what I saw everything was clean and they have the best socks ever when the nurses weren't looking I stole four pairs I took down 2 stars because they sent me a bill for $300 with no explanation I paid in full $3200 just for facility and anesthesia. They started my operation 45 minutes late and want to charge overtime no way. I'm Not paying it. I'll report them to BBB before I give them a cent. No hidden fees! Ended up getting another letter to days ago saying that they were sorry for not telling me what the explanation for the extra $300 bill was I was quoted 2150 at Dr. Caceres office the next I hear from the surgical center they call me two times and tell me that it's 3202 times I get there and the woman requests my credit card for $3200 She ran my credit card for $3200 I look at my bill and underneath it says $3500 as far as I'm concerned I am not paying it because I do not know it if the charge in fact was $3500 I should've been told that and it should've been written in stone all they could tell me was that I was being charge for rhinoplasty etc. but this facility did not perform my rhinoplasty I was paying for anesthesia and I was paying for The utility as far as I'm concerned there's no way they can say that I had to pay a late fee since they started 45 minutes later so there is no way in hell I am held responsible for this extra $300 that popped up out of the air I'm hoping that their lawyer will send me a bill because I will fight this in court Businesses do not charge you for service and then after you leave weeks later Decide that there's a pop-up feet of another additional $300 without any legitimate reason in fact if I don't get this adjusted I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau things like this I find to be very alarming I don't like it I think it's very unfair I think it's a scam And if they somehow made multiple mistakes and what they should've charged me that's their problem plus how did my fee go from 2150 to 3500 they did not perform the surgery all they did was put some legwarmers around me give me some socks and a robe they connected me to the IV and let me sit there they gave me some juice at the end I do not owe them 3500.00 for that

I also asked for an accommodation under the HIPAA law - to communicate with me via an alternate method - and they refused to do so. When I refused to capitulate to their demands, they refused to do the procedure, and their refusal was not, in any way, based on any medical reason. It was also a violation of HIPAA for them to refuse to do the service because I asked for something that was my right under HIPAA law. Afterward, I contacted the CEO and the staff lied about what occurred. I have filed a complaint against them with Health and Human Services over their HIPAA violations and I notified my insurance company in case they submitted a bill for the cancelled procedure. I would tell you to stay away - the staff was rude, lied, and they do not respect a patient's privacy or dignity.

An example of Dr. Shraytman's professionalism is when he kept prescribing for YEARS that I take medicine for my Gerd only to find out you should never take it more than a few weeks!
