Instead of explaining right off the bat that I would need two separate appointments the woman answering the phone starts telling me what they do and do not do there, although I have been there before. We had a whole convoluted conversation about what the doctor would and would not do, just because I assumed the visits could be combined for efficiency, at the end she then tells me they don't do those appointments at the same time. It's fine that they didn't combine the appointments, but I still need both appointments and she just needed to explain that or offer me a double time slot. Anyway I'm not dealing with that, I can't be the first patient that ever needed to separate visits and needed clarification.
