My daughter was very distraught at first, but we kept returning and trying different medicines and products and finally saw results. She was like a new person. I was told to come in for my appointment at 6 pm, I arrived at 5:30 pm on the dot. I checked in early and there was one patient who was in front of me. I wish I was joking when I say I waited TWO AND HALF hours to be only seen for 15 minutes. When I was telling her my symptoms, and my previous medical history, she brushed it off as if it wasn't important (Maybe because 20-year-olds are immune to sickness????). She took my blood work, told me that she was going to run every test, and assured me that I'd know my results by the following week. I waited and heard nothing back, so I called about a week after she took my blood. The receptionist said she was going to call me two days later, guess what! She never did. So AGAIN I called back about another week and I got the same response. I called AGAIN today (5/2/2024) in the morning. The conversation went like this: Receptionist:"Let me get your info, and we'll give you a call in 2 days". Me: "I should've received my results and I called already 2 times before" Receptionist: proceeded to go through the entire month of Aprils call log to "assure me" that I've "not once after my appointment called to know my results". Me: "I did call, you guys took my blood almost a month ago, I need to know the results" Receptionist: "Well since you're new, let me tell you, that's not how we do things here and YOU HAVE TO WAIT two days for my call" and just hung up. Like why... In the time that it took for her to go day by day in the call log, she could've just told me my results. This practice is very unprofessional and doesn't seem to respect or care for their younger patients. Imagine if I have a severe illness or disease that could've been caught early but now because this practice likes to dilly-dally, it's progressed further, and has gone untreated. Each day counts. My health has only declined more. I just want to know what's wrong...

I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. Yes, the girl he has there now might not be the most outgoing person, but she is ok and I never had a problem with her. Dr. Pepe never overcharged me for anything and I never had to pay anything outside the copay. He is always thorough with the examination and does strep test right there. He also was the first doctor to diagnose my older son with allergies to cats when nobody else had and my son was sick for a few years. I recommend Dr. Pepe.

Dr Pepe is a great pediatrician. We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see him. If my son is sick they always see him the same day. I can't tell you how many times I've called on a Saturday morning because my son was sick and Dr Pepe said to bring him in. On a few occasions when my son was very sick Dr Pepe called us on the weekend to check in and see how he was doing. Not many drs would do that. He is very thorough. Even if we go in for something minor he always takes his time and does a complete review and explains everything. The receptionist is very nice and always pleasant. The story about extra charges for asking questions is just crazy. I always ask questions during all visits - including well visits - and there is no extra charge for it. If you live in the Little Falls area and need a caring pediatrician who doesn't make you wait for an hour in the waiting room with a sick baby call Dr Pepe.
