The only good thing in that office is the PA. Everyone else should have a serious staff meeting and get on the same page. Dr. Lentine should really get in touch with patients that have issues in her office, after all it's her reputation on the line. I'm really getting sick of the auto calls regarding her NEW service but it may be a good service IF you are willing to pay an additional $2000.00 per year!!!!!! You might get better care! read more

Place is a zoo they rush through staring at computers. Take too many expensive lab tests. Dont bill insurance so collectors come hounding you and do not call back! They have separate voice mail boxes for billing issues and I tried to make my patient a new patient appt and left voicemails on dedicated voicemails for Maria and never got a return call. read more

This is the worst medical facility I've ever been too, and I've been to many, and while I always appreciate the hard work that office staff, nurses, and doctors do, I cannot say that for this office and I am appalled with my experience. First (and will be the only) visit - I came in for a blood draw, and had fasted for the tests as instructed. My appt was 9:30 am, I arrived at 9:15 - after a leisurely 2 hour wait in the tiny waiting room being completely ignored as people went in and out around me, I finally got a blood draw at 11:30 am. The phlebotomist missed my vein ( FYI I'm thin and have extremely prominent veins, as told to me by anyone else who's ever drawn my blood) and I started to faint when she "went in again to find the vein" (yikes)- they told me they didn't have a bed for me to lie down on (as I'm falling off the chair seeing white), and that I'd have to go to Quest or Labcorp for my blood draw....this should have been a big red flag to me. An office that specializes in tests but cannot do a simple blood draw or handle a patient who gets dizzy from a blood draw? Oh boy. I called 4 weeks after my Quest diagnostic visit/horrible Lentine visit - to check on my results as I hadn't heard anything and had been told it would be about 2 weeks - and was told that "something happened at Quest and my blood tests were damaged - sorry we found out last week, but I guess nobody called you to let you know." Correct, no one did call me and this is why I'm calling you right now! It's a good thing I called to find out myself! It's not like I was waiting for these results or anything, nothing important, just my own health, no big deal! I received an invitation to come back and spin the roulette wheel again tomorrow morning, but I decided that not only do I not have 3 hours to waste in the morning sitting around in the waiting room, but if I have to ask at the front desk for a phlebotomist who is experienced with taking blood, this is probably a good sign for me to go elsewhere. It's sad that this is how a doctor's office is run - that nobody would call a patient to let them know that their entire panel of tests was rendered useless and needed to be redone. I wonder if they ever would have called me if I hadn't called to check....I'm guessing no. I'll never know, though! Lol. The mysteries of life. Long story short....Don't go here! read more

Barely adequate examination during my physical (which took place in a re-purposed broom closet), over-crowded facilities plastered with solicitation ads for weight loss pills and plastic surgery, billed me for services not provided (nurse off-handedly mentioned it'd be a good idea to quit smoking = $30 charge for "intensive smoking cessation therapy"), and to top it all off, screwed up processing my payment and charged me a late fee when I was finally notified of it months later. Definitely the worst healthcare provider I've been to. read more

I've been seeing Elaine Nouh for about a year now. She's a lifesaver. Seriously. They are the only office that takes my insurance, understands Autoimmune and properly tested me for Lyme. I feel absolutely safe in their hands. They aren't pushy with supplements and have been treating homeopathically without antibiotics. I am reviewing the doctors AND the front desk/admin group. The doctors are wonderful. I have been going there for about 10 years. Most recently my husband joined as well. They are very thorough and know how to properly treat chronic/autoimmune issues. I have been very happy with them! The following are phone experiences I have had with the office: -I called upon finding out I was pregnant for the first time at age 37. This office had prescribed 3 medications that would affect whether the pregnancy stuck or not. The front desk was adamant that I had to go to an OB and could not come see the doctors to discuss my hormone prescriptions with my established primary caregiver. I was turned away at a very delicate time. I mentioned this to the Dr who agreed I should have been seen right away. - I called to make my annual and was told I absolutely could NOT ask questions about currently treated (under their care) conditions during an annual exam, that I had to make a separate consultation appointment. What!? -I left 1 message in 10 years of care asking to speak to the PA. No one returned my call. -And despite the care we love from the docs the final straw was...we continue to get bills for an appointment my husband left TWO messages cancelling. In both messages he asked someone to call back and confirm receipt and no one has. It is very sad that they cannot get better help because the doctors are lovely. The nurses and phlebotomists are always wonderful as well. As a side note, when this practice was recommended to me over 10 years ago the person warned me about the Front desk help. She said it was the reason she left the practice. Unfortunately, we are coming to the same end. read more

I don't think I have ever been so comfortable going to the doctor in my life. The staff and Dr Lentine are welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. I actually enjoy going to this office! Dr Lentine spent a lot of time with me. She straightened out my vitamin levels and cholesterol. Her assistants are excellent. They all are confident and thorough. read more

I have tried several different doctors before choosing Dr. Lentine's office. But FINALLY someone was listening to me! Her staff uncovered heavy metal toxicity, food sensitivities and hormonal imbalances that previous medical professionals overlooked. I'm losing weight, sleeping better and have more energy. It's hard to get an appointment so best if you are flexible with your schedule. read more

I was a patient of Dr. Lentine for over 25 years, when I got cancer she didn't check my results for over two years. I had cancer for over 2 years before I was notified. Then when I e-mailed and call to talk with her, she refer me to her assistant. I don't believe she wouldn't talk to me after being her patient for over 25 years. The only thing she ever checked was my cholesterol. When I finally was diagnosed with cancer I was over a stage 3. I had to have the strongest chemo, than 39 radiation treatments. I had a double Mastectomy, also my treatments were so strong that my hair never came back. She has never try to contain me, ever through she new I had had cancer for 2 year and never was told anything. I would not recommend her to my dog. Good luck to anyone who choose to use her. Not happy to have to spend $100 for a follow up after spending 1500 plus for chelation and supplements

So disappointing! I have been a patient for over ten years-never missing or being late for an appointment (and dealing with the very rude staff, I might add). I missed one appointment due to an emergency and got charged for a missed appointment fee. I called to see if i could get it waived since I have no record of this type of behavior. Shocking that the office manger and Dr. Lentine would not waive the fee. Not only is this terrible business but it's a very disappointing way to handle a one time incident from a very loyal patient! I will not be going back as this speaks volumes about the value they put on their patients that they have collected thousand of dollars from through insurance and all the cash I've paid them for their supplements that I could have gotten for half the price online, but chose to give them. read more

I have been coming to dr. Nancy lentine for over 15 years.. I was referred to her when no one could find the reason I was so tired.. She discovered that I had a heart condition and sent me to a wonderful cardiologist.. Since then over the years she has treated me without the drugs that other doctors would put me on.. What I like most about her is that she gets to the root of the problem and treats it naturally. Of course when it's really needed she will prescribe antibiotics but she doesn't over prescribed medicine. Some of the things I have benefited from have been chelation therapy and vitamin drips.. I think that excellence should be praised. read more

I would not even leave a star but would not be able to leave a review. $100.00 for missing an appointment! Rude office personnel claims to have texted or emailed to verify appointment which I did not get at all but was snip to say that maybe I should have wrote it down to remember as opposed to rely on them to remind me!. My appointment wasn't even with Dr. Lentine it was with one of her associates and still hit with $100 for missing my appointment. ALL my doctors give me a courtesy PHONE call to remind me.
