Total time with doc was less than 5 minutes since my survey I wrote when I was with the PA had no issues. I don't have any chronic ailments yet so I consider my lucky so far. I probably do check in too much at restaurants. Too much waiting but it's only for once a year so far.

My insurance company just compensated (out of the blue) because High Mountain Health is over billing patients. The new owner of HMH should not be calling patients asking for payments - the owner should have no insight into my medical history or be calling patients to harass them for payment. I gave Epic pain access to the documentation from my prior doctor that covered 7 years of pain coverage for a staph infection that destroyed me in 2 years. 9 times in surgery and 12 times in the hospital/ E.R.
