Went with a friend because he couldn't be alone as the pain medication was kicking in (their policy). I didn't mind that the nurse thought I was the patient (woman) instead of my friend (male). Maybe look at the chart before you come in ma'am. And I didn't mind that she dropped the pill on the floor but I did find it unprofessional that when I went to the bathroom I heard two of the female employees talking in one of them said " see I told you it's just one after the other a revolving door patience." I think you should keep that kind of talk to yourself because now you just sound like a greedy business. read more

Moved to corpus Christi, Tx in June 2024 and needed follow -up with a pain management doctor. In all the calls around Corpus, Epic Pain off of Morgan St. was the only team that dealt with Opid's. I went for 2 visits and at no time did I ever see a doctor; I was seen by an NP - Stacey Sanchez that determined after reviewing some x-rays that I didn't warrant the medication that was taking for 7 years. I gave Epic pain access to the documentation from my prior doctor that covered 7 years of pain coverage for a staph infection that destroyed me in 2 years. 9 times in surgery and 12 times in the hospital/ E.R. These people have no right having a license to practice medicine. Due to these idiots, I tried Kratom for the pain and it almost killed me. read more

He wouldn't listen to you. Doesn't return calls. Rude!! Horrible manners. Gave an ultimatum : "NO INJECTIONS - NO PAIN MEDICATIONS!!" No matter how many times you said that many different injections by few different doctors in NY and NJ didn't help the horrible spine pain. This doctor does not seem to know how to read MRI film and simply relies on reports. EMG's are not done correctly (has some other guy go through the process in less than 5 minutes IN THE SITTING POSITION and then he just comes in and inserts needles and relies on the PA's interpretation as the result which in my case was wrong every time. He agrees to take whatever your insurance pays to which you have to constantly endorse checks over to him. He doesn't keep track of what you give him and as the other Reviewer stated: He just wants to schedule you for another injection literally every two weeks! I terminated this doctor for these reasons as well as misdiagnosis and shady billing practices that violate State and Federal law a year ago. He has now sent me adjusted bills that will have to be taken to court. I also will be reporting him to the NJ Medical Board. His staff consists of people that field calls from their homes. They always just forward the call to him and he quickly brushes you off especially when it involves unethical billing practices. read more

I first saw Dr. Goswami as a last resort in 2016. All of my prior medical and surgical physicians had explained that after numerous cortisone injections, and subsequent x-rays, I was a candidate for a bilateral total shoulder replacement and continued physical therapy. I sought a second opinion and met Dr. Goswami. He determined that the issue was my spine and not my shoulder. The nerves in my spine were compromising my ability to function. Goswani has since then begun a course of radio frequency and PRP treatments in my shoulders and lower back. Personally, he is a perfectionist but nevertheless maintains a calming bedside manner. On the administrative side of things, I never have to wait for my appointment. He actually answers his own phone and calls you back, which is unheard of these days. His brother works with him doing anesthesia and is also excellent. I highly recommend them both. I wouldn't trust just anyone with a needle aimed at my spine but in Dr. Goswami I found an amazing doctor who has improved my lifestyle and reduced the chronic pain. read more

Truly amazing! I have had back problems for many years, and have gone to multiple pain management places that just kept throwing pain med's at me, never really solving the problem, and never listening to me when I said that I don't want to be doped up on pain meds. After 4 weeks Dr. Goswami had me feeling 100% better and no need for pain meds anymore! I could not be any happier! I had the radio frequency abation process done, and I highly reccomend Dr. Goswami and this procedure. 12 years of back pain and in one session... no more pain. Thank God for Dr. Goswami Anyone with back problems please do yourself a favor and see Dr Goswami. I swear by his work and his caring attitude, 12 years of back pain and in one session he blocked the pain signal from my spine to my brain and no more pain. The whole process is 4 parts: first he uses a drug or something to temporarily block the nerves, then in 2 weeks he does it again, then in a week he uses radio frequency to disconnect the nerves on one side and next week he will do the other. The procedures take less then an hour and you literally want to do back flips when you step off the table, it is that quick and painless. I can't say enough about him he is a lifesaver. I fell at work in 2007 ... they did surgery that hurt like the devil and in a month I was back in the same pain as the day I fell.
