I was also experiencing other issues and NP Fuentes had expansive knowledge and showed great care to make sure that all my questions were answered. I don't remember too many medical professionals that I have seen, showing genuine concern for their patience, and not treating me for 5 minutes and let me out the door. I've been a patient of his since I was in high school, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that he is one of the most exceptional people I've ever met. Finding a doctor you can be completely, 100% open with is rare. Dr. Festa has this incredible ability to be a supportive, caring friend while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. I feel comfortable enough to talk to him about absolutely anything, and I know I will be met with zero judgment. He is a safe space, and in the medical world, that is priceless. I trust him with my life. His level of knowledge is astounding. I am constantly amazed at how educated he is. There has never been a single topic, concern, or question I've brought to him that he didn't have extensive, thorough knowledge on. He is meticulous and thorough in everything he does, ensuring no stone is left unturned. But the real reason I am writing this review goes deeper. A little over two years ago, my life was in shambles. I was struggling with a history of substance abuse and felt like I was at rock bottom. I went back to Dr. Festa, and he has been an unwavering pillar in my life ever since. He didn't just treat my physical health; he supported my entire well-being. He has helped guide me to a place I truly never thought I would see. Today, I am happy, I am sober, and I am actively meeting goals that once seemed impossible. On top of the outstanding care, the entire practice is a dream to work with. The office is beautiful and always perfectly clean. The front desk workers are phenomenal--they are always on top of whatever I need, from prescriptions to scheduling. Speaking of which, I have never had an issue getting an appointment; Dr. Festa always has availability. And so never have to wait more than 10-15 minutes max! I've also never had a problem with my insurance, as they take many different providers. I am so profoundly grateful for Dr. Festa. I actually look forward to my monthly appointments. He is the gold standard for what a Primary Care Physician should be. I recommend him and his practice to everyone and anyone in search of a PCP or one of the many other specialties he offers.

I can't find any pros for this hospital. They overwork and abuse residents, using them for…read moreexcessive labor. They also diverted the funds of a resigned resident towards a fellowship, engaging in a lot of fraud and scams. The program hired the chief resident as a teaching academic attending, simultaneously holding the chief resident position (PGY4), which is illegal. There are numerous thefts, suspicious activities, and fake performances. The few residents who perform well are either regulated unfairly or fired. The program operates in a very underserved and unfortunate area, with no audits or oversight. This place needs to be audited by health authorities, Medicaid, and Medicare for theft and fraud. Additionally, the ACGME should intervene and shut down this residency program due to its numerous violations and unethical practices.

The office was small but that didn't bother me. What bothered me was that the doctor looked absolutely disheveled and had HOLES in his shoes and pants.......Friendliness was present but his professionalism was a 0. Should never judge anyone by their looks but I was so confused. Alright fine, let's just get past this level of disheveled appearance. I just needed something to make me feel better, antibiotics perhaps. Doctor kept going in and out of the room. Asked me a ton of questions. Prescribed me cough medicine...not even what I came for.
