As she was hurting me. 5 - She pushed me to get bloodwork only to wait an extra 10 mins.. I didn't stay because I needed to go to work. 6 - My Pap came abnormal... the receptionist called me only to tell me that I needed to make an appointment with the doctor for the results. I shared that I had a horrible experience with there and wouldn't go back. SHE REFUSED TO SEND ME THE RESULTS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. 7 - They input my information wrong in the system so Labcorp didn't have my results in the portal. I was on the phone for an hour as they were looking for my result and I finally got them. Dr. Darvish was highly recommended but unfortunately I will never refer any one to them or go back. Her bedside manner was excellent. She replies right away on her email and on her portal. It's just amazing how she can do all that on her crazy schedule.
