I've never been to this office as I'm always flip flopping with gynos because of poor experiences with customer service, comfortableness, feeling rushed, feeling pressured to go on birth control or to get the Guardsil shot. HOWEVER, with this place, this was not the case at all! From the beginning to end, I was more than satisfied with my experience. The appointment was easy, parking was great, the check in was quick and everyone was pleasant to speak to. I literally waited in the waiting room for MAYBE 3 minutes and was taken earlier than my appointment! I was thrilled. Emily was sooo sweet and took the time to figure out what was going and was very determined to find a solution! I loved that. She was very understanding, took the time to speak with me and hear me probably ramble on, but she did not rush the visit at all. She made me feel very comfortable, too. I am so grateful that I was recommended to Emily because I will not be going anywhere else!! I highly recommend Emily 110%!!! Even after my appointment I had a question and she followed up so quick! I was more than grateful and I felt like a priority. I will be referring Emily and your office to everyone I know! I've never had a guarantor in my life, and I feel like my privacy has been violated as I didn't consent to my bills being sent to him. I caution anyone who wants to make an appointment. They have a new system that seems to be a nightmare for all staff as my bill he received wasn't showing on their end anyway (makes this HIPAA violation even more disturbing since I wasn't supposed to receive a bill - all my services were paid for by insurance and this wasn't an EOB).

I explained I couldn't get there that early . They said there was nothing they could do because they would not pay for the people to be in the office waiting for me. I mainly saw Dr John for my prenatal visits and he was wonderful. One of the friendliest doctors I've ever had. Dr Joe was on call when I went into labor and delivered our son Aries. He along with the nurses in the delivery room with us were nothing short of amazing!! I had my first all natural delivery after having three with horrid experiences with epidurals. Once I called the office and told them what was happening with me they got me in within 24 hours, keep in mind this is a doctor who didn't even know me but stayed late for me. She was patient, kind and explained every possible illness it could be and she put me at ease about it all. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful as well. Dr. De Noble was smiley and efficient, listened attentively, gave me information and scripts easily enough. And the office process was solid. Hard to find a female gyno with her reputation so I was happy. they are not a fully automated office, so nurses write things down and scripts are not emailed to the pharmacy, so you have to take a written script with you.
