Both Doctors have great bedside manner & always answer all my questions with ease. They have taken care of & delivered both of my children and I love the attentiveness I receive when I'm there. Both Jocelyn & Paola are such sweethearts, every time I come in they ask about how the family is doing which makes me feel special enough that they remember certain things we speak about during previous appointments. Its nice to come to an office that makes you feel like you are a part of their family. Deff would recommend this office to everyone.....I already do!

I wish I would've read the negative review before coming to this practice because everything they…read moresay is true: 1 - waited over an hour in their Paramus location to be seen by the doctor even after telling them I was on a time frame due to work. 2- I made an appointment with the male Dr and was told I didn't get to choose. 3 - Once I was in the room, the nurse questioned why I was interested in family planning without being married 4- Dr. Ephrem rushed through my entire visit and made me get a Paps smear because it was the first there... she was extremely rough and went as far as telling me that PAPs shouldn't hurt.... As she was hurting me. 5 - She pushed me to get bloodwork only to wait an extra 10 mins.. I didn't stay because I needed to go to work. 6 - My Pap came abnormal... the receptionist called me only to tell me that I needed to make an appointment with the doctor for the results. I shared that I had a horrible experience with there and wouldn't go back. SHE REFUSED TO SEND ME THE RESULTS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. 7 - They input my information wrong in the system so Labcorp didn't have my results in the portal. I was on the phone for an hour as they were looking for my result and I finally got them. Dr. Darvish was highly recommended but unfortunately I will never refer any one to them or go back. Extremely unprofessional

I felt immediately like this was the place for me and I was right! When meeting with Dr. Pavel she was personable, funny, and she honestly cared about why I was there to see her. She wanted to get to know me as a patient and wanted to find out how she could best help me. I've never had a personalized service from ANY doctor aside from my Primary like I did from Dr. Pavel. I am very happy with her and will continue to return to her office as a patient time and again.

Her bedside manner was excellent. She replies right away on her email and on her portal. It's just amazing how she can do all that on her crazy schedule. Her entire staff are all very friendly like her and incredibly professionals. Now that I'm expecting another one I'm glad and fortunate to have them.
