I've never been to this office as I'm always flip flopping with gynos because of poor experiences with customer service, comfortableness, feeling rushed, feeling pressured to go on birth control or to get the Guardsil shot. HOWEVER, with this place, this was not the case at all! From the beginning to end, I was more than satisfied with my experience. The appointment was easy, parking was great, the check in was quick and everyone was pleasant to speak to. I literally waited in the waiting room for MAYBE 3 minutes and was taken earlier than my appointment! I was thrilled. Emily was sooo sweet and took the time to figure out what was going and was very determined to find a solution! I loved that. She was very understanding, took the time to speak with me and hear me probably ramble on, but she did not rush the visit at all. She made me feel very comfortable, too. I am so grateful that I was recommended to Emily because I will not be going anywhere else!! I highly recommend Emily 110%!!! Even after my appointment I had a question and she followed up so quick! I was more than grateful and I felt like a priority. I will be referring Emily and your office to everyone I know! I've never had a guarantor in my life, and I feel like my privacy has been violated as I didn't consent to my bills being sent to him. I caution anyone who wants to make an appointment. They have a new system that seems to be a nightmare for all staff as my bill he received wasn't showing on their end anyway (makes this HIPAA violation even more disturbing since I wasn't supposed to receive a bill - all my services were paid for by insurance and this wasn't an EOB).

Luckily the REAL OBGYN was able to diagnosed me properly. One thing to mention is when I was getting looked at, I specifically asked for an OB/GYN and they insisted on giving me a midwife who has no knowledge of that, of an OB/GYN. I thought I was initially going to see a professional OB/GYN, and when I told them I didn't have insurance all of a sudden she was unavailable!

On my 8 th call to the office over several days, one person told me there was a patient portal I could go to to get my results. The metal speculum hurts insanely for people not used to things inside them. At my previous OBGYN, she used a lidocaine gel to help with sensitivity on the cervix. They only had a spray which is effective for less time and they didn't want to use it when my IUD was removed, only for the re-insertion. I think the staff was nice and caring, but it's honestly disappoint that lidocaine gel isn't the standard and all we're supposed to take is pain relievers for having a rod shoved up our cervix!
