Recommended by my boss at the time, Dave was great. Good guy, always helpful and honest about what would need to be done and how much it would cost. Entrusting his word on why a vehicle was purchased to begin with. vehicle was purchased asked is she all set , was told all good. Asked for Carfax even. Now the issue that has been complained about from time of purchase has not been fixed. Mind you months have gone by but vehicle hadn't been driven steadily due to emergencies finally get it to shop after driving her as initially had been directed by mechanic , first approach was what's wrong with it , I stated that light was still on and ,she sounded crazy , mechanic replied his mother has lights on her vehicle , I further tried to explain mind you I have issues with my voice box so I do have issues with speaking well as trying to explain what's wrong the motor sounds crazy with a knock and the light on the dash(tire pressure). I'm trying to explain yes the tire pressure light is on but when I take it on highway tire light flashes , then stays solid then shimming starts (speed around 58) mind you I have taken pictures and I believe even video displaying what I'm trying to say...,I'm sternly told this has nothing to do with that , I said look I'm trying to explain what I'm experiencing, **I didn't know what to do his eyes fluttered and actually scared me ** Kept saying has nothing to do with that I said Ok I was shown a box of pieces I can't remember the name but tells me they go so quickly he gets them used at junk yard. Trying to continue to speak the issues in extreme heat with my health issues no good...continuing I smile jokingly stated well "as momma said, if I have to take it elsewhere I'm sending you the bill" I laugh, he said what your not gonna threaten me get the "f" outta here , mind you mother sitting in car hearing this in disbelief... he starts arguing with me , you've had the car for 7 months I try and yell my point I'm not in best health he says " I didn't tell you to be so sickly" you know what get the fuck outta here blah blah blah yes I did try and yell back, as he says in other reviews he has video and sound , I wouldn't mind seeing it explaining my body language at least, or anything I was able to say , cause my voice was sure half absent. I feel very offended, have been nervous since this episode... His business practices with women, getting that upset vulgar, are not good for disabled women ,people in general. My car was never fixed from time of purchase, and the nastiness he spewed to a friend trying to even get the part name , so I could go through someone else knowing the part is I can't.
