Reynolds will not fix the problem or give me a refund. Reynolds charged me $380. for his employee Clayton to flood my walls and steps beneath my shower. Reynold and his employees are malfeasant con artists who do terrible work for high prices who do not guarantee their work. Moreover, the shower valve leaks as it did before the installation and now my shower is only cold, not hot. I lost $380. when I hired Reynolds and my shower is worse than it was before his employee came here. I do not recommend them.

To hear the options and them explain that they can do either but wanted us to understand that it eventually would be best to replace and it's not much of a price difference to replace it versus repairing it. Overall, this plumber went above and beyond and came the next day. They gave notice before they arrived as i had requested. They were professional and respectful. Their prices were reasonable and fair and their work was more than sufficient. If you need a plumber, I recommend Green River Plumbing. Get your pipes fixed right at a good price. And never forget, every company is always learning. This company is not afraid to learn. As a customer and new business owner, i was able to assist them to send me their first invoice using Square. That made the experience memorable for me especially to be able to help them finish their job and for me to pay them. Also, they cleaned up after each job before starting the next area of concern.

I wondered why I saw people begging for suggestions on Facebook for electricians and plumbers, YOU CANNOT GET THEM TO CALL YOU BACK. It was so frustrating. Well we were a little wary when someone did call back...what's wrong. Nothing was wrong they were GREAT. Most electricians don't do residential but thank God they did. They came and finished the job in one morning. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.
