If the phone creates one, it's not going to tell you what it is.

I found this little computer shop in my home town that was amazing. Its a one person operation and the guy is actually certified! After talking to my partner about wedding invitations we decided to stop in at CopyCat to look at…read morewhat options they had available. When I walked into the store I asked one of the employees for what items they had and he seemed a bit confused. His co-worker pointed me towards the books they have for invitation templates and I spend some time looking through the items. While looking at what they had for invitations I quickly realized that the prices were high and that I could probably get better options online for cheaper. Since that was the case I ask the employee if I could bring in my own stock and have them printed on it. This was an option and he politely gave me the business card to call about further questions. In the end I didn't print anything but was able to ask them a few different questions. The staff seems nice enough but it would have been more pleasant if I had received a little bit more support around questions. Even though that was the case, I know that what I was asking of them probably isn't typical day-to-day questions so I appreciate the time they took to support me.
