They gave me the option of waiting to take delivery when it was fixed, or drive it in the meantime. I took the truck with me til the part arrived. Upon returning to get the sensor replaced, the mechanics did a full review of the truck and found a leaking hose, which they replaced. A few weeks later, the truck threw an evap code. I called and let them know, they had me bring it in and fixed the problem free of charge, and also installed the nerf bars I had bought and planned to install myself. With the age of the vehicle ('06), the sale was technically an as-is purchase. The fact that they made those initial repairs without charging me anything, AND added those bars without so much as a labor fee, really tells me they are willing to go above and beyond. Would gladly buy another vehicle here if I hadn't moved out of state last month.

I just got back in my aunts car and drove off.

Gerry took a look at it, pronounced it not a big deal and said he could easily fix it. I made an appointment and showed up first thing in the morning. When Ed (Gerry's brother) arrived, he examined it and told me he could fix it in five minutes. I think it took him three. And he did a beautiful job - scratch disappeared, looks like new again. The price? Well, I think it comes out to a lunch for Ed. Now, ours was really a minor job, but the professionalism of Gerry and Ed was so evident. They know their stuff and they are friendly and efficient in their work. If we needed serious body repair we would come here, and we would recommend them over anyone else we know of in this area. It's fun to write about good folks doing good work - thanks, fellas.

He really worked with me to fit the repair into my budget and I could NOT be more pleased with the results! Not only did they do a beautiful job painting my car, fixing a fender and cutting out and replacing a piece of my rear fender that was rusting, but they also fixed my headlights that had become foggy over time. I didn't even ask for that! They just cared enough to make the repair so I'd be safer out on the road. I'm VERY pleased with their work and DEFINITELY recommend them. Thanks, Gerry!

In-person negotiation and sale were pleasantly personable without the typical pressure and B.S.. Salesman Jessie Santiago tolerated my fussiness and ensured my satisfaction during and following the sale. My one visit to their service department was also a positive experience. I highly recommend Sullivan Honda.

I knew what I wanted and had done enough research and been to enough Honda dealers to move quickly assuming we could get to a reasonable price on the new car and on my trade. Mine was an unconventional deal in that I was mostly dealing with the sales manager rather than a regular salesperson because they were all busy. But honestly that worked better for me because I was already past that and just looking to complete the deal. After some haggling and negotiation we got to a reasonable deal and I walked out with my new car. So I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price. I like the car so overall I would consider myself a reasonably happy customer. The reviews on Sullivan Honda seem to be generally favorable so I guess I'm not the only one. So I guess it f you need a Honda you could do a lot worse than Sullivan!

We pulled of the highway and asked our phone for tire stores in the area, Toce Bros popped up. We called and Karen assured us that Toce was one exit away and that the store would be open for another 1.5 hours. When we arrived, we placed the car (and ourselves) in Toce's capable hands. Stephan explained and showed us the nail in the side of the tire which was unpatchable. He said Toce could get a replacement by Tuesday. We all knew that wouldn't work. So while Stephan and Karen searched the garage for a used tire and found a good one to get us going, Janice called tire stores in the Pittsfield area, found one that could order the replacement and have it by Tuesday, and gave us the contact info. And we were on our way! We were so incredibly grateful to the three members of the Toce Team - Janice, Stephan and Karen - for taking care of us in both the business sense and emotionally.
