It's a very thin SS prop, and this couldn't have been easy. But these guys know they're doing! Due to the fall, one of the blades got bent. They fixed the blade, checked the pitch, balanced my prop and then polished it. And their prices are very reasonable. This place has new owners. I think they've been there ~1 year. A couple of young guys, with fantastic attitudes, and very customer friendly. They both have lots of experience working on props. So, I'd recommend just paying attention to reviews for the last year or so. I'd HIGHLY recommend them. I think you'll agree if you visit them with any prop issues...

I had to swap out the battery on my wife's Toyota Camry over the weekend and had an extremely…read moredifficult time as I lacked a rachet set at home. While most cars, including my Lexus, has bolts that are easily removed with simply a wrench, Toyota decided they needed to put two different sized bolts to secure the battery in place (a 10mm for the terminal, and a 12mm for the battery frame). And to top it off, the battery frame does not have crossbars that are easily accessible. Instead, you have to finagle a socket extender in between an incredibly small, tight space that only a small child's hand would ever be able to wiggle through. Needless to say, without the proper tools, I could not do this job myself. I called AutoZone and asked if they would be able to assist me despite the fact that I purchased the battery elsewhere, and the person on the phone stated that it would not be a problem. Although this turned out to NOT be the case per their policy when I arrived, Douglas still volunteered to replace the battery for me when I discovered their tools that they lend to customers lacked a socket extender of the proper size. Although the total job took about 20mins due to the poor design employed by Toyota engineers, Douglas still generously assisted with this replacement without any complaints. I really appreciate this outstanding level of service and will definitely go out of my way to this AutoZone for all my auto parts needs!

My partner had an extremely negative experience today while out on the charter boat. Apparently Zack was hyper focused on them almost the entire time, moving their equipment around without asking, hovering over them, ordering them around, and even openly made fun of my partner for the noises he made while using the bathroom! This was obviously targeted as my partner had observed over the trip that no one else on the boat was being treated this way. A different crew member had actually noticed this as well and agreed with my partner about Zack's behavior. To me this is insanely unacceptable to have someone like this on a boat crew that hosts people. My partner was super excited for this trip, he spent a lot of money for him and his friends to go and put in a lot of effort to make the trip happen. It's not often he does stuff for himself and he was really looking forward to it. After he came home he was just about in tears talking about it. It really hurts to see someone you care about look so crushed. My partner is a kind, friendly, and respectful person and did not do anything to deserve this kind of treatment. I'm really disappointed and angry for him and his experience. Aside from that - his experience with the rest of the crew and Captain J was great. Thank you Captain J for hearing him out afterward. I strongly recommend getting rid of this guy before he messes things up for your business and continues to hurt people. It's complete BS for this kind of thing to happen to not just a respectful paying customer but someone who didn't do anything but be black. Come on.
