We've been doing business with Berry Lumber for upwards of 5 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! Their customer service is impeccable and the selection is of highest quality! Pricing is very reasonable, as well. What's an added plus is the fact that they deliver "up the hill". I'm curious as to with whom Bryan H. dealt with because it just doesn't seem plausible.

Picked up lumber, happy with quality, plan on coming back. Easy to order and fast service.

Cheaper than home depot or lowes . They also have hard to find sizes for lumber. Highly recommended

I have rental property. One window glass was cracked. I was going to change the whole window…read more Called couple of places, Mark came and checked, saying he would only replace the glass. He gave me very fair price. Done an excellent job. Very professional and kind person. Highly recommended!

**BUYERS BEWARE - DO NOT HIRE**…read more I hired Martinelli's Home Improvement & Supply to install windows and two sliding doors. Unfortunately, the workmanship was terrible, and dealing with Mr. Martinelli to address the issues was a complete nightmare. The sliding doors were ordered in the wrong size and both leaked. Despite numerous calls over two months, he only came to my property after relentless follow-ups. When he finally arrived, his "solution" was to apply multiple tubes of caulking. He even had the audacity to say, "You're lucky I even came to try and fix the windows." Mr. Martinelli refused to take responsibility for the faulty installation and made countless excuses. At one point, he suggested that I repaint my house to stop the windows from leaking! Left with no other option, I had to involve the Contractors Board to address his refusal to make things right. Here is the findings by the CSLB Expert: 1. Item of complaint: I am combing all 3original complaints: The upstairs sliding door is leaking, the room below the upstairs sliding door has water damage due to leaking, the downstairs sliding door is leaking 2. My observations: Photo la shows a second story sliding patio door, 1b shows the large, ugly caulk joint at the perimeter of that door, lc-f shows water damage due to the doors installation, lg is a window below the second story slider which also showed interior water damage, lh is the other slider installed on the first floor below a deck above, li, j, m are some of the interior damage around this door and lk is another example of heavy handed caulking around the door perimeter in an attempt to prevent water intrusion. These doors are aluminum retrofit window/doors made by Anlin Corp. They have a large exterior flange that can be cut back to fit a range of previous window/door perimeters. Anlin's installation instructions are in accordance with all industry methods of door installation, particularly flashing requirements. The water intrusion seen here is clearly a result of improper door and window flashing, particularly along the top jamb. It is apparent the contractor relied on a gob of caulk behind the flanges and around those flanges' exterior perimeter. Those exterior caulking attempts could not begin to waterproof the doors and they are aesthetically unacceptable to any window replacement. Both doors and a window showed water intrusion resulting in staining and swelling of interior trim. Caulk joints have opened up inside because of water intrusion. The unacceptable application of caulking is clearly demonstrated in photo le where the contractor found it acceptable to leave a large gob of caulk under the door and onto the decking. The original door that was replaced under the roof/deck did not experience any water intrusion according to the owner but the new one does. This eliminates the flashing and integration of the overhead deck as a culprit. The only thing saving other windows from leaking if they are installed in the same manner is that they are tucked under the eaves of the house and not on a tall 2-story exposed wall. I recommend water testing a couple of these other windows. 3. Complaint item conforms to plans and specifications: NIA x Yes No 4. Complaint item meets accepted trade standards: Yes No x 5. Industry standard: All wall penetrations (doors and windows) require that they be flashed so that flashing attached and surrounding those windows/doors be interleaved under the existing wall WRB Needless to say, I was awarded my money back. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!!!!!
