We have developed a close relationship with the Pharmacy Staff over the years. They are like family. They are kind, respectful, knowledgeable, intelligent, smart, personable, and accommodating to each customer. They go the extra mile to ensure that each prescription is filled correctly and in a timely manner. For that, we are grateful. They are gentle and informative when administering all injections during flu season. They check to make sure the customer is not having a reaction before leaving the pharmacy. The Pharmacy Staff are the BEST in the Metroplex in our opinion. Ken and Shirley Mesquite, Texas

I have never seen a pharmacist go above and beyond for his patients like the pharmacist at Sunnyvale Pharmacy. Twice, I have tried to have a script filled at the Tom Thumb pharmacy by my house, and even though I have been getting the same prescription every month for years, they'll tell me that they have to order it and it'll be a week before it comes in. None of the other pharmacies close to me have it in stock, but when I contacted Sunnyvale Pharmacy, they had it in stock both times!

I have used to Sunnyvale Pharmacy for several years after switching from Walmart and CVS nearby…read more It's a totally different experience than the "Mc Pharmacies" where I am just another order in a bin. I still go to Walmart for vaccinations, they do that well though the wait is pretty long. CVS in Sunnyvale is the worst for everything. The communication and accuracy there is not good. The friendly pharmacist at Sunnyvale Pharmacy answers my questions, finds the best price for my prescription with my two insurances and fills my order promptly. I like the independent business atmosphere where I actually get to speak to the pharmacist instead of a succession of rotating staff with a lot of customers bustling around. I highly recommend Sunnyvale Pharmacy!

No apologizes, no nothing. I'm highly disappointed

This compounded medication is specifically formulated for the management of Meniere's Disease. It has helped her so much. After a full year of intermittent and unpredictable attacks of full-blown tinnitus, nausea, vomiting, visual disturbances, recurrent bouts of balance/coordination, and a thyroid goiter removal surgery on August 7th, 2025, she is doing well. The ability to ship to your home address is convenient. I am particularly impressed by my most recent telephone call and experience with Melanie. Mom and I are going to be traveling out of the country and she will run out of Betahistidine in Mid-July, so I wanted to make sure she had enough medication until we return home. Melanie patiently answered my questions over the phone about my Mom's prescription, explained the various shipping options, and waited until the transaction for the refill went through. I always choose 2-Day Fed Ex and the medication should be arriving by tomorrow by the end of the day. I will continue to have my Mother's prescriptions filled here as long as she is seeing her current Healthcare Provider.
