I was saddened when this location changed from a 24 hour location to closing at 10. There is not a close 24 hour pharmacy around us any longer. This lowers their rating by a star. If the hours go back to 24 hours, they regain that 5th star! The staff here, for the most part, are friendly and helpful, and you can guarantee that if you find someone who is not, they will be the next time you see them, or they'll no longer be working there. I was mostly impressed on my last visit. I was trying to get my daughter's much needed Glaucoma drops refilled and the Pharmacist asked which one. Now, I was not very shocked by this, but was in her explanation as to why. It was NOT because her dose had recently changed to a higher dose, but because it had been reduced for about 6 weeks and then increased again. WOW!!! That explained a lot! She was having pressure spikes, and this Pharmacist just figured out what the doctors had not been able to in 2 months time! We shop here quite a bit for inexpensive gifts. When they have a sale, it is huge! They also have the ExtraCare card program that gives you $$ back quarterly. Yes, this is a corporate plan, but with the in store only sales and other discounts with the ExtraCare card (plus it is literally behind my house), this location saves us money, and we know they really care. The "manager" on duty the evening of Saturday, July 25 is clearly the village idiot. Tried to print a photo for a client/work project and he deemed it innappropriate, even though it was an homage to a historic ad campaign, and refused to give it to me. When I asked him to explain, he said there is no written policy but that he unilaterally made the decision "because children work at CVS," which I am sure the U.S. Department of Labor would find interesting. read more

I purchased two posters and they weren't ready the same day. I came back 5 days later and they're still not done. Here I am 7 days later and I have to sit and wait for them to be printed. We'll guess what, they printed them backwards. The gloss is on the backside instead of the photo. They were having a hard time figuring it out so I paid for the backwards photos. I switched over to this CVS location from Walgreens because the pharmacy is really helpful and they help you get issues resolved without rushing to get off of the phone with you! I drive an extra 5 minutes to come to this location versus going to Walgreens and I have no regrets. read more

The pharmacy staff needs to take diversity training asap. My husbands name is Stacey and both the Pharmacy Tech and the Pharmacist, who should both be professional, especially the pharmacist, made rude and demeaning comments about his name. The pharmacy is incredibly incompetent and lacks basic customer service. There was no communication about the drive-thru being out of service, causing unnecessary delays. Employees should be properly trained on communication and issues that can be resolved with basic common sense, to provide a better experience for customers. Placing cones at the drive thru, so you will not have cars waiting in line or even place a sign on the window that reads " Drive-thru services are not available, Please come inside the store". read more

Worst pharmacy. They never have your prescription ready, doesn't matter if they receive it hours earlier in the day.

They cannot keep track of prescriptions. They are always wrong. And they are terribly slow and rude

This is my go to pharmacy. It is a nice clean store and the staff are generally very helpful. One big plus is that if they tell you it will be done in 30 minutes-it's ready in 30 minutes. That kind of reliability is a big plus in my book! They have only rarely not had what I need and can usually get it the next day if necessary. They are very good about calling a drs office if there is any misunderstanding. I haven't really ever had any [problems with this location-a rarity in this age. This is the most unorganized pharmacy I've ever used. I wish I hadn't dropped my prescription off here. After dropping it off, I came back to get it about an hour later only to be told is WASNT ready and the pharmacists in the window are running around and looking beyond confused. I LOVE, LOVE, ABSOLUTELY LOVE this CVS. The entire staff is friendly super helpful. Everyone is always willing to go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. The pharmacy dept is quick and very knowledgeable. Each time i drop off a script, it's ready exactly when promised. They even send me a text, so. I know it's ready for pick up. I have 2 small complaints. One i wish they were open later. I was sad when they stopped being a 24 hour store, and now close at 10 pm. Second, not really a complaint, it's really just a personal problem. I love the extra bucks they reward you with, for buying everyday products. My problem, i can never stop spending money here, i think im here almost everyday! Huge props to our neighborhood CVS. read more

Once again not even 2 weeks later same pharmacy, only because I have to use cvs because of insurance, and it happens AGAIN!!!! They have lost a prescription that was called in by a doctors office. I have always had a very experience at this location, until today. The young lady working the drive thru acted like i was interrupting her day, as she seemed to have preferred to be somewhere else, and then seemed to be annoyed that I asked a question about the significant increase in my monthly script. I was finally handed my script and she rudely said "have a nice day, as she slammed the drive thru window shut! The customer service at the pharmacy used to be much better. I have been a loyal CVS customer for years. I also have a chronic painful condition and require controlled substances. I'm so sick and tired of these pharmacists giving me drama about it. Today I was told I was too early. It's December 2 and I'm up for a refill on December 4. I come a couple days early to give them time to order it like they ASKED me to. To make matters worse the pharmacist claims I have to wait until December 11. I have a bottle that shows its up on the 4th. Would love to go to Walgreens but insurance won't allow it. If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would I waited 30mins on the phone no answer waited 1 hour in line to still be behind 6 cars and then I come back today to be told the meds would be another 30 mins when I asked for corporates number which I've been on hold with now for 20mins I was told that's fine tell them we need more staff and there are clearly 4 people I use Walgreens on my meds and they only have 2 people and I never have this problem someone hellllppppppp this store !!!!! read more

I went to my regular pharmacy 30 minutes before closing time at 9pm and was told my new urgent prescriptions would not be filled until the next afternoon. So on a whim I came to this CVS drive thru which also closes at 9pm...they filled my three prescriptions no problem ten minutes till closing time! With a smile and excellent customer service. I'll be switching all my scripts to this pharmacy. read more

I git a call saying my prescriptions were ready for pick up, then I waited in the pickup line for 10 minutes, was told to go to the consultation window where I waited another 5. Then I was told that the drop off window would help me, where there had been no wait the whole time. I get everything sorted out, and my prescriptions still haven't been filled.... I've been using the pharmacy here for four years and was typically satisfied. The past few months the service at the pharmacy has dropped incredibly. There has been an at least one error every single time I'm there. Hoping things bounce back soon. read more

I do not understand how any business that has auto refill for something as benign as blood pressure meds does not anticipate/project there will be upcoming supply need. I have experienced (for the last time) their lack of basic medication supplies. If the consumer cannot get served with anything other than embarrassed staff then there is a larger problem. I gave them five days to "restock" on the latest version of the past four monthly visits resulting in out of stock concerns only to be told Lisinopril again is still out of stock & better yet my rx was transferred.
