This is my go-to place for snacks and my meds. You will usually see me tooling around at about 5am looking for snacks and something to drink to take to work to make the day more bearable....lol I have never had an issue here as the customer service at the front of the store is always top notch. Since I am regular here, I am familiar with practically everyone that works here, at least those the work the early morning shift. In regards to the pharmacy, I just had a refill about 3 weeks ago and the process was quick and service friendly. No complaints here! read more

What a horrible pharmacy! Wow! You can send them a message and they just mark it complete with absolutely no communication. It really shows how unethical and uncaring the staff are at this pharmacy. Not being attentive for a child's medication is absolutely unacceptable. They are rude here and take their sweet time, even for orders marked complete or using the quick scan. You can try to make their job easier and they just laze around even more. Shame on the store manager for allowing this type of behavior. I want the public to be made aware of this catastrophic pharmacy and how it is ran. To the staff, please find another career path that does not work with patients and their health! Your behavior is disheartening and I'm sure this is not the standard of the company. After this transaction, I will never stop here again. This goes for every CVS out there : if my doctor sends in a prescription, your website and POS app don't note ANYTHING is available for pickup, then why the hell, when I FINALLY get through the horseshit automated phone system to a person, am I told that my prescription is, yep, already filled and ready for pickup. I booked a 3:00 appointment for me and my husband to go in and get MMR boosters today. I'm a nurse, and I've only ever had 1 of the MMR vaccines because of my age and what was required when I was a child, and my husband the same, so I thought it would be a good idea to get a booster. We arrive and are told there are only 2 more doses available. I was going to get mine, but the pharmacist tells the pharmacy asst. that someone else has a ln appt. later, and "since we didn't have a doctor's order" my husband couldn't get his. My insurance was going to pay, and we are going to pay out-of-pocket for my husband. I go to wait for my vaccination, and my husband agrees not to get his (even though his appointment was before whoever this other person was) and we wait. Around 3:25 the pharmacist brings a sharps container over to the vaccination room, asks if I'm the one getting a "shot", and tells me not to come in yet. He walks back to behind the pharmacy desk. We wait some more. Around 3:40 we see that same pharmacist walk out, walk past us and go select some cookies from an end cap in the store, for a nice little snack, I left without getting mg vaccination. At 4:11 he calls me to see if I'm still wanting to get vaccinated. After I'd left the store 20 minutes before. As a fellow healthcare professional, that level of unprofessionalism and lack of care is mind boggling to me! read more

Ran by to grab a prescription & thought it would be an easy process. Pharmacy staff is friendly but do not use the drive through to drop off or pick up. I sat in line for 45 mins not knowing what the issue was. They are doing Covid testing & that's the reason it takes so long. Had I known....didn't see a sign or I'd of gone inside. read more

Literally refused to give me a prescription. They have been allowing the use of the second drive thru lane to pick up prescriptions because Covid tests were clogging up the main lane. Going into that lane, we were told we could not receive our prescription even though the main lane was empty by the time they waited on us. Last time we were there we are told a prescription did not exist even though it had been called in for refill. And we only go to cvs because our insurance requires it. read more

This Us the WORST pharmacy in Mesquite. They never answer the phone. They never face anything in stock. Today my wife was in agonizing pain. The doctor called in medication before noon. About 3pm I started calling to check on the order. No one ever answered after 45 minutes on hold. I called the front counter. " The manager is meeting with the pharmacy staff. I will ring you through and ask them to answer." After being put on hold for several minutes more the phone went dead. No hold music, nothing but static. I decided to drive to the pharmacy later in the afternoon. There was cardboard over the drive-through window and I sign that said they closed at 2 PM. I have had prescriptions filled at this pharmacy for many many years, with this same type of service. That's why I changed to Sam's Club. read more

I need to have my prescription delivered to my home. In order to do that you require I respond to a text. However the phone number I have on my account is a landline which does not accept text. When I went to my account on your website to change to a smartphone number that accepts text, here is the message I get from CVS: "Sorry, we're having trouble displaying the information. Please try again later." That message has been there for OVER five weeks. What does "..try again later" mean to CVS? In addition CVS website does not display any vehicle for "help" or a telephone number for customer service. Meaning: CVS care nothing about customer service. When your child is in pain from root canals and there meds are promised by 7 @5 then the med should be ready... upon calling to make sure before I pop up and there not ready that they are, I am then told oh yes we have two proscriptions I can have them ready in an hrAN HOUR LONGER.....Root canal done @5 but he won't get pain med till 8 or later cause you know it might be another hour smdh that's the end of there not so great business for meh read more

If I could give a -1 one I would!! CVS in Sunnyvale sees my scripts here but no one here does, even when I have CVS pharmacy on speakerphone! The front desk girl and male pharmacist can only say that they don't see it. No attempt!!! Customer service is better at Sunnyvale because there is definitely not any here!!!. My go to pharmacy is Neighborhood Walmart. I came here for the extra savings and it was not worth my time whatsoever! I come here a lot for my daughters prescriptions and every time I do the drive thru always has a long slow line. It's nice to know a lot of people like to come here but it's also inconvenient bc when I'm in a hurry it's faster to go inside and drop off / pick up. I wish they had more than one drop off lane and pick up lane at this location only bc of how much traffic they get but other then that the employees are great and helpful and the store is nice and clean. read more

The CVS Pharmacy on Galloway in Mesquite TX is one of the worst pharmacies that I've every used. They routinely have lines that you have to wait in for over 30 minutes just to get to the register and they tell you your prescriptions are not ready yet (even though they've had several days to fill them). If your insurance has any issues, the CVS staff will not let you know until you come to pick up your prescriptions and then they will tell you to call your insurance and that you'll have to come back later. read more

I took my granddaughter's prescription to this CVS and was told they had to order the medicine. It was to be in on Tuesday. When I went on Wednesday to get it. I was told they couldn't find it. Long story short, they told me to get another prescription but eventually found my granddaughter's prescription. It was filled using her middle name. I spent over 30 minutes there dealing with this issue. And to top it off, I requested to have the prescriptions from the CVS in Carrollton transferred to this CVS. Tried to take advantage of emailed special price for photo book. Online directions indicate this CVS location is a full service photo lab. Tried calling several times, no one answered. Since the store was local, and close - i drove there to see if we could find out how to get our photo book submitted for 1 hour service. although, courteous - the mgr on duty simply was not able to help, nor able to tell us how to take advantage of the 1 hour special. It may not be his fault, but it IS the store's management and training, or lack thereof - that IS at fault! I ended up going to the Walgreens across the street, who got my photo book done within the hour, and for only a few dollars more. The online photo template was more user-friendly. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Always understaffed and zero customer service from the store managers when you cannot reach the pharmacy. It takes at least 20 min to pick up meds even during off peak hours. When we try calling an actual person we usually are on hold at least 30 min. I cannot figure out how they don't qualify for more staff. This is not because of the staff at the pharmacy but because of their corporate decisions, but we are paying the price in time for their decisions. read more

My insurance changed a the first of the year, forcing me to transfer my prescriptions to CVS. From the moment I began dealing with CVS they have never gotten my prescriptions right the first time. I have never been able to use the drive up window because of this. Either they don't fill them in a timely manner, fill the wrong script, or don't fill it at all! I use the online refill or the app, it confirms my refill, and it still may or may not get done. I have complained to the store manager and have submitted a complaint several times but nothing changes. A couple of my friends also use this pharmacy and say the same thing.
