I mean it's a store I get it you're Busy no problem I can wait my turn. When the person that they were paging finally came to the photo counter there was a line behind me and instead of greeting me or even saying how can I help you all she said is what do you want. I was thinking to myself OK rude but I'm sure she didn't mean it like that and then the phone was ringing the lady picked it up and said that they were too busy to do curbside pick up and then hung up the phone and continue to say that she's definitely not doing that and they can get out of their car and come get it. Maybe she was having a bad day maybe she was frustrated but I feel like there's a better way to treat people around you.

They also have FedEx pickup but they don't print stuff for you so you have to have it all labeled and ready to go. Did not know that but GPS said that it was a FedEx location... Oh well. It looks like one lady was running the entire store by herself. I got my photo picked up by her and then she was also running the front cash register. Seems like they're understaffed, but she did her best and I hope no customers are giving her a hard time. Overall, a pretty good Walgreens - would come here if I need anything urgently!

But last week I wanted to see if they had items from the weekly ad since I was in the neighborhood. To my surprise, they did. This store is a gold mine for makeup! Now that I know that, I will definitely be coming back for any makeup needs and makeup deals in the future. Staff is always friendly and helpful, although they are usually pretty short staffed. I have not been back to the pharmacy so I cannot attest to how great or poor the quality is in that area of the store. But now I have a new CVS to visit for coupon purposes!

The wise alchemist here is actually a lovely pharmacist who puts together my baby's weird medicine. And Randol Mill Pharmacy is a little gift shop, general store, and pharmacy all in one -- it's quite old fashioned. I'm talking carpeted floors, fudge, peanut brittle, jewelry, collectibles, stationary, candles, holiday decor, Christian paraphernalia, and more. They sell recliners and walkers too! Most of the staff here are pretty young, and they're all kind and seem like a family. This place has a cozy vibe for sure.

A few hours go by look at my paperwork realized it was here. No biggie it was down the street, would be my first time going. I walked in and went to the side that said pickup. No greeting or be right with you. There was an older lady at the side that said drop off, she didn't say a word. After standing there for a few minutes ( this is a small establishment ) i began looking round, over the counter to see if someone would acknowledge me at least. Finally a young man came from the back, took my information, processed everything then tossed my medication and card on the counter and walked back to the back. I did not have the energy to address it. I just will not be returning to this establishment.
