I usually only write good reviews because I know it's hard to be a small business owner. But this…read morehas been ridiculous, and I didn't want others to have the same experience. I came in to get copies of my car key (with fob) and house key. They had to send away for the car key, but gave me the house keys that day. They didn't work, at all. Came back and they replaced them and while the new ones do work, they're pretty stiff in the lock even though the original key wasn't. When the copy of the car key came in, I came back, and it took them about 15 minutes to find it. And it didn't work either. I'm cancelling the order, but apparently they can't just issue a refund - I need to wait for the manager to call me, and then refunds are issued by check (!). I've sunk a fair amount of time and money into this, and all I currently have is two house keys that only kind of work. Really hoping it gets resolved soon. UPDATE: I increased the rating to 3 stars because they sent someone to my home for free to get the keys working better. Their technician was very helpful and professional. They also said I will be receiving a refund for the Subaru key via credit card. I will say all the employees were very nice.
